COSATU has called on politicians to allow the Public Investment Corporation, PIC Board to complete its oversight work without interference. The federation says it is concerned about alleged attempts to disrupt investigations into suspended CEO, Patrick Dlamini and PIC deals including Acapulco and Lanseria Airport. COSATU has welcomed the Board's referral of the Acapulco matter to the SIU and is urging President Ramaphosa to issue a proclamation for a full probe with the Hawks and Auditor-General. Interference occurs when the learning of something new causes the forgetting of older material on the basis of competition between the two.  Simply…we often have way too much on our mind. Stress Affects Our Memory There is competition for our attention and competition in juggling far too many things at once.  We are stressed out and this interferes with what and how we store these things. So, slow down and try to live more in the moment.  Go from multi-tasking to single tasking and see if these stress reducers are memory boosters Try boosting your memory with foods rich in Omega-3 such as seafood, nuts and seeds. And if you are really concerned that you are forgetting more than you should, go and see your doctor. If you've been doing everything right and still not getting better, this episode was made for you.Dr. Stephanie Canestraro sits down with her colleague and friend, Dr. Christine Schaffner, a naturopathic doctor, bioregulatory medicine expert, and founder of the Sensitive Stack.  She has spent her career on the cutting edge of what it actually takes to heal the patients who fall through every crack in conventional and even functional medicine.At the center of this conversation is a concept that changes everything: sensitivity is a symptom, not a diagnosis. The rising epidemic of mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), histamine intolerance, long COVID, and chronic multisystem illness isn't happening in a vacuum.
