After having their babies and the dust had settled, literally, Lauren and Chandler began seriously discussing what it would take to start a company together. Fast forward three years later in March 2019, the two ladies officially launched AVYN, an athletic nursing bra company. The way they put it is, “Together they are tackling this business venture the way they tackle motherhood- figuring it out as they go, making mistakes, and having fun in the process.” Krista: We had so much fun talking to Lauren and Chandler today. Jennifer Davidson is a native Oregonian and local entrepreneur. She previously worked as a business consultant and has recently opened Tumble, a boutique gymnastics studio for kids in the Northwest area of Portland, OR. Gymnastics has been a lifelong passion of hers, and Portland has been a perfect place to raise her two daughters. As a mama with two girls under the age of six, finding time to balance it all has been a lifelong journey in learning to accept the present moment for exactly what it is. Y’all, Jen is amazing! It was so nice speaking with her and hearing her postpartum story. She is such a real and honest person, who has a story that is so relatable and I’m sure many mamas can identify with.
