The biggest people problem masquerading as an AI problem is readiness. AI is being thrown at people who don't know where to start, how it fits their real lives, or how it changes their work without threatening them. Training should be experiential, not theoretical. Courses can help. But capability sticks when people learn by doing, inside real workflows, with real tasks, and real feedback loops. Psychological safety is non-negotiable. People won't share pain points if they fear automation will erase their job. Leaders shouldn't make promises they can't keep. They should make learning safe and transferable. Workflows don't have to be scary. A workflow is just the steps you already take. "Ask a question → make notes → read notes → act." That's a workflow. Low-risk experiments lead to higher-risk breakthroughs. The "AI coffee warmer" might feel silly. But it's part of the lab. Small experiments teach the muscles needed for bigger transformations. Leadership in the AI era requires humility. Admit you're learning. Model curiosity. We finally arrive at the crescendo of our inaugural Australian Top 50 Golf Course rankings. They are further normalizing thr fear surrounding celebrations, much like in the 2000s under Bush and Obama. Meanwhile, almost every foiled attempt (or successful attempt) at terror ended up being directly connected to CIA or FBI programs and projects. Why would this be any different? They're ramping up fear in the new year leading into 2026 to start off the year with major staged events. Are people really going to fall for it? On top of the push for technocratic policies under emergency orders and mass surveillance, this also helps them promote the absurdities behind their wars in Latin America, in Mexico and Venezuela as they claim these countries are working with Iran against the United States, an absolutely absurd fabrication to push the United States closer to mass chaos in Latin America and war for Israel against Iran. If you are going to confront a whiner: Understand that they are looking for attention, but give them attention for solving the issue, not for whining about the issue. From photos of Bill Clinton to accusations against Trump, it appears we are just being dropped fodder for the political unrest to come. With 1.7 million new files set to come out and be heavily redacted, we have to remember that those who truly hold the files, hold the video. The videos the FBI seized from Epstein's Manhattan townhouse which they claim "disappeared." Israel. They hold the blackmail. In fact, Epstein bragged about being an agent for the Israeli government.
