The Bobby Bones Show podcast has been a staple in my life for years, and I can't imagine the day it's no longer available. This show has become a part of my everyday routine, and I look forward to listening to it every day. The positive and uplifting nature of the show is what sets it apart from others. It constantly focuses on the positives and different ways to see the world, all while maintaining its country roots. The hosts have a great dynamic and their chemistry shines through in each episode. The show brings so much happiness and laughter into my day, truly making it feel like therapy on-the-go.
One of the best aspects of The Bobby Bones Show podcast is its ability to brighten my mood and bring a smile to my face. Whether I'm driving or going about my daily activities, I find myself laughing out loud and feeling uplifted by the positivity radiating from the hosts. The tell me something good segment always brings joy and reminds me to focus on the positives in life. Additionally, the morning corny never fails to give me a good laugh.
However, there are times when certain aspects of the show can be off-putting. Sometimes there are moments where one of the hosts, Lunchbox, can come off as unlikeable or irritating. While I understand that this may be part of his persona, there are times when his behavior or comments can be grating. It would be nice if Amy didn't always try to appease him in these situations.
In conclusion, despite its occasional flaws, The Bobby Bones Show podcast remains an integral part of my life. It has changed my perspective on things and always manages to brighten my day. From its positive outlook on life to its ability to make me laugh out loud, this show is truly a gem in the sea of podcasts available today. I highly recommend giving it a listen if you're looking for some free therapy and a good dose of positivity.

Amy and Kat are both feeling merry this week!! Kat because she just had the staycation of her dreams and she’s already decorated for Christmas (she’s in a season of creating as much joy as possible)! And Amy’s feeling merry because, well, it’s the most wonderful time of the year! However, she had some anxiety pop up around something she thought she’d worked through, so she shares about those feelings as well. Kat reminds her that healing isn’t about being “done” with a feeling…it’s about knowing how to move through it now. When familiar feelings show up again, it doesn’t mean you’re back at the beginning. It’s just a new moment to practice showing up differently…with more awareness, more tools, and more kindness for yourself. Also in this episode: a cozy stovetop simmer recipe (see below!), the move to make out of a second story should there be a fire (random, but helpful), and a thoughtful email from new listener Dave, who shares how burnout shifted his relationship with work and a reminder to actually communicate needs in a relationship…men aren’t mind readers. Smells Like Christmas: A Cozy Simmer Pot Recipe 1 large orange, sliced 3–4 cinnamon sticks 1 cup fresh cranberries 1 tablespoon whole cloves 2–3 sprigs of fresh rosemary (or a handful of pine needles if you’re feeling extra festive) Water to fill the pot How To: Combine everything in a medium pot. Fill with water until ingredients are just covered (leave about an inch from the top). Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Reduce to low and let it quietly bubble away (uncovered) as long as you’d like. Keep an eye on it and add more water as needed so it doesn’t dry out. Pro tip…you can reuse the same pot a few times! Just pop it in the fridge overnight and add fresh water before reheating. This little ritual makes your whole house smell like orange, cinnamon, and nostalgia. It’s one of those small, sensory things that makes the holidays feel like the holidays. Get some Feeling Things merch by clicking HERE!
