In episode 38 of Fun, Fear, and Facilitation Logan welcomes Megan Isherwood to highlight the journey and often struggle of being a transfer student and how she found her place here at Springfield College.

By: Liam Shannon: "College coaches at the Division I level spend a lot of time on the recruiting trail, talking to the top high school recruits, their agents and their families, trying to convince athletes that their school and athletic programs are the best choice. But entering the 2026 Panini Hoophall Classic, six of ESPN's top-10 boys high school basketball players in the class of 2026 are still unsigned and uncommitted to a school."

By: Kaleb Knowles: "The first game of Sunday's Hoophall Classic Slate did not disappoint. Two exciting teams, Bergen Catholic (N.J.) and Central Catholic (Mass.), took to the floor in an instant classic that came down to the final possessions of overtime. But there was one player in particular who truly shined under the dangling lights of the Blake Arena rafters – Central Catholic guard Javi Lopez."

By Logan Briggs: “Prolific Academy's Caleb Holt is no stranger to hard work. The 6'5' Shooting Guard has created an impressive resume to end his high school career. It doesn't matter what jersey Holt is wearing, he stays consistent on and off the court even after multiple school transfers”

By Kyle Valentine: "At 6-foot-11, Phoenix St. Mary's Cameron Williams is a force. The five-star power forward has himself ranked second in the ESPN top 100 recruits for the class of 2026. At the 2026 Panini Hoophall Classic, Williams faced off against another ESPN top 100 recruit for the class of 2026, Jordan Smith who is ranked third, just one spot below Williams. Smith has led his team, Paul VI High School (Va.), to a 16-2 record this season coming into Monday's game, earning them the No. 1 nationally ranked spot according to MaxPreps, with Phoenix St. Mary's sitting at 13-4 on the season with a ranking nationally of 76."

By Kyle Valentine: "Mingo is slowly working his way back to 100 percent, and his first game during this year's Hoophall is just the beginning. During his game against Arizona Compass Prep Saturday afternoon, he saw less playing time than he is used to and had an unusual stat line of three points, one assist and five rebounds in a 59-58 loss. He is still trying to get a feel for the game, especially with a new squad."

By Liam Shannon: "The 2026 Panini Hoophall Classic featured a pair of twins known as “The Twin Towers.” Twin brothers Darius and Adonis Ratliff led Archbishop Stepinac in a win against IMG Academy on Saturday in Blake Arena. Darius led by example, scoring a team-high 17 points and adding nine rebounds and six blocks. Adonis' leadership came from the sidelines, as he has been nursing an injury since mid-December."

"Olivia Vukosa, also known as Big O, has donned two jerseys the last four years. From the end of fall to end of winter, Vukosa competes for Christ the King High School's girl's basketball team. The 6'-foot-4 center is dominant in the paint, but has added a consistent mid-range and three-point shot to her bag of tools. During her junior year, Vukosa averaged 19.4 points, 17.9 rebounds and 5.5 blocks per game. She also helped the Lady Royals to a Catholic High School Athletic Association Tier 1 New York City Tournament title. " - By: Liam Reilly

By Layna Delgado - "For Quinton McMillian Jr., the journey to becoming a leader on the basketball court did not happen overnight. As a freshman and a sophomore, McMillian spent much of his time on the bench, learning from older players and waiting patiently for his opportunity. Now a junior, team captain and starter for Putnam Vocational High School, his rise is a story of patience, growth and a deep love for the game of basketball."

By Kyle Valentine - "It took two intense overtimes to decide the nailbiter between Springfield Central High School and Pope Francis High School in the 2026 Panini Hoophall Classic. To even get to overtime, it needed a buzzer beater."

By Liam Shannon - "Sitting right across State Street from each other, the High School of Science and Technology and Putnam Vocational/Technical School got to show off its rivalry on the national stage during Thursday's Panini Hoophall Classic matchup in Blake Arena at Springfield College. Despite being down following the first quarter, the Cybercats' offense exploded in the second quarter and never looked back, as they held on to defeat the Beavers 63-43."
