How can the Church move from constantly referring people in pain elsewhere to becoming the first place people turn for healing? What would it look like to create spaces where everyday believers are equipped with the tools to step into the hurt of those they encounter?Social researcher Shaunti Feldhahn and psychologist Dr. James Sells recognized that the mental health crisis in our country was at an all-time high, and they wanted to understand how churches were responding to those who are hurting. As they dove deep into the research, they discovered a striking contrast: some churches were effectively equipping lay people to care for and minister to those in need, while many church leaders felt overwhelmed, unsure of where to even begin. Through their research, they identified key principles that helped churches succeed in caring for hurting people, which they captured in their book When Hurting People Come to Church: How People of Faith Can Help Solve the Mental Health Crisis. In this episode, Davey, Shaunti, and Dr. Sells discuss why it is critical for the Church to be on the frontlines of healing, how to cast a vision for the Church as a place of help and hope, and what it truly means to be present with people in their pain.If you are a church leader or part of a church community, this conversation will encourage you to take meaningful next steps toward building communities that bring hope and healing to those who need it most—and to see how this kind of care can become one of the most powerful ways to share the good news of the gospel with those around us. In this episode, I sat down with Tina Brigley to talk about why entrepreneurs need to build a personal brand, not just a company brand. We broke down how storytelling, authenticity, and vulnerability are what really create trust, and why the messy parts of your journey are often the most powerful parts of your message. Tina shared her incredible story of losing the business she helped build, rebuilding from the ground up, and discovering that people were buying into her, not just the company. We also talked about my own shift toward more transparent content and why people connect more when you stop performing and start telling the truth. About Tina Brigley Tina Brigley is a TEDx speaker, storytelling brand strategist, and personal development coach who helps entrepreneurs turn their life experiences into powerful personal brands. She teaches business owners how to connect with their audience through authentic storytelling that builds trust, loyalty, and messaging that converts. After starting her career in education, Tina transitioned into coaching and personal development where she discovered that the stories people tell themselves often hold them back from showing up fully in business and life. Today, she helps entrepreneurs transform their lived experiences into magnetic messaging that attracts the right audience. Tina has coached thousands of entrepreneurs and coaches around the world and has been featured in Forbes, USA Today, Thrive Global, and Global Woman for her work in leadership, branding, and storytelling. Sean Combs, the hip-hop mogul known as Diddy or Puffy, continues to dominate headlines as his legal situation unfolds behind bars. According to recent reports, Combs has secured an early prison release, with his new date set for April 25, 2028, moving up his departure by more than a month from his previous June 4 release date. The 56-year-old was convicted in July 2025 on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and is currently serving a 50-month sentence at Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey. His early release comes after he was accepted into the Residential Drug Abuse Program in November, where he has reportedly been an active and committed participant. A representative stated that Combs is fully engaged in his rehabilitation work and focused on positive change and growth. However, his prison journey hasn't been without complications. His release date was previously adjusted after claims surfaced that he consumed moonshine behind bars in late 2025, though his representatives have firmly denied these allegations, asserting that he has not violated any prison rules and remains committed to his sobriety and self-discipline.Beyond his incarceration, Combs faces significant financial pressures. According to industry sources, the disgraced mogul has quietly sold his prized Gulfstream G550 private jet while imprisoned, a move described as deeply humiliating for someone once synonymous with excess and abundance. Comparable aircraft typically sell for between fifteen and twenty million dollars, though the exact sale price remains undisclosed. Insiders suggest this was a calculated decision driven by the necessity to free up cash and protect remaining resources rather than any lifestyle choice.Meanwhile, separate legal proceedings continue. According to podcast documentation, Combs remains facing additional charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution, to which he has pleaded not guilty. His legal defense strategy has included his lawyer's arguments about the commonality of certain lifestyle practices in his defense. From his early days building Bad Boy Records in the 1990s to his diversified empire spanning music, fashion, spirits, and real estate, Combs' financial story reflects a dramatic reversal. Once estimated to be worth between 450 and 600 million dollars, his current assets face significant depletion due to legal fees and asset sales.Thank you for tuning in to this update on Sean Combs' ongoing situation. These days people talk about neurochemicals a lot. Chemicals like dopamine, and cortisol, and the love chemical, oxytocin.I've always wondered how these chemicals are affected by copy, and how much it matters. So imagine my surprise when I discovered what our very special guest was doing! His name is Clive Cable, and he's not only written a book about this, he has a complete system to evaluate copy based on the neurochemistry the copy will cause, and the buying behavior that chemistry will lead to.The book is called Neurocopy, and it's the first systematic work I've ever seen that shows how copy stimulates certain chemicals, and how those chemicals make people want to buy.Clive is a trailblazer with his pioneering work. But I want to make it clear that he's not some ivory tower guy sitting in a white coat in a lab measuring blood levels of dopamine and endorphins with a clinical chemistry analyzer. No, Clive's one of us. He got started as a door-to-door salesman, offering home improvement products and services for as much as $25,000 a pop–and closing an amazing two out of every three people he talked to.He's also an experienced copywriter, and has generated over £40 million, which is over 50 million dollars, across 12 different industries.Clive also built a supplement company that generated £24,000 a month, selling products including colloidal silver, prebiotics and aerobic oxygen. All of which to say that nothing he says about the process of buying and selling is theoretical. He's lived it and he lives it.And he's a great salesperson!I can also say that after I read through his book, I started to feel the effects of cortisol, which is a feeling of high stress, right before high-stakes events, and the effects of endorphins, which is a feeling of relief and satisfaction, after those events ended well. There's a lot more to all this, as we'll find out today.Link to get Clive's new book, “Neurocopy”https://www.lulu.com/shop/clive-cable/neurocopy/paperback/product-w4qjdmn.html

The Lumber Exchange building in Minneapolis is set to change hands for a dollar this week, going to Kristi Oman—the same person who two years ago bought the Kickernick Building, another old downtown property, and transformed it into a hub for artists. That, or something like it, is likely to be the fate of the 12-story Lumber Exchange building. In chats with Twin Cities Business, Oman mentioned she wants to keep the roughly 140-year-old, 225,569-square-foot space commercial (rather than making residencies out of it), converting it for artists and folks in the fashion industry. The official sale price will be $20,001, Oman says. In addition to the $1 price tag, she must pay a $20,000 fee for taking the property off auction. Oman owns Space Unlimited, a Minneapolis real estate company specializing in restoration of historic buildings.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

This week on Autonomy Markets, Grayson Brulte and Walter Piecyk discuss Uber's new Autonomous Vehicle Solutions initiative, Waymo's growing markets, and the growth of Physical AI powered by NVIDIA.As Uber's stock languishes in the low seventies due to investor overhang about the future of autonomy, the company announced Uber Autonomous Solutions, a new initiative to support the growth of autonomous vehicles on the Uber platform.Grayson and Walt break down the initiative point by point, examining Uber's strategy of providing training data, enriched mapping, venue management, and autonomous vehicle insurance. While Grayson views much of the in-car experience pitch as buzzword Alley, Walt argues that AV mission control and fleet management are the true meat of Uber's strategy, aiming to provide the critical API for a fragmented market. This sparks a spirited debate on whether Uber is maintaining its asset-light identity or quietly creeping into asset-heavy operations by owning and operating robotaxi assets. The conversation then shifts to the geopolitical risks of Uber's international partnerships, as the company recently hosted analysts in Abu Dhabi to meet with Chinese autonomous partners WeRide and Baidu. Grayson warns of the tremendous blowback and political risk this carries back home, especially given the current US administration's active stance on social media regarding foreign technology.Walt and Grayson also discuss a recent broker report, shared by Uber CFO Balaji Krishnamurthy on X, that analyzed just 34 trips in Austin and claimed there is no cost advantage to autonomy. They call the sample size too small and the conclusions baffling given the obvious long-term benefits of removing human drivers.Contrasting Uber's narrative tour, Waymo is aggressively scaling and growing revenue. This week, Waymo announced they have crossed 1 million fully autonomous freeway miles, expanded into Chicago and Charlotte, and opened up Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Orlando to early riders.Notably, Uber was absent from these new market announcements, leading Grayson to point out the potentially waning relationship between the two companies. Furthermore, he put on his inspector hat to uncover signs of Waymo's grand ambitions in the EU, citing meetings with the European Commission and job postings for EU regulatory counsel. As Waymo scales, the capital markets are flowing for autonomy investments, highlighted by Wayve securing a $1.2 billion check at an $8.6 billion valuation. The round includes investments from SoftBank, NVIDIA, Stellantis, and Nissan, with Uber committing to own and operate the Wayve fleet in 10 upcoming markets, starting with London. Then there is the growth of physical AI, which NVIDIA announced contributed $6 billion in earnings last quarter, with CFO Colette Kress signaling that robotaxis and humanoids are poised to be major growth markets over the next decade.Episode Chapters00:00 Uber's Identity Crisis 1:33 Breaking Down Uber Autonomous Solutions20:43 Uber's Abu Dhabi Analyst Day & Chinese Tech Risks 35:37 Waymo Announces Chicago & Charlotte as New Markets 40:55 Uber and Waymo's Waning Relationship 42:03 Waymo Surpasses 1 Million Fully Autonomous Freeway Miles43:56 Waymo Eyes the EU Expansion 46:32 Wayve's $1.2B Funding Round50:39 NVIDIA, Physical AI, & Humanoids 53:04 Next WeekRecorded on Friday, February 27, 2026--------About The Road to AutonomyThe Road to Autonomy is the definitive media brand covering the Autonomy Economy™. The market doesn't reward originality alone. It rewards clarity.Readers make buying decisions in seconds—and those seconds depend on signals: cover cues, category alignment, keyword precision, and a description that instantly communicates who the book is for.In this episode, we break down why following a proven framework isn't creative compromise—it's strategic positioning.A formula is not a box. It's a blueprint. For fiction, that means honoring genre expectations and recognizable tropes so readers immediately understand the emotional experience you're promising. For nonfiction, it means knowing exactly where your reader is on their journey—beginner, stuck mid-process, or advanced—and framing your title, subtitle, and opening lines accordingly. We also unpack:Why “my book fits multiple genres” is often a red flagHow Amazon's algorithm prioritizes clarity over clevernessWhy ads that get clicks but not sales usually signal positioning misalignmentThe real reason roughly 70% of purchases stem from recommendations, not direct searchesHow to correct misalignment without rewriting your manuscriptYou'll walk away with tactical action steps:Audit your categories for buyer intentRefine backend keywords to reflect how readers actually searchEvaluate whether your cover signals genre in under one secondRewrite your description opening to lead with the strongest promiseYou're not copying creativity. You're copying clarity—so your creativity can shine. If this episode reframes how you think about positioning, share it with an author who insists their book is “different.” Then subscribe and leave a review telling us what shift made you rethink your book page.Send us your feedback!Help shape our 2026 content by taking our 30-second listener poll!

It is tight end season on the Dynasty Nerds pod as Rich Dotson, Matt O'Hara, and Garret Price dig into 2026 TE dynasty buys and sells at one of fantasy's most volatile positions. If you need affordable production, the crew makes the case for Mark Andrews as a low risk bet with Lamar Jackson still leaning on the position and a contract extension adding security. They also highlight AJ Barner as a cheap stash with youth, steady growth, and a scheme fit that could keep the arrow pointing up. For upside on a discount, David Njoku comes up as a player the dynasty community has cooled on, but who could rebound in a better offense if free agency breaks right. The big sell call is Jake Ferguson, a tight end who may be priced at last year's touchdowns and volume rather than repeatable traits. Sam LaPorta also gets the sell label due to back surgery risk and a Detroit offense that may not feed tight ends like it once did. Finally, Brenton Strange is flagged as a surprising TE13 price in an offense that has not consistently funneled targets to the position. Explore more tools and resources to stay ahead of your league.
February brings offseason roster management decisions, and Rich Dotson, Matt O'Hara, and Garret Price break down the wide receivers to target and which studs to flip before values decline. From identifying alpha receivers to recognizing injury red flags, these moves could define your 2026 championship window. Ricky Pearsall sits at WR26 despite becoming the last receiver standing in San Francisco with Jauan Jennings likely leaving and George Kittle recovering from an Achilles injury. Alec Pierce finished WR28 despite Indianapolis dysfunction, and free agency could elevate him to a mid range WR2 if Michael Pittman gets cut. Zay Flowers finished WR7 or WR12 depending on format, and Declan Doyle's arrival from Ben Johnson's coaching tree should increase Baltimore's pass volume dramatically.
