受訪者： 臺灣高等檢察署 智慧財產檢察分署 黃正雄檢察官 節目內容： 主題：營業秘密為何與 國家安全有關？從台積電案看科技機密與國安紅線的距離，營業秘密為何與國家安全有關？從職場保密到國安風暴──你不能不懂的法律紅線！什麼是營業秘密？是不是只有大公司才有？不是喔！不管是大企業、小公司、甚至個人接案者，只要有保密資訊、有經濟價值，又有採取保密措施，就算是「營業秘密」！舉例來說： 台積電的奈米製程技術是營業秘密！便當店的獨門醬汁也是營業秘密！開發 App 的原始程式碼、商業策略、市場名單…都算！ 溫馨提醒： 只要有價值又非公開的資訊，都有可能是營業秘密，不是只有科技業要注意！ 洩漏營業秘密一定要「偷」才算嗎？不一定！只要是未經授權使用或洩漏，不論是刻意竊取還是不小心傳出去，都可能構成違法。可能的違法行為： 偷偷拷貝公司資料離職後繼續用原公司的文件把公司技術貼在社群媒體上分享口頭轉述給外人溫馨提醒： 保密，不只是技術問題，而是法律責任問題！營業秘密怎麼跟國家安全扯上關係？因為有些企業技術不只是公司財產，更是國家競爭力的核心。 如果被敵對國家拿去使用，可能會導致整個產業崩盤、國防受威脅。 例如：半導體製程技術國防工業設計關鍵基礎設施（如通訊、能源技術） 溫馨提醒： 當你手上的資料，是被行政院公告的「國家核心關鍵技術」，那它就不只是公司機密，而是國家機密！一般營業秘密與「國家核心關鍵技術」的差別是？一般營業秘密是公司自己的資訊；但國家核心關鍵技術，是被國家認定如果外洩會嚴重損害國安、產業與經濟發展的技術。 洩漏「一般營業秘密」 民事＋刑事責任洩漏「國家關鍵技術」可能違反《國安法》，情節重大會被視為洩漏國家機密！溫馨提醒： 一旦涉及國家核心技術，不管你是誰、什麼角色，都不能心存僥倖！

受訪者： 犯罪被害人保護協會 雲林分會 李青晏主任 節目內容： 愛不孤單，守護馨生 犯罪被害人保護協會雲林分會　陪伴走過風雨、重建希望要談的主題，或許不是那麼輕鬆，但卻跟我們每個人的生活息息相關。根據交通部統計，113 年 1 月到 11 月，道路交通事故總件數高達 35 萬 5 千件，而其中因車禍導致死亡或重傷的案件，更占了犯保協會每年服務案件的六到七成。這代表，在我們身邊，其實有許多人因為突如其來的意外，家庭瞬間陷入困境。那麼，在事故發生後，被害人和家屬究竟會遇到哪些難題？又該怎麼跨出復原的第一步？協會能夠提供的幫助，還有那些充滿愛與勇氣的故事。 依據交通部於2月份公布之113年1-11月份道路交通事故總件數為35萬5,000餘件，而因車禍致死或致重傷害之案件占犯保協會每年服務案件總數的6-7成，一直以來都是犯保協會所接觸的最主要核心服務類型，本集節目邀請到犯保雲林分會李青晏主任來跟聽眾朋友們分享，如果遇到車禍時，犯罪被害人或者是家屬可能會遇到哪些問題？以及基本的處理流程為何？ 一、 醫療與身心問題 醫療照護：受傷後需要立即就醫，可能涉及手術、住院、復健，醫療費用龐大。長期復原：重大傷害可能造成肢體失能，需要輔具、復健或長期照顧。 心理創傷：被害人可能出現焦慮、憂鬱、創傷後壓力症候群（PTSD）；家屬也會因突如其來的事故承受巨大悲痛或焦慮。 法律與司法程序肇事責任認定：需要釐清加害人是否有、超速或其他未注意車前狀況等過失，這會影響刑事責任與民事賠償 訴訟程序：被害人或家屬往往對地檢署及法院的程序不熟悉，感到困惑或無力。出庭困擾：被害人或家屬必須多次出庭，既耗時又可能再度喚起創傷經驗。經濟與生活問題經濟壓力：醫療費、看護費、交通費增加，若被害人是家庭經濟支柱，家計可能瞬間陷入困境。工作影響：因傷無法工作，或家屬需請假照顧受傷者，造成收入減少。後續生活：若被害人死亡或重大失能，家屬可能需要長期調整生活方式。 犯保協會可以提供的服務真的很多元，就像剛剛主任提到的，不論是法律的諮詢、委任律師，還是經濟的協助及生活上的重建等，但是犯保協會是如何做到第一時間的即時關懷，以及取得道這些案件資訊的呢？

受訪者： 臺北地檢署 周芳怡主任檢察官 節目內容： 主題：見網友先買點數卡？！-不可不知的假交友詐騙假交友陷阱多，點數卡也能成為詐騙工具？！檢察官教你識破套路，守護荷包與安心生活。 今天我們要聊的主題，很多人可能都覺得「啊∼這應該不會發生在我身上吧！」，但其實就在你我身邊，天天都有人上當。新聞才剛報導，有民眾滿心期待與網友見面，卻被要求先去超商買點數卡，幸好警方及時攔阻，才沒有損失慘重。 原來，詐騙集團最愛利用「假交友」套路，結合點數卡這種青少年跟上班族常用的支付方式，一步一步讓人掉入陷阱。今天帶大家拆解假交友詐騙的手法與防範秘訣，保護我們的錢包與安全！Q1：詐騙集團詐騙被害人購買點數，常見手法是什麼？(一) 詐騙集團盜用帥哥、美女照片，上網交友，佯稱可援交、性交易云云，待被害人受騙，即以見面為由，要求被害人須先購買點數(例如在超商或網站購買APPLE-App Store卡、MyCard、GASH卡)，並告知序號、密碼，用以繳納「保證金」、「風險金」云云，實則根本為詐騙話術。 (二) 被害人如有不從，或為使被害人購買更多點數，詐騙集團更會自稱黑道、知悉被害人姓名、住居所、個人資料等，作為要脅，來電恐嚇要求被害人加碼購買點數。 (三) 部分被害人認為自己上網援交、性交易，羞於告知家人親友，或因遭恐嚇，不敢報警，詐騙集團常利用被害人此種孤立無援的處境一再犯案。 (四) 詐騙集團取得點數序號、密碼後，常會上網或刊登廣告出售獲利，或由不肖人士、不肖通訊行等，收購大量詐騙得來的點數卡後，再透過特定通路，出售給第三方折價銷贓。如何避免「假交友」詐騙？
