The theater sat dormant for twenty years before Chris and Jordan Terrell approached the City in 2019 about showing a documentary filmed by Terrell in the theater. In October that year, they opened the theater's doors to patrons who sat on church pews in the remnants of what once was a glorious theater and watched an incredible documentary. Three years later, Morse and Terrell continue their pursuit of opening the theater and creating a space for the community to come and enjoy the arts of all kinds. Also, in the episode, Rob and Meghan highlight a few things happening around the community, discuss a few projects, and even briefly mention a social media meltdown.
