Tired of carrying “heavy” patients who only show up because you said so? Our conversation today with Dr. Eric DiMartino breaks down how to move people from polite compliance to true ownership of their health. You'll hear a simple model for the patient journey, why education creates staying power, and the one question every person is silently asking by month four. We dig into the Better Results Faster workshop, how to reinforce big ideas with everyday table talk, and why your certainty as a clinician sets the ceiling for results. You'll also learn how to bring your team into the story so wins get shared, reviews fuel morale, and progress checks become easy coaching moments that keep care on track.Key Highlights01:39 – What it takes to move people from seekers to believers to true understanders who own their health journey.03:37 – Why some patients lift your energy while others drain it—and the mindset shift that changes everything.06:50 – The turning point at month four that reveals whether someone's ready for lasting results or still chasing relief.08:15 – Workshops and table talk that turn polite agreement into genuine conviction about ongoing care.11:34 – Simple ways to use visuals, stories, and repetition so key ideas stick long after the visit.13:13 – Why teaching the hidden effects of daily stress creates clarity and long-term buy-in.15:37 – The power of your own certainty to anchor confidence and inspire commitment in every patient.17:52 – What to say when someone “feels fine” but doesn't yet understand what progress really means.20:13 – Stories and analogies that transform complex science into lessons anyone can connect with.23:18 – The team rhythm that keeps wins visible, language aligned, and retention consistently strong. Resources MentionedTo schedule a Strategy Session with Dr Lona: https://go.oncehub.com/DrLonaBuildPodcastTo schedule a Strategy Session with Dr Bobby: https://go.oncehub.com/DrBobbyBuildPodcastLearn more about the Remarkable CEO Podcast: https://theremarkablepractice.com/podcast

These 7 dangerous nighttime habits can ruin your sleep and wreak havoc on your health. Stop making these nighttime routine mistakes! Get better sleep tonight by quitting these unhealthy night habits immediately. 0:00 Introduction: Avoid these habits that hurt sleep2:22 Avoiding screens for better sleep 4:28 Alcohol before sleep 8:05 Avoid these before bed10:05 More sleep equals better sleep1. Carbs and sugar before bedGrowth hormone rises at night, but is blunted by a rise in blood sugar. This hormone helps you burn fat, repair tissues, and build muscle mass. A massive blood sugar spike before bed can interfere with your sleep and cause grogginess, fatigue, cravings, and irritability the next day.2. Screens and lights before bedAvoid lights and screens, especially those emitting blue light, for at least 2 hours before bed. Melatonin is suppressed by light. Not only does this powerful antioxidant help you sleep, but it's more important than glutathione for detoxification and DNA repair. Blue light also suppresses deep delta wave sleep and REM sleep. 3. Using alcohol to fall asleep Alcohol tricks your body into falling asleep, but you're not really sleeping: your body is working to detoxify alcohol. Alcohol increases cortisol and adrenaline, and depletes electrolytes. It also depletes vitamin B1, which can cause anxiety and nervous tension the next day. Instead of alcohol, try magnesium glycinate in warm water or kombucha tea.4. Late-night junk food Junk foods typically contain seed oils, which are inflammatory and hard on the gallbladder. If you're craving salty food before bed, try putting a small amount of sea salt in your mouth or adding more salt to your dinner.5. Antihistamines or sleeping pills before bed Sedated, artificial sleep does not leave you feeling rejuvenated and rested in the morning. People often feel less focused with decreased concentration and memory. You may eventually need more of the drug to create the same effect.6. Sleeping next to your cell phoneYour cell phone and charging cable both emit electromagnetic fields (EMFs), which can negatively impact your brain and sleep cycles. EMFs also interfere with melatonin. Keep your cell phone on airplane mode or away from your body when you're sleeping. 7. Sleep deprivationSleep deprivation can make sleep more difficult in itself. You need at least 7 hours of sleep each night. Try to get to sleep at 10:00 p.m. each night, or 11:00 p.m. at the latest. One in 4 people is infected with this silent killer disease that's deadlier than the plague. You may even have this infection! Find out about this deadly microbial threat and how to stay healthy so you don't become the next victim. 0:00 Introduction: Infectious disease deadlier than the plague 1:30 Latent infections 2:59 Tuberculosis facts 4:39 Tuberculosis and vitamin D7:38 Immune system function8:20 Sun exposure and infrared rays Many people are infected with a disease that's worse than the plague! The plague killed 200 million people, and in total, this bacterium has killed 1 billion! It's the world's deadliest infectious disease and kills more people than HIV and malaria combined. It kills around 1.3 million people each year, yet you don't hear much about it. Latent infections such as herpes, EBV, CMV, HPV, and Hepatitis B and C are able to go in and out of remission. Today, we're going to talk about the pathogen that gives you tuberculosis.Tuberculosis (TB) doesn't evade the immune system, it invades it. TB hides inside the macrophage, which is responsible for cleaning up bacteria and infections in the body. TB affects more people in the northern hemisphere away from the equator, and its incidence increases in the winter. Older people or those with type 2 diabetes, HIV, or low vitamin D are at an increased risk of an active TB infection. TB blocks the vitamin D receptor, which lowers your immune function. There was an uptick in TB outbreaks in the 80s when sun phobia was promoted. This campaign significantly reduced vitamin D levels by reducing sun exposure. Before the development of antibiotics, people with tuberculosis would go to sanatoriums for fresh air and sunlight exposure. Cod liver oil was also shown to be beneficial for people with tuberculosis infections. The immune system destroys TB with a compound called cathelicidin, a broad-spectrum antimicrobial that depends on vitamin D. Not only is the sun vital for vitamin D production, but it also exposes you to infrared light. Infrared reverses mitochondrial damage and can increase vitamin D signaling, further protecting you from a TB infection. Eggs have gotten some bad press, but what's the truth? Are eggs bad for you? What about eggs and cholesterol? In this video, find out about the unique nutrition profile of eggs and the benefits of eating 3-4 eggs daily.0:00 Introduction: How many eggs should I eat a day?0:18 Eggs and cholesterol 0:40 Egg benefits 4:26 Egg nutrition7:37 What type of eggs should I eat?8:30 Pasture-raised eggs 10:35 Healthy eating tips Why eat eggs? Eggs are the most absorbable form of protein, which sets them apart from other sources of protein, such as meat and fish. Protein is an essential building block for muscles, tendons, and ligaments. It's vital for repair, hormone and enzyme composition, and can even be used as a fuel source. When you consume animal protein, you can only use 10 to 20 percent for fuel. In comparison, 65% of an egg can be used as fuel! Eggs also contain anti-microbial proteins and have iron and biotin-binding properties.Eggs have all the amino acids, including leucine, which is the key amino acid in muscle building. Eggs are the second-highest source of choline, which prevents a fatty liver and helps make up bile. Choline is also essential for a process called methylation.Eggs contain lutein and zeaxanthin, powerful antioxidants that support the health and function of the retina and brain. They contain phospholipids, which further support the membranes of the brain and other bodily tissues. Eating eggs can even help lower blood pressure!Eggs contain vitamin K2, which helps transport calcium and keep it out of the soft tissues, directing it instead into the teeth and bones. They contain the active form of vitamin A and also contain vitamin D.Approximately 65% of all eggs consumed are conventional, which come from caged chickens. Cage-free is a better option, but it doesn't guarantee the chickens have outdoor access. Organic pasture-raised eggs are the best option.Organic refers to the feed that's given to the chicken, and “vegetarian-fed” does not necessarily mean the egg is better. Conventional eggs come from chickens that are fed GMO corn and soy, so the eggs have a higher omega-6 content. Try pairing your eggs with these healthy foods for the most nutrient absorption:•Arugula•Onions•Black pepper•Tomatoes•Avocado•Olive oil/butter Don't overcook your eggs! If you can't afford organic, pasture-raised eggs, conventional eggs are still a healthy option. You don't need to spend a fortune on infrared devices to get plenty of infrared light. Check out this fascinating interview with Dr. Roger Seheult, an expert on sunlight and vitamin D, as we discuss the powerful health benefits of sunlight. 0:00 Welcome, Dr. Roger Seheult 4:05 The abscopal effect of light 4:58 What does light do in the body? 10:24 Infrared light and nature 12:06 The Green Heart study 13:45 Infrared light and sleep 21:24 Indoor lighting and your healthPlease join me in welcoming Dr. Roger Seheult, quadruple board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary diseases, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine. Dr. Seheult shares some fascinating new research about the ability of sunlight to penetrate the human body. It's been previously thought that the sun could only penetrate a few centimeters into our bodies, but recent research has shown that it can penetrate the entire body and can even be measured on the other side. Surprisingly, randomized, placebo-controlled studies have shown that light can affect parts of the body that were not exposed to sunlight. This phenomenon is known as the abscopal effect. This means that mitochondria from one part of the body can communicate with each other and upregulate, even if they are not directly exposed to light. Infrared light can stimulate the mitochondria to produce more melatonin, which can reduce oxidative stress. It's not significantly affected by the atmosphere, so you can get it almost any time of the day. UVB light, which you need to make vitamin D, is more abundant when the sun is at its highest.Green trees, leaves, and grass reflect infrared light. To maximize infrared light absorption, head to green spaces where nature can reflect infrared light back to you!The Green Heart study measured the HSCRP, which correlates with the risk of stroke or heart attack, in residents of south Louisville, Kentucky—a region characterized by concrete and a lack of greenery. Approximately 8,000 trees were planted in a 4-square-mile area, and the HSCRP was remeasured. This resulted in a 13% to 20% average drop in HSCRP, which correlates to a 10% to 15% reduction in stroke and heart attack risk, without any changes in diet or exercise.Dr. Seheult also explains that daytime light exposure helps with sleep by supporting the circadian rhythm, while nighttime light exposure can have an opposite effect.Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio:Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. You can be insulin resistant for 15-20 years before you develop diabetes!Chronic sugar consumption can lead to insulin resistance, but seed oils can be equally problematic. Seed oils cause damage to the cell membranes (which contain insulin receptors) and damage to the mitochondria. There is evidence that unsaturated fatty acids can reduce the risk of diabetes, but this is not the case with rancid, oxidized seed oils. These highly refined seed oils are full of toxic byproducts such as aldehydes, which create irreversible damage in the insulin receptor. The average person consumes 25%-30% of their calories from seed oils. You can have high insulin and normal blood sugar for many years. Over time, this overworks the pancreas, causing the beta cells that produce insulin to become overworked and eventually stop producing insulin, leaving the body without a mechanism to regulate blood sugar levels. Normal blood sugar should be around 80, which is equivalent to a single teaspoon of sugar in the blood, even though the average person consumes 81 to 131 teaspoons of sugar every day!If you have diabetes or you want to avoid it, avoid these foods:1. Fast food fries and fried chicken 2. Deep-fried restaurant foods 3. Chips/crisps/corn chips4. Doughnuts and pastries5. Sweetened drinks 6. Frozen breaded foods 7. Commercial salad dressing and mayo8. Instant noodles9. Granola/protein bars and cookies10. Cancer is a heterogeneous disease, which means there are many different types. Understanding how cancer works is key to cancer prevention. Cancer tends to spread to areas of inflammation and to regions in the body where oxygen is scarce.Cancer is constantly evading your immune system! Vitamin D is essential for the health and proper functioning of your immune system. Cancer cells tend to block the receptors for vitamin D to combat this. It's beneficial to increase your vitamin D levels to penetrate the resistance created by cancer.Understanding which fuel a specific cancer uses is key to starving cancer. The majority of cancers utilize glucose and glutamine as their primary sources of fuel. Some cancers live on lipids and BCAAs, and some can even live on ketones! Cancer is highly adaptive, so effective cancer prevention requires multiple strategies, including diet rotation and intermittent fasting.Different types of cancer require the removal of different foods from the diet. Rotating the diet and removing the fuel that a specific type of cancer needs to survive prevents cancer from growing and taking over. Healthy Keto paired with intermittent fasting is the best diet for cancer prevention. Prolonged fasting is one of the best things you can do if you have cancer. Although some cancers can survive on ketones, ketones from fasting do not feed cancer cells. To prevent cancer and support the immune system, keep your blood levels of vitamin D at around 90-100 ng/mL. Incorporate regular exercise and prioritize both intermittent and prolonged fasting.Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio:Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. What Makes a Bad Chiropractic Patient?

    Black Sheep Chiropractic Podcast

In this episode of the Rocket Chiro Podcast, I dive into a topic that most chiropractors think about but rarely say out loud: what makes a bad chiropractic patient. Every chiropractor wants to help people, but the reality is that not everyone is a good fit for your care or your practice. Learning to identify those bad fits early on can save your sanity, protect your business, and create space for better patients who actually value what you do. I start by sharing a story about speaking at Logan University years ago, where I asked a group of chiropractic students who wasn't a good fit for their future practices. The room went silent. That moment reminded me that many chiropractors don't think about who they don't want to serve—and that's a huge problem when it comes to marketing and practice happiness. Saying “anyone with a spine” is not a strategy. It's bad marketing and bad business. From there, I break down several general categories of bad chiropractic patients. Some of these are universal red flags, while others depend on your specific practice style or personality. Here's a rundown of what we talk about: 1. Contraindicated Patients There are clear medical situations where chiropractic care just isn't appropriate—or at least not right now. I talk about conditions like fractures, dislocations, severe osteoporosis, and spinal cord compression. Responsible chiropractors know when to refer out and when it's simply not safe or effective to adjust. 2. People Who Can't Pay This one might sound harsh, but chiropractors aren't running charities. If someone can't or won't pay, you can't build a sustainable practice around them. I share how I handled this in my own office by creating limited “hardship agreements” for people in genuine need. It's a way to be compassionate without sabotaging your business. 3. People Who Can't Keep a Schedule You know the type—always late, constantly rescheduling, or no-showing altogether. They throw off your day and drain your energy. I explain why these patients are toxic for your practice and how enforcing basic boundaries can help you reclaim your time and sanity. 4. Unrealistic Expectations Patients who expect miracles in one or two visits, or who think you can fix years of damage without any participation on their part, are setting everyone up for frustration. I discuss how to set realistic expectations early through good communication and leadership. 5. A Bad Fit for Your Care Not every patient is a match for your technique or philosophy. Whether it's someone looking for a style of chiropractic you don't offer, or a condition you're not confident treating, referring out can be the best move for everyone involved. It's better to admit when you're not the right chiropractor than to fake it and disappoint someone. 6. Energy Suckers This last group is the hardest. These are the know-it-alls, complainers, boundary-pushers, and emotional vampires who drain you every time they walk in the door. I explain how to spot them early and why letting them go—no matter how hard it is—can make your practice (and your life) a whole lot better. I wrap up by talking about how this lesson applies beyond chiropractic. I've made the same mistakes in my own business at Rocket Chiro—taking on clients who weren't a good fit and regretting it later. I remind listeners that identifying bad fits isn't about being judgmental; it's about protecting your mission, your business, and your mental health. If you're a chiropractor who's struggling with patients who stress you out or drain your energy, this episode is for you. You'll walk away with practical insight into how to define your “bad fit” list and create boundaries that let you build the kind of practice you actually want—one filled with patients who respect your time, value your care, and make you love coming to work again. E344: The Constipation Epidemic - Natural Solutions for Poop Problems (From Infants to Adults) | The Prime Podcast Are you or someone in your family struggling with constipation? It's far more common than you think, affecting over half the population – from newborns to seniors. Yet, it's often dismissed as "normal" or incorrectly labeled as "hereditary." In Episode 344 of The Prime Podcast, Dr. Skip Wyss and Dr. Julie Wyss declare this a true constipation epidemic and dive deep into the real causes and natural solutions. This comprehensive discussion covers everything you need to know about achieving healthy bowel function. The doctors explore essential nutritional strategies, emphasizing the importance of magnesium, proper hydration, movement, and why choosing plant soluble fiber over common supplements like Metamucil (psyllium) is crucial for feeding your vital microbiome. They also discuss the temporary effects of stimulants like caffeine. Beyond diet and lifestyle, this episode highlights the critical, often-overlooked neurological connection to gut health. Learn how: Your nervous system is the master controller of your entire GI tract. The birth process can create misalignments impacting infant pelvic nerves and leading to early constipation. Digestion begins in the mouth, and issues like poor latch can affect the whole system. Introducing solids (especially bananas) before a baby gets their first tooth can disrupt the gut, contributing to leaky gut and future food sensitivities. Chronic GI conditions like Crohn's or IBS are NOT genetically predetermined (hereditary myth) but often stem from impaired neurological communication. Dr. Skip and Dr. Julie explain what constitutes a healthy bowel movement (and why it should feel good!) versus signs of dysfunction like hemorrhoids or pain. Discover practical tips like the corn/beet test for transit time and understand why addressing the neurological root cause through chiropractic care is key to resolving constipation for good. Trending Terms Explained: Constipation: Difficulty or infrequency in passing stools. Discussed as a widespread epidemic, not a normal state. Plant Soluble Fiber: Fiber from plant sources (vegetables, fruits) that feeds the microbiome, essential for gut health. Contrasted with psyllium husk (Metamucil). Microbiome: The community of bacteria in the GI tract influencing digestion, immunity, and brain function – your "second brain." Leaky Gut: Increased intestinal permeability, allowing particles into the bloodstream, potentially caused by introducing solids too early. Nervous System Control: The brain and nerves regulate all digestive processes; interference (subluxation) can cause constipation or diarrhea. Birth Process Trauma: Physical stress during birth potentially causing misalignments that affect nerves controlling infant bowel function. Hereditary (Myth): Debunking the idea that constipation or diseases like Crohn's are genetic, highlighting neurological response patterns instead. Key Takeaways: Constipation is common but NOT normal or hereditary. Aim for 1-2 comfortable bowel movements daily. Focus on hydration, movement, magnesium, and PLANT SOLUBLE fiber. Your nervous system dictates gut function – address the root cause. Birth trauma is a major factor in infant constipation. Wait for the first tooth before introducing solids to prevent leaky gut. Chiropractic care is vital for optimizing the nervous system control of the GI tract. CALL TO ACTION: Stop normalizing constipation! If you or your child are struggling, seek answers that address the root cause. A pediatric or family chiropractor focused on the nervous system can be a key part of your health team. Pharma meds were never designed to “fix” you. In this video, we'll discuss some of the pharmaceutical industry's secrets, the truth about prescription drugs, and the money-making scheme known as the US healthcare system. In 1938, the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act redefined the word “drug,” giving Big Pharma a monopoly over your body. By this new definition, any natural remedy, such as a plant, herb, or food that helps an ailment in some way, can now be classified as a drug.In 1900, there were fewer than 200 diseases. There are now over 17,000! This has allowed disease to become a huge, profitable business. Drug patents are protected and policed by the FDA. This means you can not sell or profit from a natural remedy, even if it's backed by legitimate research, without FDA approval. The best meal to prevent a heart attack or stroke will also help clean your arteries! Support cardiovascular health naturally by consuming the top foods for stroke and heart attack prevention that also help prevent blocked arteries. Did you know that clots cause 80%-90% of heart attacks and 87%-91% of strokes? This is why the top foods for stroke and heart attack prevention also help clean your arteries.Typically, when a clot forms, it dissolves within minutes or hours. This is a normal survival mechanism and does not cause heart attacks or strokes. When the normal clotting process becomes dysfunctional, you can develop blocked arteries.Dysfunctional clotting typically starts from a leak in your gums or gut when endotoxins enter the body. Excess iron can contribute to the problem. Pathogens need iron to survive. Excessive free iron can feed and amplify endotoxins, thereby awakening dormant pathogenic microbes.Excess iron typically comes from fortified foods, such as bread, pasta, cereal, and ultra-processed carbs. If you need iron, it's best to get it from red meat rather than a supplement. Stress increases adrenaline, which can amplify the effects of pathogens and cause them to consume more iron. Kimberly is joined by luminary thinker Dr. Betty Martin as they discuss the evolution and impact of the Wheel of Consent, a vanguard model for enthusiastic consent, asking for what you want, and living out embodied intimacy. Dr. Martin, who developed the model, shares her journey from creating the wheel through her hands-on workshops to writing a book so the wheel may reach an even larger audience, with Kimberly noting just how deep of an impact Betty's work has had on Kimberly's teaching and offerings. They explore the challenges of enthusiastic consent, the importance of feeling with one's hands, and the universal nature, as well as the cultural nuances, of touch and sex. Betty emphasizes the need for accurate teaching and the development of the wheel of consent in various fields, including therapy, businesses and social justice. The conversation highlights the significance of embodiment and the incomparable emotional impact of present and thoughtful touch.   Bio Dr. Betty Martin spent her childhood in a large family and her youth in experimental communities, learning about people in more groups than she can count. Founding a co-housing community with countless hours of meetings taught her the value of excellent facilitation. Now she enjoys helping others learn the skills she picked up along the way.  She graduated Chiropractic College in 1976 and practiced for almost 30 years, including several body-mind integration modalities. She has taught Peer Counseling for teens and adults, Educational Kinesiology and other bodywork for professionals, sexuality workshops for women, gender liberation, and boundary and communication workshops of many flavors, including Cuddle Party. After retiring from her Chiropractic practice on Vashon Island, she moved into Seattle and opened a private practice as a relationship and intimacy coach, where she guided people through somatic experiences, sometimes erotic and sometimes not, so they could learn how to be comfortable in their own skin and experience pleasure in ways that supported their development.  It was during those years of working with hundreds of people that she noticed and developed the Wheel of Consent, a practice and a model of taking apart receiving and giving. She started sharing her experience with other practitioners and developed the 5-day training, Like a Pro, focusing on the Wheel, communication and professional standards.  In 2018 she co-founded the School of Consent, where she has trained numerous facilitators of Wheel of Consent workshops, and a handful of faculty to teach Like a Pro. She is happily handing over teaching to those she has trained, and these days contributes to other organizations' trainings and presents to various professional groups. She also enjoys offering supervision and mentoring to practitioners. She once again lives in community and is the proud mom of 3 and grandma of 2. What You'll Hear Dr. Martin's background in chiropractic, body-mind integration modalities, and her development of the wheel of consent Betty's 13 year writing process and how her clients led her to constantly evolve her concepts for the book The development of the Three-Minute Game the value of taking turns and asking for what you want Why receiving can often be harder than giving. The importance of touch and attention to intimacy Why training new teachers is so important to Dr. Martin They discuss cultural differences as it relates to touch and sex The emergence of the term enthusiastic consent The reach of The Wheel of Consent from relationships to communities to businesses to social movements The exercise of waking up the hands to improve ability to feel with them   Resources Website: https://www.wheelofconsent.org/ Ig: @drbettymartin Book: https://www.wheelofconsent.org/thebook Activate Your Inner Jaguar: Sexuality and the Nervous System sign up link is here

Growth hormone supports anti-aging and can boost fat loss, but human growth hormone supplements don't always produce the best results. In this video, I'll show you how to boost growth hormone naturally by up to 2000% for the most growth hormone benefits!Growth hormone is vital for fat loss, muscle building, repair, and recovery. However, it declines with age—so it's something you want to boost naturally. When growth hormone levels decrease, we lose muscle mass, gain body fat, experience a decline in bone density, our skin becomes thinner, and insulin sensitivity decreases.Growth hormone works by signaling the hormone IGF-1 through a conversion process in the liver with the help of insulin. Although insulin is necessary for this process, excessive insulin can inhibit growth hormone. Obesity, sugar, stress, alcohol, overeating, low vitamin D, and poor sleep can also block growth hormone. To boost growth hormone naturally by 2 to 3x, try the following: •Increase GABA and melatonin •L-glutamine •Arginine (Avoid taking this close to a workout)•Cold therapy•Alpha-GPC •Hypoxia training•Keto diet •High-protein diet Deep sleep and intermittent fasting can significantly increase growth hormone levels by up to 5-10 times. To boost growth hormone by 10-15x, try prolonged fasting. The best way to boost human growth hormone is through high-intensity exercise. Try working with heavy loads for the best natural HGH booster. Squats, deadlifts, sprinting, and CrossFit can further boost growth hormone levels.Disclaimer: Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. Big Pharma is freaking out about the recent information RFK Jr. has released to the public. Is there a Tylenol and vaccine link to autism? Is this another instance of medical corruption for Big Pharma profits? Find out now!RFK Jr. is being called everything from irresponsible to anti-science for trying to revive “debunked vaccine myths”. Autism rates have skyrocketed from 1 in 100,000 to 1 in 31, so we need to look at everything!Vaccine safety studies do not compare vaccines to placebos, they compare vaccines to other vaccines!RFK Jr. did not say that Tylenol causes autism, but that it could be a contributing factor that can influence susceptible people to develop autism. He has raised awareness of this link and has called for further research.Tylenol is used for fevers, headaches, pain, menstrual cramps, and more. Most people think it doesn't have many side effects, but it's the leading cause of acute liver failure. Over 80,000 people each year end up in the ER because of too much acetaminophen. Tylenol's active ingredient depletes glutathione and is found in over 600 medications.A fever is a natural immune reaction to an infection, and suppressing this can increase the infection's duration. There are multiple causes of autism. One involves a genetic component with the MTHFR gene, which weakens your ability to detoxify and increases your risk of a folate deficiency.Leucovorin is a synthetic folate derivative recommended for some instances of autism. This medication could be beneficial and may provide optimal results if taken with B12, B2, B6, magnesium, and zinc. One study found that between 56% and 75% of those with autism had a folate deficiency! In another trial, synthetic folate boosted IQs by 25% to 50% compared to the placebo. Independent research is needed to explore the vaccine link to autism. We can't simply squash vaccine controversy by claiming the “science is settled.”Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio:Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Most hair loss is androgenic, typically resulting in male pattern baldness and thinning hair in women. The hair follicle requires significant oxygen and mitochondria for optimal hair growth. Testosterone decreases with age in both men and women and is replaced by DHT, a more powerful form of testosterone. Many hair regrowth treatments work by inhibiting DHT. Too much DHT can decrease hair growth, reduce oxygen, increase inflammation, and increase scar tissue in the hair follicle. Drugs for hair growth that work by lowering DHT can come with side effects like decreased libido and erectile dysfunction. Beyond age and genetics, the primary driver of DHT is insulin resistance! To reverse hair loss and stimulate hair regrowth, you must support the environment of the hair follicle. Mechanical scalp stimulation is one of the most overlooked yet effective remedies for hair loss, with microneedling being the most effective method. Other natural remedies for hair loss include:•Red light/NIR light•Rosemary oil (natural Rogaine)•Correcting insulin resistance.
