Sherrell Moore-Tucker is a wellness educator and military veteran with over 10 years of experience in the wellness space. During her enlistment in the Army, she began experiencing excruciating back pain. Upon receiving a diagnosis of arthritis she tried yoga and meditation as a recommendation from her doctor and found that those practices helped her with pain flares and sleep. She soon began teaching these practices along with mindful movement, targeted stretching, mobility exercises, and trauma-informed practices to others in 2010. She is registered with the National Yoga Alliance, as a “Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider” (YACEP), an “Experienced” yoga teacher having taught over 1,000 hours of yoga, E-RYT-200, and a certified stretching coach.
