It's about raising awareness of Mental Health especially in Scotland as every day two people sadly take their own lives. The podcast will be Val, Chez and myself Richie talking on a weekly basis on what matters to us and what we hope and think can make a difference. Though mainly we will be focusing on Men's Mental Health as Men are still to this day reluctant to talk about their issues. If this podcast saves one life then it's been worthwhile.

At the Rio in Newport on Tay our Agenda was talking about our Halloween Walk. The Samaritans and how listeners can help. Also Richie spoke about his upbringing and how his Mental Health affected him and how he moved on. We also spoke about writing therapy particular Poems. We ended this week's Podcast talking about our walk on Saturday in the rain and this week's forthcoming walk.
