The Bobby Bones Show podcast has been a staple in my life for years, and I can't imagine the day it's no longer available. This show has become a part of my everyday routine, and I look forward to listening to it every day. The positive and uplifting nature of the show is what sets it apart from others. It constantly focuses on the positives and different ways to see the world, all while maintaining its country roots. The hosts have a great dynamic and their chemistry shines through in each episode. The show brings so much happiness and laughter into my day, truly making it feel like therapy on-the-go.
One of the best aspects of The Bobby Bones Show podcast is its ability to brighten my mood and bring a smile to my face. Whether I'm driving or going about my daily activities, I find myself laughing out loud and feeling uplifted by the positivity radiating from the hosts. The tell me something good segment always brings joy and reminds me to focus on the positives in life. Additionally, the morning corny never fails to give me a good laugh.
However, there are times when certain aspects of the show can be off-putting. Sometimes there are moments where one of the hosts, Lunchbox, can come off as unlikeable or irritating. While I understand that this may be part of his persona, there are times when his behavior or comments can be grating. It would be nice if Amy didn't always try to appease him in these situations.
In conclusion, despite its occasional flaws, The Bobby Bones Show podcast remains an integral part of my life. It has changed my perspective on things and always manages to brighten my day. From its positive outlook on life to its ability to make me laugh out loud, this show is truly a gem in the sea of podcasts available today. I highly recommend giving it a listen if you're looking for some free therapy and a good dose of positivity.

In the Trailer Park, Mike talks about Jumanji: Open World where the in-game avatars Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan enter reality stuck in malfunctioning "demo mode," forcing real-world humans to step inside the game to fix it. This week we're breaking down a 75-year Harvard study that found the biggest predictor of a successful adult by age 25 wasn't grades, test scores, or extracurriculars, it was whether they did chores starting at age three or four. We get into why that is, plus three rules for making chores actually work in your house (hint: don't pay for them). We also share an easy first-date hack from Logan Ury (whose new Netflix show, The Later Daters, we mentioned last week): ditch the small talk and jump straight into the middle of a story instead. It works for any nerve-wracking new-people situation, not just dates. Plus, a simple nightly ritual called C.A.P. (Celebrate, Appreciate, Prioritize) to close out your day, a few decluttering tips for a clearer mind, and some sentences that we can't stop thinking about. This week on The Upload, Brooke Taylor sits down with American Idol runner-up Jordan McCullough for an inspiring conversation about rejection, surrender, worship, and discovering that God's delays are often His greatest preparation. Before captivating millions of viewers on American Idol and making his Grand Ole Opry debut, Jordan experienced a crushing disappointment that almost made him give up on music altogether. After auditioning for The Voice and receiving no chair turns, he wrestled with shame, disappointment, and wondering why God had allowed him to fail so publicly. But looking back now, Jordan sees that season differently—not as rejection, but as God's loving preparation for something far greater. Jordan shares how fully surrendering his dreams to God in 2019 transformed everything. Instead of chasing success, he began pursuing a genuine relationship with Christ, stepping into full-time ministry as a worship leader before God unexpectedly opened the door to American Idol. This time, his identity wasn't rooted in the outcome—it was rooted in Jesus. Together, they discuss: Why God's "wait" is often preparation, not denial Recovering after public rejection and disappointment Living boldly for Christ in the entertainment industry The difference between being a "church kid" and a Christ follower Why worship is about your heart—not your performance Laying down pride and surrendering every success back to God Navigating sudden success with humility and grace Trusting God's identity for your life over the world's expectations One of the most encouraging moments of the conversation comes as Jordan reflects on the years between The Voice and American Idol. What once felt like failure became the very season God used to refine his character, deepen his faith, and prepare him for the platform he has today. As Jordan puts it, if success had come earlier, he wouldn't have been ready to steward it well. Brooke and Jordan also dive into the beauty of authentic worship, reminding listeners that there isn't one "right" way to worship God. Whether your hands are raised high or you're quietly reflecting in your seat, God is after your heart—not your performance. Honest, uplifting, and full of wisdom, this episode is a reminder that God's timing is never late, His preparation always has purpose, and the greatest success you'll ever find is becoming who He created you to be.

We break down the idea of an annual "Girls Dinner" (specifically built around the question "What the hell are we doing with our lives?"), where you and your closest friends put your phones away and answer things like what you want more of, what you're tolerating that needs to change, and what you'd go after if you knew every woman in the room had your back. Then we shift into 6 rules for avoiding cringe behavior, from speakerphone use in public to scrolling through someone's photos without asking. We also share our feelings of the day and get into whether it's too soon to buy a "Golden Girls" style house with your best friend decades before you're actually that age. We also ask a question that doesn't come up enough: do you ever lie about your occupation? For example, would you lie about being a therapist to a stranger on a plane just to avoid unpacking their childhood trauma on vacation?
