You're halfway through 2026, and what you do this quarter decides whether Q4 feels calm and profitable or like a three-month scramble. Q3 is the most important planning window of your whole year, and most store owners spend it on the wrong things. Inside, the 6 moves actually worth your time for the back half of 2026: what to double down on now, and what to drop so you have room to do it. Plus the one question you can run every task through to know instantly whether it deserves your time between now and December. In this episode: The move with a closing window. Wait until fall and you've already missed it. The website leak that's quietly costing you on every visitor, and why it gets way more expensive once holiday traffic hits. The Q4 prep work that has to happen now in the summer, not in November. The mid-year number most store owners get proud of, while their profit quietly disappears. The one filter question that decides where your time goes for the rest of the year. _______ Full Episode Show Notes http://ecommercebadassery.com/381 _______ Learn With Me Work with Me 1:1 https://ecommercebadassery.com/ecommerce-help/ https://ecommercebadassery.com/email-marketing/ Courses & Membership https://ecommercebadassery.com/membership https://ecommercebadassery.com/programs _______ Let's Connect Website: http://ecommercebadassery.com Instagram: http://instagram.com/ecommercebadassery Membership: http://ecommercebadassery.com/membership _______ Rate, Review, & Subscribe Like what you heard? PEACEFUL MIND PODCAST — EPISODE 331 Motherhood with Fibromyalgia: Finding Strength in Chronic Illness Danielle is joined by her coaching client Allie, a mom who has been living with fibromyalgia for over 13 years. What started as a physical fall led to a diagnosis that quietly reshaped everything about the way Allie mothered, moved through the world, and thought about herself. In this honest, unhurried conversation, Allie shares what it was really like — the guilt, the grief, the invisible struggle of looking fine while feeling anything but — and what changed when she stopped fighting her limitations and started working with them. If you are navigating a chronic illness, a health challenge, or any season that has forced you to let go of the mom you thought you were going to be, this episode will make you feel deeply seen. And if you're not, Allie's story carries wisdom that applies to any woman who has had to rebuild her expectations and find a new kind of strength. In This Episode You'll Learn: What fibromyalgia actually is — and why it's called an invisible illness How Allie shifted from surviving to thriving as a mom with a chronic condition The lies she believed about herself early on — and what she knows now that she wishes she had known then What her daughter, now 23, says about growing up with a mom who had to do things differently Why life coaching — not chronic illness coaching — became the turning point in her journey What Allie would say to a mom who has just been diagnosed with something and is grieving the life she thought she would have Get full show notes, transcript, and more information here Related Episodes If this topic resonated with you, these episodes may also help: #233 — Self-Compassion: The Key to a Peaceful Mind #266 — How to Handle Anything: A 3-Step Formula #246 — How to Free Yourself From Unmet Expectations: The Manual Edition

Is the global elite hiding a terrifying connection between ancient spirits and modern starships? On this episode of the TruthSeekah podcast, we shatter the mainstream illusions surrounding the UFO disclosure coverup. Together with the trailblazing founders of Path11TV supernatural broadcasting, April Hannah and Michael Habernig, we reveal how elite factions use classification laws to conceal verified paranormal entity encounters. For decades, standard science has labeled hauntings and cryptids as mental illusions. However, our guests present terrifying alien encounter testimonies and physical evidence suggesting that these interdimensional beings are operating freely within our airspace and our neighborhoods. We dissect the hidden military agendas that track these ultra terrestrials while conditioning the public to dismiss supernatural phenomena as mere campfire ghost stories. Why is the government desperate to keep you in the dark?By linking ancient historical texts with modern afterlife documentary streaming assets, we show that what ancestors called demons or angels are actively engaging in extraterrestrial contact today. This conversation forces you to confront an uncomfortable reality: humanity is not at the top of the food chain, and our physical dimension is highly accessible to outside forces. This jaw dropping discourse provides irrefutable proof of life after death that bypasses standard religious dogmas completely. Leave us a messge!!This week we're pulling back the curtain.A few weeks ago, my subbie and I unexpectedly lost a work-camping position after someone connected us to the podcast and our Female-Led Relationship content.Let THAT soak in...While we don't know every detail behind what happened, it sparked an important conversation about privacy, judgment, and the risks some couples face when their relationship dynamic becomes visible to the outside world. In this episode we talk openly about: Being "outed" because of your relationship dynamic The judgment that still exists around Female-Led Relationships Why some couples choose to keep their FLR private The difference between religious faith and judgment Navigating major life changes as a team How our dynamic helped us stay grounded during uncertainty Why communication matters when life throws you a curveball Turning setbacks into opportunities One of the biggest takeaways from this experience is that our relationship didn't crack under pressure. When things got difficult, we did what we've always done—we worked together, made a plan, and moved forward. We also discuss a topic that came up inside the FLRSkool community: the very real dangers some people face if their relationship dynamic becomes public knowledge. Depending on family, culture, employment, or community expectations, being "outed" can have consequences far beyond an awkward conversation. At the end of the day, this episode isn't about a campground. It's about authenticity. It's about refusing to be ashamed of a consensual relationship that works for us.And it's about learning that sometimes the thing that feels like a setback ends up pushing you exactly where you needed to go.Get 30 Days of FREE Starlink!! This is a follow-up conversation. Listen to the first episode here. Jeff Strong worked nearly 30 years in the consumer products industry as a senior executive at Procter & Gamble and global president and chief customer officer at Johnson & Johnson. He then taught in the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University and worked as an advisor to the Church before serving as a mission leader in the Arkansas Bentonville Mission. Jeff has since spent several years doing research on why people are leaving the Church. He recently published the book Torn: Why People We Love Are Leaving the Church and What We Can Learn from Them. Jeff lives in Midway, Utah, and stays busy with a little lavender farm, some business consulting, and enjoying family. The conversation focuses on the four stages individuals typically experience when questioning their faith and the cultural imbalances that can affect their sense of belonging. 00:02:18 – Understanding Faith Transitions 00:05:23 – Four Stages of Faith Transition 00:09:01 – Intensive Seeking Phase 00:10:19 – Relational Breaking Stage 00:12:47 – Importance of Conversations in Faith Transitions 00:13:35 – Embracing Different Perspectives 00:18:00 – Role Play: Navigating Faith Questions 00:20:10 – The Need for New Thinking 00:24:29 – Cultural Imbalances in the Church 00:30:34 – Hard and Unyielding Soil 00:39:51 – Shallow Stony Soil: Growth vs. Sanctuary 00:44:08 – Balancing Sanctuary and Transformation Key Insights Four Stages of Faith Transition: Individuals often go through integrity disruption, permission to question, intensive seeking, and relational breaking. Each stage reflects a different aspect of their journey as they navigate doubts and seek understanding. Cultural Imbalances: Jeff identifies four cultural imbalances in the Latter-day Saint community, including hard and unyielding soil versus acceptance, and sanctuary versus transformation. These imbalances can alienate individuals who feel their beliefs or experiences do not align with community expectations. Importance of Acceptance: Acknowledging and validating the experiences of those questioning their faith is crucial. Leaders should create an environment where individuals feel safe to express doubts without fear of judgment or ostracism. Nourishment vs. Protection: The conversation emphasizes the need for a balance between the protective aspects of church culture and the nourishing elements that foster growth and transformation. Leaders should focus on providing spiritual nourishment to help individuals thrive. Role of Conversations: Open and supportive conversations can significantly impact whether individuals choose to stay within the faith community. Leaders should approach discussions with empathy and understanding, recognizing the importance of relational dynamics. Leadership Applications Foster Open Dialogue: Encourage open discussions about faith and doubts within congregations. Create safe spaces where members can share their experiences without fear of being labeled or judged. Balance Protection and Nourishment: Strive to create a culture that values both adherence to standards and the acceptance of diverse beliefs and experiences. This balance can help retain members who may feel marginalized. Supportive Leadership: Leaders should model vulnerability by sharing their own faith journeys and struggles. This approach can help normalize the questioning process and foster a sense of community and belonging among members. Not every par 72 is the same. In this episode, Lou sends out the good golfers—scratch and 5 index—to "hard" and "easy" courses (distinguished by their course rating). Are these difficulty ratings accurate? How often will these good players break part on courses of different difficulty? And has Mark turned in Lou's DM guy, who doubts the numbers because it isn't what he sees? Each of these will be a mini-episode (10-15 minutes long) about an interesting golf stat. A lot of teams hit January with energy and end Q2 running on fumes. In this Office Hours episode, Danny opens the doors to Optidge's internal playbook with Operations Director Kelly A. Garcia and Head of People Operations Lauren Friedman. Together, they break down how the agency prevents midyear drift, what it actually looks like to build a culture of transparency in a remote-first environment, and the frameworks Optidge uses to keep teams unified and accountable year-round.An Optidge "Office Hours" EpisodeOur Office Hours episodes are your go-to for details, case studies, how-to's, and advice on specific marketing topics. Join our fellow Optidge team members, partners, and sometimes even 1:1 teachings from Danny himself, in these shorter, marketing-focused episodes. Get ready to get marketing!Episode Highlights:This discussion unpacks why momentum fades mid-quarter, not mid-year, and how Optidge builds intentional reset points four times a year to reignite it.Lauren details the “Share the Legos” concept: why giving away knowledge and process is the only real way to scale, and how to shift the team mindset to embrace it.Kelly shares the two key KPIs she watches every day, and what they tell her about when a mid-year pivot is actually necessary. The pair reveals how and why Optidge uses letter grades, single quarterly rocks, and clearly defined "done" criteria to keep goals from becoming noise. This episode emphasizes why context is non-negotiable in a remote agency, and what happens when leaders fill the silence instead of leaving teams to fill it themselves.Episode Links: Digital Marketing Mentor Podcast: Optidge.com/tdmmConnect with Kelly A. He emphasizes the importance of viewing these blessings as affirmations of identity and divine potential rather than as mere checklists or warnings. 00:02:28 – Orlando’s Calling as a Patriarch 00:03:52 – Challenges of Starting as a Patriarch 00:04:48 – Training and Preparation for Patriarchs 00:05:41 – The Pressure of Giving a Blessing 00:06:29 – Communicating First-Time Blessings 00:07:06 – Orlando’s Role as the Only Patriarch 00:07:55 – Impact on Gospel Study and Preparation 00:08:34 – Revelation and Inspiration in Preparation 00:09:40 – The Importance of Compassion 00:10:37 – Note-Taking for Blessings 00:12:00 – Reviewing and Editing Blessings 00:13:27 – The Nature of Patriarchal Blessings 00:14:35 – Preparing Candidates for Blessings 00:17:30 – Helping Candidates Feel Comfortable 00:19:06 – The Role of Patriarchs in the Church 00:20:10 – The Blessing Aspect of Patriarchal Blessings 00:21:09 – Avoiding a Checklist Mentality 00:22:32 – The Role of Personal Agency 00:23:36 – Orlando’s List of Recommended Talks 00:24:45 – Reducing Anxiety for Candidates 00:26:07 – The Experience of Giving Blessings 00:27:30 – The Importance of Seeing Potential 00:28:59 – Understanding Lineage in Blessings 00:30:33 – The Significance of Covenant and Gathering 00:31:47 – Contributions of Different Tribes 00:33:44 – The Role of Personal Revelation 00:35:58 – Flexibility in Interpreting Blessings 00:37:09 – The Lifelong Relevance of Blessings Key Insights The Nature of Patriarchal Blessings: These blessings should be viewed fundamentally as a positive source of love and divine identity. Orlando emphasizes that they are not patriarchal warnings, admonitions, or “chewing outs,” but rather tools to help individuals understand their divine worth. Preparation as a Patriarch: The process involves intense, ongoing spiritual preparation. Orlando explains that he often feels like a “faucet that cannot be turned off” in the days leading up to a blessing, as he studies scriptures and topics prompted by the Holy Ghost to prepare his mind to receive impressions. Mortal Delivery of Revelation: Patriarchs receive inspiration, but they must articulate it using their own mortal capacity, vocabulary, and understanding. Consequently, a patriarchal blessing is a collaboration between the Spirit and the patriarch’s mortal expression. The Fallacy of the “Checklist”: Recipients should avoid viewing their blessings as a list of required events (e.g., marriage, missions, children) to be checked off. Instead, they should see the blessing as a resource to be applied to all of life’s decisions, challenges, and experiences. Understanding Lineage: The declaration of lineage is not a DNA test but an invitation to participate in the Abrahamic covenant and the gathering of Israel. Each tribe's unique description provides a different “skill set” for how an individual can contribute to the Lord’s work. Leadership Applications Alleviate Anxiety: Leaders can help reduce the nervousness people feel about visiting a patriarch by fostering opportunities for the patriarch to interact with ward members (e.g., firesides, sacrament meetings, or activities) beforehand, making him a familiar figure rather than a stranger. Foster a Broad Interpretation: Bishops and leaders should encourage members to interpret their patriarchal blessings with flexibility. When members feel confused by their blessing, leaders can help them understand that the meanings may evolve and deepen as they face different stages and challenges in life. Ever been told you need to hire help ASAP? Same. And while that's usually good advice, nobody warns you about what happens when the person you hired is actually making everything worse. I'm talking about this one today because a friend of mine just went through it. She spent months dealing with a VA who was unreliable, couldn't keep up with recurring tasks, and somehow never connected the dots no matter how many conversations they had. It was costing her more time to manage this person than it would've taken to just do the work herself. And the mental load? That was the real killer. So we're getting into what it looks like when your "help" is actually holding you back, how to know when it's time to cut someone loose, and how to think about hiring the right way so you're not just filling a seat. The sneaky way bad hires eat up more of your time than doing it yourself ever would Why the mental load of managing the wrong person might be costing you more than their salary The real story behind my friend's VA situation (and the moment everything changed) What happened when I hired a full-time VA and why it backfired The difference between needing help and needing the right help A hiring mistake that has nothing to do with someone being bad at their job Why right now is the perfect time to get intentional about who's on your team before Q4 _______ Full Episode Show Notes http://ecommercebadassery.com/380 _______ Learn With Me Work with Me 1:1 https://ecommercebadassery.com/ecommerce-help/ https://ecommercebadassery.com/email-marketing/ Courses & Membership https://ecommercebadassery.com/membership https://ecommercebadassery.com/programs _______ Let's Connect Website: http://ecommercebadassery.com Instagram: http://instagram.com/ecommercebadassery Membership: http://ecommercebadassery.com/membership _______ Rate, Review, & Subscribe Like what you heard? Maybe it was today. Maybe it's something that happens so often you've stopped noticing. In this episode, Danielle gets to the root of something that holds so many moms back — not by offering a pep talk, but by helping you actually understand what's happening in your brain when the fear of judgment kicks in. Once you see it clearly, something shifts. The fear of judgment isn't really about other people. It's about how your brain works. And once you understand that, you can stop letting it run your life. In This Episode You'll Learn: Why your brain is wired to judge — and why everyone else's brain is too, and what that means for you Why there is literally no way to live that avoids judgment completely — and the question to ask instead How other people's judgments are more about them than they are about you Five practical steps to start breaking free from the fear of judgment for good How to give yourself the approval you've been looking for from others Get full show notes, transcript, and more information here Related Episodes If this topic resonated with you, these episodes may also help: #322 — Whose Life Are You Living? #247 — Hidden Costs to People-Pleasing: A Catholic Mom's Guide to Authentic Living #228 — How to Let Go of What Other People Think
Annie sold a multi-million-dollar therapy center at 43. On paper, that kind of success should make a person feel safe. But money does not automatically rewrite what the body learned first. Host Syama Bunten sits down with Annie Wright, a licensed psychotherapist and executive coach specializing in trauma recovery for high achievers, for a conversation about what financial success can and cannot fix. For Annie, psychological healing and financial healing have never been separate work. Her childhood financial trauma shaped more than her beliefs about money. It shaped what safety, success, and self-worth felt like. Annie grew up between old-money privilege and real financial instability, watching money appear, disappear, and come with secrecy, shame, and survival. That early relational trauma and money mindset followed her into adulthood, even as she became the first in her family to build the kind of security she once imagined from a distance. This is a conversation about breaking the poverty cycle, first generation wealth building, and the emotional cost of becoming the person no one in your family knew how to model. Annie is honest about ambition as a survival strategy, the nervous system that still braces for everything to disappear, and why the numbers on paper do not always match the feeling of safety inside. Now, her work sits at the intersection of women and financial healing, with books, courses, and education designed to help more women move from survival into lives that feel secure, self-directed, and fully lived. Her 2026 book Decade of Decisions is part of that next chapter. If Annie's story speaks to you, keep going. Today we're diving into something we use every day - our voice. Most of us are walking around with an unconscious default voice that's been patched together from old stories, childhood wounds, cultural expectations, and whatever got us through the day. But what if that voice isn't really you?Meet Barbara McAfee - voice whisperer, author, singer, and playful catalyst for authentic expression. For more than three decades, Barbara has helped people shed vocal habits shaped by old stories and step into voices that feel truly like home. Through sound, story, character work, and her Five Elements system, she makes voice liberation both profound and ridiculously fun. She's a master voice coach, bestselling author of Full Voice and Vocal Intelligence, and dynamic speaker whose two TEDx talks - including the widely viewed “Bringing Your Full Voice to Life” - have inspired hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. Her work has reached leaders, organizations, international educators, community singing movements, and countless individuals through keynotes, retreats, coach trainings, and her beloved Morning Star Singers hospice choir.Barbara, in so many ways, graces us with her presence on The Junkyard Love Podcast to remind us that our voice is the primary way we shape our world.Your voice is the instrument that shapes your expression on the way out. What we really 'mean' is upstream of the voice, and how we express what we really mean is changed by the voice - our life is lived downstream of our ability to express ourselves. Our expressions are interpreted by one another through an infinite number of micro movements, frequencies, rhythms, pheromones, sensory perceptions, biological responses, and so many more - but our voices carry truths even our own conscious perception can't filter out. Barbara shares that our voices are often shaped by past traumas, survival strategies, cultural pressure, and old stuck identities - and she teaches us how to release those unconscious holds in our physical body, allowing the voice to open and flow without restraint. In this back-and-forth conversation, we cover how most of us are unconsciously wearing what Barbara calls a “vocal girdle” - that invisible tightness and restriction we build over years from old wounds, family expectations, and cultural pressure that keeps our voice smaller and safer than it wants to be. She shares how we can gently loosen and remove it through her joyful Five Elements framework (Earth, Fire, Water, Metal, and Air), by playing with characters and archetypes, and through simple, everyday practices like laughing through the different sounds, voicing your yawns, and reading children's books out loud. We also explore the magic of group singing, the power of pretending to be someone else, code-switching with awareness, and why freeing your voice changes so much more than just how you sound - it changes how you show up in every part of your life.If you've ever felt like your voice doesn't quite match who you really are inside, this conversation is full of heart, laughter, insight, and practical tools you can start using right away - to start speaking with your real voice.Key Topics Covered:Unconscious vocal habits and the “vocal girdle” most of us wearHow childhood experiences and trauma shape our voiceThe Five Elements Framework for vocal freedomPlaying characters and archetypes to access hidden parts of yourselfThe power of group singing and collective connectionPractical daily tools to open and strengthen your voiceCode switching, ego, and authentic flexibilityVoice work for leaders, creatives, and everyday lifeChapter Timestamps (YouTube & Podcast Platforms)00:00 – Why Most People Are Stuck in an Unconscious “Default” Voice00:58 – The “Vocal Girdle”: How Old Wounds and Expectations Restrict Us02:13 – How Childhood Trauma and Family Secrets Shape Your Voice Long-Term04:10 – The Five Elements Framework (Earth, Fire, Water, Metal, Air) Explained05:40 – Barbara's Personal Story: Overcoming Fear of Singing Solo08:32 – The Secret Power of Playing Characters and Archetypes13:38 – Ego, “Brain Rats,” and Gently Expanding Beyond Your Comfort Zone22:55 – Practical Voice Tools for Leaders, Presentations, and Difficult Conversations30:29 – The Magic of Group Singing and Deep Human Connection34:05 – Jacob's Wild DJ Story: Unifying Experiences and Collective Flow40:06 – Laugh, Yawn & Read Children's Books: Easy Daily Practices to Open Your Voice46:26 – Code Switching: Shifting Voices Authentically Across Situations55:12 – Why Humans Crave Collective Ecstasy and Group Singing01:01:40 – Barbara's Books, Music, and Life's Work01:12:45 – Current Retreats, Courses, and What's Next for Barbara01:17:01 – Final Wisdom and Closing ReflectionsLearn practical voice exercises and how to speak with more confidence and authenticity.Key Quotes from Barbara“Most of us are using our kind of unconscious default voice that we think is us, but it's not. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Supervisor with over 25 years of experience, she has had the opportunity to work in numerous crisis situations where she witnessed firsthand the gravity of trauma and grief. It was in these situations that she realized there were not enough opportunities to heal from trauma and loss after the initial crisis. With this knowledge, she formed Finding Freedom Therapy, PLLC, in 2014 with the vision of providing specialized treatment to those who have endured (or are continuing to endure) horrific traumas and unspeakable losses. After earning her degree in psychology and international studies from Texas A&M University, Amanda pursued her Master of Science in Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin. Throughout her career, she has had the unique opportunity to gain notable hands-on experience, much of which was working in conjunction with the military, first responders, and frontline workers. She has worked alongside probation and parole officers in the field, with police officers on-scene, supported doctors and nurses in the ED and ICU departments of level-one trauma centers, counseled families of the recently deceased at the moment of loss, and worked next to the U.S. National Guard when assisting during Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Ike, and Harvey.Amanda's experience with veterans and military service members began early in her career with her graduate internship at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Hospital, and later continued with her work as lead trauma therapist for an inpatient military program, Freedom Care, where she worked with active-duty combat military and veterans suffering from PTSD. She is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET). What if the very neurological pathways that society labels as a "disorder" are actually a biological antenna designed for extraterrestrial communication? In this episode of the TruthSeekah Podcast, we sit down with Ogi Ogas, a brilliant neuroscientist who walked the halls of MIT and Harvard before being pushed out of the academic establishment for his semmingly radical claims. Ogi shares his journey of navigating the rigid world of mathematical neuroscience while simultaneously experiencing deep level contact with non human intelligences. We explore the controversial theory of Starseed children and the potential link between autism and psychic ability. Could autism be an evolutionary leap rather than a diagnosis? Ogi breaks down how his unique brain function acts as a "tuning fork" for higher consciousness and shares what he believes aliens are trying to communicate regarding the future of humanity. This isn't just a conversation about UFOs; it's a masterclass in the intersection of consciousness, mathematics, and spiritual awakening.Whether you are a skeptic, a scientist, or a seeker, Ogi's perspective on the hidden facets of the universe will challenge everything you think you know about reality. Join us as we bridge the gap between hard science and the cosmic mission of human evolution. Are you ready to see what it really sounds like when the universe speaks? Inside Britain's Skinwalker Ranch: UFOs, Cryptids & Psychic Phenomena ________________________________________Podcast Highlights: • The eerie parallels between Rendlesham Forest and Skinwalker Ranch• Can UFOs actually respond to human consciousness and intention? • The terrifying overlap between extraterrestrials, cryptids, and psychic phenomena• Why ancient folklore and modern UFO encounters may describe the same intelligenceRight now, humanity is standing at a fascinating crossroads. Governments are talking openly about UFOs. Military footage has gone public. Pilots, intelligence officers, scientists, and experiencers around the world are stepping forward. And the deeper the conversation goes, the more mysterious it becomes. Because it may not simply be about spacecraft in the sky. It may be about consciousness itself. About reality. About who and what we are. Right now, we're diving into one of the most fascinating cases in UFO history, the Rendlesham Forest incident, often called Britain's Roswell. And as my guest discovered while investigating the site, the phenomena surrounding Rendlesham may go far beyond extraterrestrials. My guest is filmmaker, musician, UFO researcher, and fearless truth-seeker MARK CHRISTOPHER LEE. His new documentary journeys deep into the mystery of Rendlesham Forest and asks a provocative question: What if the phenomenon is not just watching us… but interacting with us? www.nubmusic.co.uk ** More with Debbi

Joel Turner spent 11 years as a SWAT sniper instructor before becoming one of the most well known instructors in the hunting world. His take on why hunters miss is unlike anything you've heard — and it applies equally to archery and rifle. We start with how bullets actually kill. From there we get into the pre-ignition flinch... why there's no such thing as a subconscious override of the central nervous system, what open loop vs. closed loop trigger press actually means, and why the fix isn't mechanics. The fix is speech. Joel's core argument: the skill is not in the shooting, it's in what you say in your head while you shoot. In this episode:Hydrostatic shock, the 2,200 fps threshold, and why a .22 Creedmoor can kill elkPre-ignition flinch — open vs. closed loop trigger press explainedWhy talking yourself through the shot is the actual skillThe 2014 blacktail story — how Joel figured it all out in a rainy tree standCommentary shooting from police driver training and why it works for archeryFree diving and breath holds — why that culture already knows thisHinge releases: when they're a fix for a mental problem vs. a legitimate choiceElk calling — distress calf vs. bull calling cows bugle, and the textbook bull setupThe yo stop: why a bull whirling at 10 yards is a controlled shot, not a panic shotGuest: Joel Turner — ShotIQ founder, former SWAT sniper team instructor, competitive barebow archer. Hello to you listening in Kyle, Canada! Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds for Motivate Your Monday & your host, Diane Wyzga. A few years ago Paul King, writing from somewhere in America, wished for a Solidarity Saturday, and I created a podcast episode. Reading it anew my pulse went all fizzy with a plan to re-establish this simple collective action. I'd like to see every Saturday be "Solidarity Saturday." Each Saturday, at 10am in every time zone on earth, we all do a very simple act: Step outside our homes into the open and stand in silence for 10 minutes. Just show ourselves. Stand with neighbors. Come out and be seen together, our presence a protest. All over earth on every Saturday as each time zone hits 10am. Billions of us just stepping outside, showing ourselves, showing evil that we oppose it! Just walk out the door into the open. Not hard. CTA: Right Here. Right Now. Spread the good word like grape jelly on a toddler! Invite your friends and rellies all over the world to step outside and stand together at 10am in your time zone 10 minutes on each Solidarity Saturday. Let me know, from where will you be joining us? You're always welcome: "Come for the stories - Stay for the magic!" Speaking of magic, I hope you'll subscribe, share a 5-star rating and nice review on your social media or podcast channel of choice, bring your friends and rellies, and join us! You will have wonderful company as we continue to walk our lives together. AND! Stop by my Quarter Moon Story Arts website during reconstruction, email me [info@quartermoonstoryarts.net] to arrange a no-obligation Discovery Call, and stay current with me as Quarter Moon Story Arts on Substack. Welcome back to the Jack Westin CARS Podcast with Usher and Molly! In this episode we walk through the June 3rd daily CARS passage titled Averoes, a philosophy passage about the 12th century Muslim thinker Ibn Rushd and his exploration of the relationship between faith and reason. If philosophy passages make you nervous, this one is a great study tool. It is dense, it builds slowly, and it rewards students who know how to track arguments across paragraphs without getting lost in the details. Get started with our resources!
