One of the most destructive things we do is ignore the signs.    The signs about the times.     Accepting reality that things are going to change.    It's no surprise.    The pendulum of life swings back and forth, but for some reason, we get caught in continuing to believe the lies.    The best thing you can do is to be wlling to surrender to the inevitable......   Change will always be a part of life.    Personally and professionally, you will continue to be called to pivot.    Make changes.    Sacrifices.     Sit with failures and gather the courage to come up with a plan.    But here's the secret......   Everything you're trying to figure out has already been figured out......   That's if you trust in the plan God has created for you.    All you have to do is be willing to pivot when the time comes.    About the ReWire Podcast The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. There are shit bags in every nation, race, continent, neighborhood..........   They come in every shape, size, and form.    I know a lot of good Asians, Blacks, Mexicans, Africans.......Europeans.....   I know the good and bad in every sector represented in the human race.    They're everywhere.    One thing I can tell you is, you can't group everyone into one category just because one of them has made mistakes or became a bad example for their people.    We can't lump people together in anything.    Operating with absolutes.    It cripples us as a whole.    What I can tell you is, we do have a responsibility to call people out of every race, creed, color, etc.    As the human race, we have to make clear the directions of what's acceptable and not acceptable in society.    So, the next time you hear someone of a certain race, color or creed did something fucked up, just know there's a counter balance in existence.    One person does not have the power or authority to represent one whole population or segment of people.    Keep it light and do right, no matter the shades of good and bad.    About the ReWire Podcast The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. I once had an event in my old office.    A man that ran a multi-billion dollar company in finance came to talk to some of my guests.    He talked about having to take a step back in his company, so he sold some of his cars, watches, and real estate.    He did this so he could have the capital necessary to build his company to a multi-billion dollar company.    This man needed to take a couple of steps back and advanced the money he was living on into the most capable hands to help him advance his company where he needed to go.    The same applies for everything you do in your life.     Sometimes you have a take a step back to reasses where you're trying to go and sacrifice today's luxuries or comforts for the benefit of tomorrow.    As a result of doing this, he was able to find killers in each area he was needing and was able to sell his company for a billion + valuation.    That's how you manage a team and lead from the front, and sometimes it takes you going to the back of the line and feeding those first who are the most hungry and capable to make things happen that you can't.    About the ReWire Podcast The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. One of the biggest misconceptions most people have is we think other people actually care about us.    And nothing can be further from the truth.    People only care about what they care about.    When it comes to sales, it's important to remember, most popelpe are not going to jump at the first offer you make.    And I see so many people run the typical line of "Hey buy my shit."   "If you like this, then you'll really like this....it's only XYZ-dollars."    The truth is, you have to be a bit smoother when you're approaching people.    It requires you actually caring enough to take the time to find out what they like.    What they think.    What they enjoy doing.    Why they do what they do.     So how do you build rapport long enough to have a conversation and gain someone's trust, especailly if they're a perfect stranger?    I'm glad you asked.    I'm going to cover how to be a socail recon master in this episode and how to leverage it to make more connections.    Build relationships.    Make more offers.    And close more sales.    About the ReWire Podcast   The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. One of my favorite podcasts is the Joe Rogan Podcast.    He always has cool guests on ranging from every day people to Presidents, thought leaders, cutting-edge doctors, and most people that don't get the air time they deserve.    Six months ago, I was listening to an episode where he's talking with his guest about creatin being a powerful sleep aid.    I thought, "That's for working out."    It was the precursor to TRT.    Get big muscles and work out.    But as I listened, I did a deep dive on the company and the supplements that are transforming the way people live and finally get some sleep.    If you haven't heard of the comapny, check out Burst Nutrition based out of Dallas.    This episode has allowed me to sleep like a baby over the last 6 months.    If you struggle with getting restful sleep, I'm sharing my formula that keeps me fresh, rested, and ready to kick ass and take names in less than 6 hours a night.      About the ReWire Podcast The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. Every week, I log tons of hours behind my desk, at my computer.    I'm pounded by blue screen time every single day, but I have to recharge.    Every Saturday, for the last 3 years, I've run to my ranch in Oklahoma.    It's a quiet, and beautiful space with winding roads and rolling plains.   There I have ponds, ATV roads, a river, cattle, fish, and everything else you can imagine.   It's my workplace for my body.     While I work out every single morening, getting outside and getting dirty is required.    There's always something to collect, piles of wood from fallen branches or trees, fires to start, cows to check on, and grass to cut.     I have no shortage of things to do.    I leave my phone and take off to the wide open spaces every single week.    I've found it's been hugely beneficial for my mental health and my physical well-being.    It keeps me connected to to planet and I look forward to the end of the weekend when I'm physically tired from the work, but mentally recharged to solve problems during the week.    At minimum, I would suggest you spend a full day doing some type of manual labor every single week.    It's juicing for the soul.    Get you some.    About the ReWire Podcast The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. “So now what?” It's one of the questions we hear again and again from visitors to the Raven Beach Shack and people who follow Raven 425 Rise Above online. What's next for Raven 425, the Raven compound, the North Shuswap community and the growing online Raven 425 family? In this episode of United by Stoke, the Raven 425 Rise Above podcast, we go behind the scenes and talk about three areas of growth we're exploring for the future. First is health and wellness. We want to continue expanding the health-focused side of Raven 425 through Contrast by Raven and explore ways to bring more practitioners and wellness experiences to the North Shuswap, with a vision of helping make the area a destination for healing, connection and whole-person wellness. Second is our online community. We want to create more entertaining, educational and story-driven Raven 425 content that gives people a deeper connection to the brand, even when they aren't physically at the Raven Beach Shack. That includes our vision for a cartoon-style Raven Ryda show, as well as more behind-the-scenes Raven 425 Rise Above content created with a team following the journey and documenting what happens behind the brand. Third is online live selling. We're exploring the idea of creating a small studio that would allow Raven 425 to bring products, stories and community directly to people online through live shopping and interactive content. None of this is presented as a finished roadmap. These are ideas, opportunities and directions we're exploring as Raven 425 Rise Above continues to grow. The bigger question behind all three is simple: How do we take what we've built at the Raven Beach Shack and the Raven compound and create more ways for people to be part of the Raven 425 community? That's what “So Now What?” is really about. Welcome behind the scenes of Raven 425 Rise Above. Welcome to United by Stoke.   www.raven425riseabove.com

Let's flash forward into the future 3 years.     You're applying for a job and you're going up against someone with an MBA.  That person is well-qualified and is probably the more attractive candidate for the job.    Let's say you have an Associates degree, but you happened to learn A.I. along the way.     You've implemented it in every single job you've had over the last 3 years.    When it comes time to getting an offer letter, if the person with the MBA hasn't mastered A.I., they're not going to land that job over you.    That's the good news.    Keep in mind, companies like Sony are not going to come here and invest tons of money and ignore cheap labor.     Sure, they'll be here for a season, but the United States is not going to pay the high wages commanded by the American workforce, especially when there are ways to scale a company by simply using A.I.    There will be no unions to pay, 401K, retirement, etc.    It's not a viable proposition.    I say that to say this............   A couple of years ago, I had close to 100 employees.    Today, I have 30, thanks to A.I.    Each one of them knows how to leverage A.I.   They are agents of A.I. and this is what future employers will be in search of.    So, if you're thinking about what you should be focused on now..............it's becoming an agent of A.I.      About the ReWire Podcast The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. He shares what the military taught him about giving feedback, building trust, and learning from mistakes, and what he had to unlearn when he transitioned into the tech world. It's amazing what you can accomplish in a year that seems like nothing day by day.    I used to see Realtors do this.    "How are things going for you?"   Realtor: "I'm so busy.  I had 3 closings last month."    Most people waste time hurrying up and waiting.     Instead of doing daily, consistent actions, they wait on something to happen instead of making it happen.    It's a vicsious cycle.    The work has to be done daily and it's not sexy, but it's those little unsexy actions done over time consistently that make the world go around and push things forward in life.    I don't wait to get fat before I have to go to the gym.    I go now because I know it'll take me longer to battle health challenges if my body is out of shape.    I don't eat like a 20-year old.     I eat things that fuel my body.    Same goes for everything we do, but things aren't going to change if you're not taking massive action and simply waiting for things to fall in your lap.    It's not how the universe works.    Get to work.    And you'll see the fruits of your labor manifest.    About the ReWire Podcast The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. It's known that an average life exists in the comfort zone.     And it is known that when you live in discomfort, your body will do everything it can to avoid this space.    The truth is, discomfort is where the growth aoccurs for most human beings.    Think about the last tie you lost love.    Lost money.    Lost friends.    Think about your childhood.     Was it good, or was it uncomfortable.    I've lived many lives of discomfort.    At 18, I got my first apartment.    Ten months later, the cops kicked open the door and took me to jail.    Jail was uncomfortable.    I had no furniture in my apartment and really had none when I got locked up.    When I was married 3 times before and got divorced, I felt the discomfort.    In each and every one of those situations, I used the discomfort of discomfort to make new way.    I worked harder.    Worked longer than everyone else.    And guess what?   I won.     Last weekend, my 2nd oldest and I mowed 10 acres.    Sure, I can afford to hire soemone, but Im teaching my kids about life and how it woks by staying in the discomfort zone.    It's the only way growth happens.    I still got to the gym and work my body daily.    I still do yardwork.    I do chores around the house.    I work later and longer at work.    Why?    In my experience, discomfort keeps me sharp and continuously evolving.    Figure out what you want.    It's waiting for you in the discomfort zone.    About the ReWire Podcast   The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. This is a lesson I taught back in 2012.    What I've learned is if you want to have great friends, you have to be a good friend.    You have to make it all about the good friends.    I've watched Ed Mylett and he skillfully makes every conversation about the people even if they're complimenting him.    He gets it.    If you want people to like you, make it about them.    Make sure you like people's posts.    If I'm going to have a big social circle, I have to be engaged with a lot of people.    I have a lot of people jockeying for their attention.    But I still vie for their attention because I still want to be their friend.    I'm not talking about paying their bills.    They're the ones asking how the kids and wife are doing.    They're the ones checking in to see how things are going.    That's what makes a good friend.    Be a great friend if you want to have good friends both online and off!      About the ReWire Podcast   The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. I was doing some research the other day on changing out some things in one of my businesses.    I asked ChatGPT what the number one struggle entrepreneurs face and it gave me one of the best answers.    It's not usually the business, it's the weight of the business.    Carrying the responsiblity alone.    Clients.    Partners, and employees may not fully understand the sacrifices made like balancing life and business, making payroll, cutting relationships that no longer support the business.    I created Apex so I could be surrounded by people that understood the challenges in my life.    I might be really good at marriage, but others are better in business.    Get surrounded by really good people with different skillsets than you.    Help those who don't have your skillsets.    Work to become better for you so you can be better for everyone else.    And help them.    That's what Apex is.    And I'm going to continue to build on that because I know it's something every single entrepreneur needs.    About the ReWire Podcast   The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. They worked for it, but all they had to do was ask.   I told them, "If you want something, don't just take it."   I continued by telling them "Guys, your word is your bond and if I can't trust you and you can't trust me, then what are we doing here?"   They aplogized and understood, but let that be a lesson.      About the ReWire Podcast   The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. I was talking to my eldest son Jax the other day, and he said, "Dad, I got an idea of something you can talk about on your podcast."     I said, "Okay, whatcha got?"   He said, "What's the true key to success?  I know it's staying focused and fighting the force of average, but what is  the true key to success?"    I told him he had it all figured out and I had a proud dad moment, but he said he didn't quite understand what that meant, so I broke it down like this:    Focus + Don't Quit = Win.    Thomas Edison blew himself up 10,000 times before he got it right.     He was out trying to figure things out.    Blew things up.    Burned his barn.    Can you imagine your 10,000 attempts at something and you're still not right?    He finally figured it out.    Imagine the railroads.    People from other countries who didn't quit building the railroads. (Now we have transportation)    The railroad wasn't built in a day.    People today think they need some sort of instant success.    Solve a problem or objective.    Work to solve the problem.    Don't quit.    That's the true secret to success.    That one attempt made by Thomas Edison set their family up forever.    Start thinking like that and you'll never have to worry a day in your life.    About the ReWire Podcast   The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. Time in does not equate to produced results.    Here's what most people do.   They start working in their profession for 6 months and 10 years later, the only thing they have is repeating the same thing they learned in the first 6 months of their career.    They stop growing.    I go to the gym with people who have been going to the gym for 8 years and are still fat and out of shape.    Sure, they still make it to the gym, but they have not ascended to learning more, eating better, and getting in better shape 8 years later.    That's what most people do.    I have a young lady that works on my finance team and she's been working in her field for 2 years, but has done more for me in the last 6 months than those I've hired in the past with 20 years experience.    It's because she is learning and growing herself in her profession every single day.   So, before you work with someone who claims to have 10, 15, 20 years experience, have them take you through every element of their journey in their profession and ask for the receipts.      About the ReWire Podcast   The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. What does it take to build the right team in your business?    It's a question most business owners don't ask.    Most operate from a place of finding bodies, outlining job titles, and negotiating wages and putting them to work.     This frees up your time and headaches and gets you out of doing the menial tasks you hate doing or ones that are not a good use of your time.......but.........   This is sloppy.    Without strategic intention in who you hire, you're going to experience drama, high turn over rates, and an overall chaos.    I've had 50 people on my team at any time.     I've had middle management and no matter what happens, my message and vision always gets muddled in the process.    In most cases, it's not even close to what I said to begin with.    What I've learned is I am great at managing smaller teams.    I've had to hire and fire 20 people to find 5 good ones.    My process to hiring and building teams involves getting everyone on The G Code.    Reading a new book every single month.    These days you don't need hundreds of employees to make millions of dollars per year.    You just need the right people with the right skill set and the ability to execute on a singular vision.    About the ReWire Podcast   The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. Left lane drivers who drag ass at 57 miles per hour are some of the most selfish, self-centered pieces of shit on the planet.    I can say that because they're not a protected class.    You know the type.    They think it's cute to drive 5 miles below the speed limit in a lane intended for going 10-15 over it and it fucks up traffic.    They don't care.    Hell, it doesn't even register that they're the cause of traffic slowing down and in some cases, they're on the phones and in other cases, they're the cause of accidents causing further delays in the process.    This is just one of the ripple effects caused by a society that has been programmed out of caring for others.    Look at our media outlets, social media, and every day engagements........we have stopped caring about other people.    Stopped holding doors.    Stopped saying "thank you."    "Please."    This is a direct result of blockages instituted by the systems that educate our children and a society that has promoted the ideologies of those who want absolute control.    How do you conquer and divide people?  Cut off their communication.    We have been cut off from our source of energy and power.    Rubber soles.    As you know, rubber inhibits the flow of electricity and energy.    I challenge you to break with what's become convention and get back to connecting with other people.    It starts with caring.     We can't take anything with us, but the things we do for people will grow our souls.    Remember, soles can take you where you need to go, but caring and connecting for and with other people will help grow your soul.    About the ReWire Podcast   The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. It's no secret that humans are conditioned to look for the negative.    The constant battle against negativity rages every single day.    Print.    TV.    Social media.    We can't get through our days without some negative news trying to penetrate our mentality.    What happens when we're faced with negativity is our brains are positioned to fight or flight.    But, what if there was a way to break out of this.    There is a way, and it takes focus, consistency, and practice.    And it's possible to do it easily.    The first thing you have to do is correct the trigger when you want to dive into the same stream of negativity the world brings you.    If someone wants to argue, find a way to diffuse it, no matter who is right or wrong.    When someone comes in and throws things into chaos, don't accept it as a problem you need to solve.    In moments of great stress,  and negativity, motivate yourself with love, gratitude, and abundance.    When you rewire your mind against its nature, you can operate from a place of love.    It's going to take some work, but when you do, watch the world you create change right in front of your face.    Most of the things we worry about never come to fruition.    Follow the path of inpenetrable positivity and let life flow.    About the ReWire Podcast   The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. The biggest tin foil hat conspiracy theory we all need to pay attention to is we humans have the ability to think and exist in a bigger way.   From a young age, we're programmed to play smaller.    Why would we do this?     First off, control.    When a colt horse is a colt or a pony, you can tie it to the reigns and to a poll.    Once it realize it can't break free from the pole, it stops fighting.    The reigns are removed and now, they're tame.     The same goes for humans.    If you think you can do something or you can do something, you're right.    How do you do bigger things?    It's simple.    Goaling and regoaling.    If you want to make one million dollars.    Goal number one is $100,000.    Goal number 2 is $250,000.    Goal number 3 is $500,000.    And so on and so forth.    It takes time to hit your goals, but you can't go from 0 to a million.    If you want to make $100,000, you have to make $300 a day.    Set an attainable goal.    Reach the goal.    Reset the goal.    Rinse and repeat.      About the ReWire Podcast   The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. If we're keeping it real........   I have a really good marriage.    I'm a disciplined and hard man.    The fact I'm in my marriage and it's still good, it's a huge feat.    I can do psychological battle with anyone because of my past and create a tornadic storm of chaos.    But, through all of this, I have been able to keep a good marriage.    64% percent of marriages are about to end, and if you're in this situation, Date Night may make a huge difference.    Most people can't remember the last time they went on a date with their significant others.    Here's the secret and amazing recipe for a great date night:    Don't talk anything about work.  (Your spouse probably doesn't care.) Don't talk about anything that may cause drama or create a fight Study your partner's love language.    The purpose of date night is figuring out what your partner's love language is.    It's a night to see and hear your spouse.    You don't have to ball out.    Amy and I go out every Wednesday from 5 p.m- 7 p.m.    Set a time once a week and execute.    See how that works out for you.    About the ReWire Podcast   The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts. The first time I was locked up, I realized that was one moment I wanted children.     The reason?    No one came to see me.    They didn't care.    But I knew if I had children, someone would've brought them to see their Dad.    When I was a kid, I had a step-dad and he did a lot of things good and some not so good, but I learned from him.    I learned the kind of Dad I would want to be for my children. The kind of dad I needed.    This episode is about the importance of Dads.    Over the years, the divorce rate has risen and back when divorce was not acceptable, couples stayed together.    A 25-year study was done and it was discovered that out of the all the people who had been married, the children who had both parents faired better in life over time.    The next most successful group were the ones that had their Dads.     But many people were not allowed to just live with their Dads.  The judges, and the system have been designed to tear children from their mothers.     Why?    Because in the absence of a father, a home becomes weaker.    The individual members become dependent on outside influences and forces.     The government.    School system.    Other parents.    If lucky, the Father's may get 2 hours a week and then every other weekend to visit their children.....   I'll share this with you........   Children need their Dads.    Stop believing a system that is not concerned with you or your family unit.    Fight to be in your children's lives.    Show them you care.     That's the way you beat a system trying to keep you separated from your children.    About the ReWire Podcast   The ReWire Podcast with Ryan Stewman – Dive into powerful insights as Ryan Stewman, the HardCore Closer, breaks down mental barriers and shares actionable steps to rewire your thoughts.
