Tara Servatius dives deep into two of the most shocking revelations rocking American politics. First, she exposes newly surfaced whistleblower claims that the FBI buried and destroyed critical intelligence pointing to a Chinese plot to interfere in the 2020 election—using TikTok-harvested data to create fake U.S. IDs and mail-in ballots for Joe Biden. Tara details how FBI Director Christopher Wray allegedly lied to Congress and orchestrated a massive cover-up to erase the scandal from history. Then, in a dramatic turn, Tara highlights how Democrats are now faking arrests for publicity. NYC mayoral candidate Brad Lander grabs an ICE agent's arm in what appears to be a staged confrontation—part of a broader pattern of the left manufacturing “dictatorship” optics to manipulate the media and public perception. From election fraud to political theater, Tara connects the dots and pulls no punches in exposing the truth.

Hello to you listening in Warsaw, Poland!Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds (and a bit more) for Motivate Your Monday and your host, Diane Wyzga.I am deeply proud of my Polish heritage and being a lawyer. These times are tough on us all; but especially on judges, the last line of freedom's defense. Attacks on the independence of the judiciary are not just here in America; they are sweeping the globe taking varied forms ranging from the capture of courts to direct attacks and interference against judges and lawyers. Those behind the attacks know that the independence of judges - the judicial branch of government - is foundational to democracy.“Judicial independence is fundamental to the rule of law. The rule of law is fundamental to freedom. Freedom is fundamental to the protection of every citizen.” [John Macmenamin - Judge at the Supreme Court of IrelandThese are not my words. These are the words of John Macmenamin, a judge at the Supreme Court of Ireland who joined with Polish judges at the “1000 Robes March”, a unique event held in the name of judicial independence. It was the greatest demonstration of judges in contemporary Europe, with more than 30,000 people, including hundreds of judges from 22 European countries marching in solidarity with their Polish colleagues in the fight for judicial independence. The silent march in January 2020 was a reaction to proposed laws that threatened to undermine the judiciary's independence in Poland. "A Thousand Robes" is a short (12 minute) documentary film directed by Kacper Lisowski. The story is about mutual gratitude, focusing on the positive interactions between judges, lawyers, and the public. It highlights citizens who are moved by the judges' defense of their rights and lawyers who have experienced solidarity from ordinary people and European judges. The film serves as a warning against what dismantling the democratic mechanisms of the state leads to.Documenting this touching episode of the dramatic struggle for the rule of law that still lacks a happy ending in Poland, Kacper Lisowski also talks to the European judges participating in the march of a thousand robes. Particularly poignant is the voice of a Turkish judge who knows from experience what happens when such a struggle is lost.Click HERE to watch A Thousand Robes the film on YouTube.Maybe like me you will be moved to tears at what ordinary people can accomplish when they heed a call to action. This is what success looks like! If they can, we can! Let's march!CTA: Show up on Saturday June 14th to take part in a No Kings Rally near you. In today's episode, I break down a system I use to reset negative energy and turn it into aligned, purposeful action. I call it “Cancel, Clear, Connect,” and it's a tool to shift the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious habits that quietly drain performance and create emotional expenses we don't realize we're paying. From internal spirals to inherited trauma, I explain how negativity can linger in thought loops and behaviors, and how to interrupt them before they compound. This method isn't about chasing positivity. It's about wiring your mindset to respond with clarity and confidence, especially when the pressure is on and the stakes are high.
This week on The International Risk Podcast, Dominic Bowen speaks with Dr. Kai-Uwe Schrogl, one of the world's leading experts on international space policy and the former Chair of the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space Legal Subcommittee. In this critical episode, they explore the growing risks in Low Earth Orbit (LEO), where satellites are increasingly exposed to hostile acts such as signal jamming, cyber intrusion, and close-proximity maneuvers. As these grey-zone operations expand, a fundamental legal question remains unanswered: does interference with a satellite amount to an act of war?Dr. Schrogl draws on decades of experience advising the European Space Agency, national governments, and international legal bodies to unpack why space law has failed to keep pace with the technological and strategic realities of orbit. The discussion covers alarming recent case studies—from Russia's jamming of Starlink signals over Ukraine, to China's Shijian-21 maneuvering near foreign satellites, and the Viasat cyberattack that disrupted infrastructure across Europe.Together, they examine how states are exploiting legal ambiguity for strategic gain, why attribution remains elusive, and how a lack of enforceable norms may lead to escalation without warning. Dr. Schrogl also outlines urgent priorities for the international community—from tightening governance and clarifying use-of-force thresholds, to building greater transparency in satellite operations. With insights into the legal, political, and security risks unfolding above Earth, this episode is essential listening for defence analysts, policymakers, legal scholars, and anyone shaping the future of strategic stability in space.Dr. Kai-Uwe Schrogl is Special Advisor for Political Affairs at the European Space Agency and one of the foremost authorities on space law and governance. He has authored more than 150 publications on space policy, chaired UN legal bodies, and continues to advise institutions across Europe on the future of space security. The International Risk Podcast is a must-listen for senior executives, board members, and risk advisors. The speakers in the episode are AI generated and frankly sound great to listen to. Enjoy! The battlefield of workplace accommodations and family caregiving responsibilities takes center stage in our detailed examination of Kemp v. Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. This landmark case illuminates the critical distinction between denying leave and subtly discouraging employees from exercising their rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act.We trace the journey of Denise Kemp, a decade-long employee with a history of promotions and positive performance, whose relationship with her employer deteriorated after seeking flexibility to care for her disabled daughter. The tension between remote work policies and leave rights creates a fascinating legal puzzle that ultimately hinged on technicalities rather than merits. The Second Circuit's ruling provides crucial clarity on what constitutes FMLA interference, establishing that employers can violate the law without ever formally denying leave requests. Yet despite this employee-friendly interpretation, procedural rules—particularly the unforgiving statute of limitations—proved decisive. We explore how timing can make or break employment claims regardless of their underlying validity.Beyond the technical legal analysis, we extract practical lessons for both sides of the employment relationship. For workers, understanding deadlines and documenting problematic interactions becomes paramount. For companies, the case serves as a warning that compliance means more than simply processing paperwork—it requires creating an environment where employees feel genuinely free to exercise their rights without subtle punishment.Have you encountered challenges balancing family care responsibilities with workplace expectations? The evolving legal landscape around remote work accommodations continues to shape both employee rights and employer obligations.
