Most people over 50 have disc bulges and degeneration and are not in pain. 30% of people in their 20s have disc bulges and are not in pain. Janda would say that the disc is being injured by postural issues due to muscle imbalances and also because of dysfunctional movement patterns caused by those Upper and Lower Crossed Syndromes.  Treating a disc bulge only gives temporary relief. The underlying sheering force caused by a short tight psoas or a forward head placement will start to injury adjacent discs and will perpetuate pain.  Fix the Function! He trades a diversified set of strategies in equities and ETFs, with a focus on the shorter term (and particularly mean-reversion) models. Of particular interest to me was his VIX trading strategies due to their usefulness as a hedge in times of crises, and because they employ more than just price data (they look to the VIX futures curve - whether in backwardation or contango as a critical filter to his models). Trading volatility (through the futures, options or ETFs) can be extremely risky, but given the strong edges that are present in trading a consistent down-trending market, it's always of interest to me how traders find a way to profit while minimizing the risks inherent in these models. Pro Palestine activists are being arrested simply for holding flags. 30 people are arrested a day in the UK for things as simple as retweets, liking posts, saying words, etc. Tucker Carlson recently famously challenged Piers Morgan to say a word people have been jailed over recently in the UK. Alongside the insane internet IDs and Ofcom laws, all semblance of free speech seems to be getting erased in the UK. Even BitChute was forced to leave the UK due to online speech laws. If you want to destroy a society, weaken them. Demoralize them. Make them feel as though they have no say outside of the political beast system. This all leads to the ultimate form of censorship. The digital ID system. Total technocratic control. The 15 Minute Cities are already in place in the UK in places such as Oxford which we have reported on on the ground.
