This podcast exists to shed light on the important topic of healthy hormones and cycle syncing, to help you gain maximum energy in your life. In today's episode, I interview Stephanie Berman, founder of the AZIZA Project, on her experience with gynecologic pain, gaslighting in this arena in the medical space, and her foundation that aims to connect women with proper specialists on the subject. For more than 13 years Stephanie suffered with multiple gynecologic pain generators. Eleven medical practitioners, from naturopaths, general practitioners, OB/GYNs, dermatologists, and physical therapists were unable to provide answers, much less relief. That all changed when she met Dr. Corey Babb at the Haven Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Not only is she feeling better than she has in years, but more importantly, she has hope. Hope for a full and rewarding life without pain. It is estimated that 32% of women experience gynecologic pain. That's why she started The AZIZA Project. She wants to offer other women the same hope by connecting them with medical professionals and funding their travel and procedure expenses. This podcast exists to shed light on the important topic of healthy hormones and cycle syncing, to help you gain maximum energy in your life. In today's episode, I take the gloves off and share my take on the root cause of BODi. While I could've gone more into what I believe was poor leadership from the top down, I opted to take what I've believed since 2020 which is that the company didn't innovate and follow the science and research on women, their dominant target demographic, ultimately leading to thousands of health coaches feeling stuck in their own health and inauthentic in sharing and growing the business. In this episode, I reference this podcast I did two years ago to try to get the attention of the company.
