Gratitude is easy when life is calm. It gets harder when the news is ugly, people are hurting, and it feels like the world is coming apart. Festive Friday is back with some classic elevator entrapment! ABOUT STUCK ON CHRISTMAS The competition for a major promotion is heating up between Synclaire and James, two ambitious rivals whose professional antagonism has spilled over into playful (and not-so-playful) pranks. But when a sudden malfunction leaves them both stranded in the company elevator on Christmas Eve, their race for the top becomes a desperate struggle for freedom. She says no. We then get a really long intro of James and Sinclair waking up in the morning. He is in a very good mood. Today is the big day at work. He's getting that promotion baby! Sinclair shows up late for work, like always. But she also really wants that promotion. Their boss comes in. She brings everyone in who is up for the promotion and tells them who the top two are. It's James and Sinclair. She calls them both into her office and tells them it's crunch time. Whoever is most likable at the Christmas party will get that promotion. They make a wager that whoever loses has to be the other person's assistant. This leads to prank time such as putting sticky notes on the bottom of him and his best friend's mugs that makes it look like they're in love, spiking their tacos with laxatives. But they get them back with...FART SPRAY!!! They all go home to clean up and Sinclair realizes that she still needs to shop for her secret Santa who is...uh oh, JAMES! The party happens. It's a good time. James goes to leave and ends up getting on the elevator at the same time as Sinclair. And the elevator ends up getting stuck! They end up getting mutually turned on by each other when they have to take off their jackets & sweaters because it's hot. They drink, they play games, and they end up kissssingggggg. They end up getting out I think and they have, let's say romantic dreams, about each other. But uh oh there's a knock on her door and... it's her ex! AHHHH! The next day or so at work, she gets the promotion but he's not mad. Cut to the beginning of the movie with the proposal again. It's James proposing to Sinclair. She says no. When Bobby lands in Atlanta, he goes to this bar and meets a woman named Harmony Davis and then proceeds to get super drunk. He shows up at his ex-wife Alicia's house and crashes. The next day, Alicia surprises Billy and her fiancé Chris by bringing them both to a dance class. Luckily for Billy, Harmony is there, so he sticks around and scores a dinner date. Billy starts being nice and that starts freaking Chris out. Maybe Alicia is falling for Billy again. To make matters worse, the kids' flights keep getting cancelled. He goes out to an art museum with Harmony and has a great time and they end up kissingggggg. He ends up inviting her to Christmas dinner...at his ex-wife's house. The kids FINALLY get there and turns out Haley is dating Bobby. What a twist. Billy makes up with his son who he's had a rocky relationship with since the divorce. They all sit down for dinner as one family and Billy opens up his phone to delete the wedding picture he had on his phone of him and Alicia. Roman Space Telescope — September 2026 Launch Confirmed NASA's Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope is now targeting a September 2026 launch — eight months ahead of its formal May 2027 deadline, and under budget. The 300-megapixel infrared observatory will survey the cosmos with a field of view at least 100 times wider than Hubble's, observing over a billion galaxies and discovering more than 100,000 new worlds in its first five years. It will travel to the Sun-Earth L2 point aboard a SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket.   2. Uranus's Mysterious Rings Hint at Hidden Moons A study published in the Journal of Geophysical Research: Planets, using combined data from Keck Observatory, Hubble and JWST, has produced the first complete reflectance spectrum of Uranus's two outermost rings. The mu-ring is made of water ice sourced from moon Mab; the nu-ring contains carbon-rich organic compounds from unseen rocky bodies — suggesting undiscovered moonlets may orbit Uranus. Researchers say a dedicated spacecraft mission will be needed to solve the mystery fully.   3. Hubble Revisits the Trifid Nebula NASA's Hubble Space Telescope has re-imaged the spectacular Trifid Nebula, approximately 5,000 light-years away, nearly three decades after its original 1997 image. By comparing the two images, astronomers have tracked measurable changes in young stellar behaviour — demonstrating the power of long-lived space observatories as cosmic time-lapse cameras.   4. Jordan Signs the Artemis Accords The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan signed the Artemis Accords today at NASA Headquarters in Washington DC, becoming the 63rd nation to commit to the framework for peaceful space exploration. The Accords — established in 2020 — cover transparency, interoperability, data sharing, heritage preservation and resource extraction principles for Moon, Mars and beyond.   5. Artemis III Rocket Core Stage on the Move Just ten days after Artemis II's historic lunar flyby concluded, NASA rolled out the core stage of the Artemis III SLS rocket from Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans onto the Pegasus barge for shipment to Kennedy Space Center. Artemis III is targeting 2027 for an Earth-orbit crewed rendezvous and docking test with commercial lunar landers, with a Moon landing pushed to Artemis IV in 2028.   6. Comet C/2025 R3 PanSTARRS — Southern Hemisphere Viewing Window Comet C/2025 R3 PanSTARRS reached perihelion on April 19 and is now entering its best viewing window for Southern Hemisphere observers. From late April through early May, the comet will appear in the evening sky after sunset, potentially reaching magnitude 3.5 or brighter. Its orbit may be hyperbolic — meaning this could be humanity's only ever encounter with this object. Scrooge is forced to watch his father die and other bad stuff. But it's not all bad. We see him at his first job, falling in love, proposing. But her parents don't believe he will be able to financially support their daughter. So Scrooge is like just wait and see. I'll show you! Scrooge starts a business and refuses to help his first boss, Mr. Fezziwig, when he asked him to help him. He shows up a year later, shows that he has money to her parents but she isn't interested because she learned about how he treated Fezziwig. She shows him what happened to her but he's not interested. He insists that he regrets nothing! It's time for the ghost of Christmas present! He's fun. He's funky. He's Billy Porter. He shows him the Cratchit house on Christmas who is discussing Scrooge. Bob says he's just sick. Something is broken inside of him. Then he sees his nephew at a Christmas party, mocking Scrooge, and dancing big. Suddenly, the ghost of Christmas future. Obviously, it's Boy George. At the center is Bernie, stoic and emotionally reserved, struggling to express what he's feeling as he faces losing his wife. As June's condition worsens, she finds moments of joy in being surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Helen, who is expecting her first child, quietly grieves that her baby will never know their grandmother. June's greatest wish becomes clear: she wants her daughters, Julia and Molly, to reconcile.  One evening, as snow falls outside, June asks Julia for permission to let go. Through tears, Julia gives it. June shares a final, poetic hope — that she might return as the snow. With the help of her nurse Angel, she gets her two daughters that are fighting and finally confront their past and begin to heal.  Later, Connor challenges his father to open up and actually deal with the fact that his wife is dying. Bernie doesn't handle it great but ends up showing his love by singing karoke and finally having a heart to heart with Connor.  Knowing June won't make it to Christmas Day, the family comes together to celebrate early, putting on a nativity play in her honor. In the middle of that performance, surrounded by the people she loves most, June passes away. From the wings, Angeli watches as the family begins to process their grief — together. One year later, the Cheshires gather again at Christmas. Helen has welcomed her baby, and Connor has found love with Angeli. As they raise a toast to June, her voice returns through a letter she wrote to her unborn grandchild, reflecting on a life made rich simply by family. As the children run to the window to watch the snow fall, the family finds peace in her memory — and in the love she left behind. I guess he like owns a hotel and also lives there. He gets a call from someone named Jordan who tells him that she's not coming to help at the hotel this holiday season. Instead, she's sending a girl named Mia...someone who has a massive crush on Jeff since they were kids. The problem is Jeff can't stand Mia. So he's really mad about it so he drives to his buddy Allen's house. He has a request for him - will you work at my hotel for 2 weeks and work alongside her - run interference so I don't have to be around her? He pushes back because he doesn't want to take 2 weeks off of work but ultimately gives in. He starts to like her and they end up going on a date. One date leads to another date which leads to a kiss. Jeff starts getting jealous - he wants her to keep liking him even though he's not interested because he's a psycho. So he texts her to go to a movie and she says sure and then asks if Allen is coming. So he says yes. But at the movie, he tries to hold her hand. She's not interested. She holds Allen's hand instead. The next day, Allen tells Mia the truth about how he was only hired to run interference which makes her mad. He goes after her and tells her he loves her and they kiss. Jeff is forced to move on and says hi to the next girl who walks into the hotel. Who knows what'll happen next.
