Hailing from Los Angeles, the band Dirty Honey, of singer Marc Labelle, guitarist John Notto, bassist Justin Smolian, and drummer Corey Coverstone, is ground breaking. Their self-titled EP was self-released (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-released) in March 2019. The single "When I'm Gone" topped the Billboard (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billboard_(magazine)) Mainstream Rock Songs (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mainstream_Rock_(chart)) chart, making them the first unsigned band to ever top the chart.
