The Bobby Bones Show podcast has been a staple in my life for years, and I can't imagine the day it's no longer available. This show has become a part of my everyday routine, and I look forward to listening to it every day. The positive and uplifting nature of the show is what sets it apart from others. It constantly focuses on the positives and different ways to see the world, all while maintaining its country roots. The hosts have a great dynamic and their chemistry shines through in each episode. The show brings so much happiness and laughter into my day, truly making it feel like therapy on-the-go.
One of the best aspects of The Bobby Bones Show podcast is its ability to brighten my mood and bring a smile to my face. Whether I'm driving or going about my daily activities, I find myself laughing out loud and feeling uplifted by the positivity radiating from the hosts. The tell me something good segment always brings joy and reminds me to focus on the positives in life. Additionally, the morning corny never fails to give me a good laugh.
However, there are times when certain aspects of the show can be off-putting. Sometimes there are moments where one of the hosts, Lunchbox, can come off as unlikeable or irritating. While I understand that this may be part of his persona, there are times when his behavior or comments can be grating. It would be nice if Amy didn't always try to appease him in these situations.
In conclusion, despite its occasional flaws, The Bobby Bones Show podcast remains an integral part of my life. It has changed my perspective on things and always manages to brighten my day. From its positive outlook on life to its ability to make me laugh out loud, this show is truly a gem in the sea of podcasts available today. I highly recommend giving it a listen if you're looking for some free therapy and a good dose of positivity.

Amy and Kat check in with two of their feelings (disgusted and eager) before diving into a surprisingly effective (and slightly unsettling) skincare hack involving dandruff shampoo on your face. They unpack the difference between what’s actually toxic and what’s just uncomfortable: someone disagreeing with you, being asked to compromise, feeling guilty after you hurt someone, hearing disappointment, and the kind of conflict that can actually lead to growth (from @therapyforwomen). Then Amy shares an analogy from Dr. Matt Townsend about highly sensitive people and she’s decided that Kat is a low-end-Porsche. Plus: a legit game-changer for protein balls (thank you, One Degree), and book talk (Amy’s reading Book Lovers by Emily Henry). Get some Feeling Things merch by clicking HERE! Movie Mike and Kelsey break down the nominees for the 98th Academy Awards. Complete with predictions, snubs and surprises they feel are a slap in the face. In the Movie Review, Mike gives his thoughts on Mercy starring Chris Pratt. It takes place in the near future, where a detective stands trial accused of murdering his wife. He has 90 minutes to prove his innocence to the advanced A.I. Judge he once championed, before it determines his fate. Mike shares the one redeeming quality of the movie, why Chris Pratt was fighting for his life and why the story almost put him to sleep. In the Trailer Park, Mike talks about Crime 101 starring Chris Hemsworth, Halle Berry, Mark Ruffalo. Chris Pratt plays an elusive thief who teams up with an insurance broker for one last heist while an LA detective tries to track him down. This week on The Upload, host Brooke Taylor sits down with country artist Dylan Marlowe for a raw and thoughtful conversation about faith, calling, and learning how to keep God at the center in an industry that constantly pulls the spotlight toward self. Dylan opens up about when faith became personal for him — not inherited, but chosen — and shares the unforgettable story of how a friend’s mom quite literally pulled him back into church to say yes to Jesus. He reflects on the people who modeled Christ for him growing up, including his grandfather, and how those early examples continue to shape the man, husband, and soon-to-be father he’s becoming. The conversation dives deep into navigating success without losing your soul. Dylan shares the tension of being a public figure, the temptation to chase viral moments, and the conviction he’s felt to walk away from controversy — even when it could bring more followers. He introduces a powerful concept he calls the “glory tank,” explaining why time with the Lord has to come before applause, affirmation, or the stage. Dylan also speaks honestly about life on the road, spiritual discipline in dark environments, and why leading worship for a handful of people has sometimes been more fulfilling than sold-out shows. As he and his wife Nat prepare to welcome twins after a season of infertility, Dylan reflects on prayer, patience, and trusting God’s timing — even when the waiting feels heavy. This episode is for anyone wrestling with purpose, pressure, and the desire to live differently — choosing faithfulness over fame and obedience over approval.
