Cocktail - Hot Buttered Whiskey by Rachel Ramirez 2 oz Whiskey ¼ oz maple syrup 2 Rounded tablespoons batter Hot water Cinnamon stick for garnish Batter 1 stick of butter ¼ c brown sugar ½ Tablespoon cinnamon ½ tsp nutmeg ¼ tsp ground cloves Dash of ground ginger Cream the ingredients. In an irish coffee mug add 2 rounded tablespoons of batter along with the whiskey and syrup. Top with hot water and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Thanks for tagging along for this adventure. - COCKTAIL - Sazerac 1 cube sugar (1 tsp) 1.5 oz Whiskey #6 ¼ oz Absinthe 3 dashes bitters Lemon peel Pack old fashioned glass with ice. In mixing glass place sugar cube and add bitters and crush. Add Whiskey to mixing glass and stir. Empty ice from first glass & pour in Absinthe to coat the glass and then discard the remaining absinthe. Pour contents of mixing glass into old fashioned glass. Slice lemon peel.
