Le PSG s'est dit « prêt » à rouvrir les discussions avec la municipalité parisienne sur le rachat du Parc des Princes au lendemain de la décision du Conseil de Paris, le 14 avril 2026, de mandater le nouvel édile socialiste Emmanuel Grégoire à reprendre le dialogue. Le club a pris enfin acte de la position par le Conseil de Paris en faveur d'une reprise du « dialogue » sur des bases renouvelées qui conserve les options de Massy (Essonne) et Poissy (Yvelines) en cas d'un éventuel départ du stade la capitale. Une autre piste concerne Ris-Orangis (Essonne) sur le terrain de son ancien hippodrome. Si le club de la capitale affirme continuer à étudier les candidatures de Massy, Poissy, Ris-Orangis, le Parc des Princes est ajouté dans la boucle de la phase d'études. Le Paris Saint-Germain souhaite devenir propriétaire du Parc des Princes, un stade emblématique qui appartient à la Ville de Paris. Relancées avec l'arrivée du maire Emmanuel Grégoire, les discussions mettent en lumière des enjeux économiques, politiques et urbains considérables. « Paris SG ! Tout ensemble on chantera ! Cet amour qu'on a pour toi ! Et qui ne cessera jamais ! ». Le chant des supporters du Paris Saint-Germain résonne dans l'enceinte mythique du Parc des Princes. Mais derrière cette image se cache un important enjeu économique : le club veut devenir propriétaire de son stade, aujourd'hui détenu par la Ville de Paris. Longtemps opposée à une vente, la municipalité a rouvert le dialogue avec l'arrivée du maire Emmanuel Grégoire. Un tournant majeur dans un dossier bloqué depuis plusieurs années. Car pour un club moderne, posséder son stade est devenu stratégique. Le football est désormais une industrie où les clubs fonctionnent comme des entreprises globales. Le stade en est le cœur économique. Aujourd'hui, le PSG reste locataire. Il paie un loyer et ne maîtrise pas totalement l'exploitation du Parc des Princes. Pourtant, les revenus générés les jours de match sont considérables : billetterie, loges VIP, restauration, merchandising ou encore publicité représentent plus de 130 millions d'euros par an, malgré une capacité limitée à moins de 50 000 places. Un désaccord profond entre logique économique et patrimoine Pour le PSG, l'objectif est clair : agrandir le stade pour accueillir davantage de spectateurs et augmenter ses revenus. Mais sans être propriétaire, le club se heurte à des contraintes importantes. L'argument est simple. Paris est un grand club européen évoluant dans un stade de taille moyenne, quand certains de ses concurrents disposent d'enceintes pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 80 000 personnes. Face à cela, la mairie défend une vision différente. Le Parc des Princes n'est pas seulement un actif économique, c'est aussi un symbole fort de l'histoire parisienne et un élément du patrimoine public. Cette opposition se retrouve dans la question du prix. Le PSG estime la valeur du stade autour de 200 millions d'euros, tandis que la Ville évoque une fourchette entre 350 et 400 millions. Derrière cet écart se dessinent deux visions, celle d'un équipement évalué selon sa rentabilité économique, et celle d'un lieu chargé d'histoire et de valeur symbolique. Un projet urbain et des alternatives à un milliard d'euros Les négociations ne concernent pas uniquement le stade, mais aussi tout le quartier de la porte de Saint-Cloud. L'urbanisme devient un enjeu central, avec des projets de transformation qui ne coïncident pas toujours entre le club et la municipalité. Pour faire pression, le PSG explore des solutions alternatives. Le club envisage notamment la construction d'un nouveau stade en banlieue parisienne, accompagné d'un vaste complexe immobilier. Mais un tel projet représenterait un investissement colossal, de l'ordre d'un milliard d'euros, pour des années de travaux et de procédures. Reste une dimension essentielle, qui dépasse les considérations économiques: l'identité du club. Car pour beaucoup, le PSG sans le Parc des Princes perdrait une part de son âme. Le stade est bien plus qu'une infrastructure. C'est une mémoire, une culture, un symbole. Une preuve, aussi, que dans le football comme ailleurs, l'économie ne peut pas tout. Varieties and rootstocks are the topics of the September episode of the All In For Citrus podcast. Earlier this month, a field day was held in Jason Griffin's grove near Lake Alfred, Florida. He is collaborating with the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) to evaluate several rootstock/scion combinations developed by UF/IFAS citrus breeders. Griffin has focused much of the trial work on the OLL variety line, which was developed by Jude Grosser, UF/IFAS professor of plant cell genetics. Both Griffin and Grosser are podcast guests this month. Grosser discusses his research developing the OLL varieties and why he believes they are a good fit for Florida growers. The OLL line grew out of his relationship with Orie Lee. Lee was a legend in citrus breeding circles and discovered an interesting tree in his research groves near Saint Cloud, Florida, where the original OLL cuttings were taken. Grosser has developed several OLL varieties that are now commercially available. Combinations like OLL-8 on UFR-4 rootstock have performed well. Grosser also recommended growers consider the Orange 14 rootstock, which has shown some tolerance to both diaprepes and HLB.   Griffin discusses his grove trials and why he selected the OLL line. Tolerance to HLB, good yield and quality are among the reasons he likes the varieties. There are several rootstock/scion combinations he highlights as favorites during the podcast. One of those is OLL-20 on a mutant X639 rootstock.  Griffin also talks about the importance of a solid production program to promote tree health and productivity. In addition to a solid fertilizer program, he is a big believer in compost and mulch to increase soil organic matter. More frequent and controlled irrigation is also an important part of his program.

Dans l'après-midi, plusieurs groupes se succèdent devant des milliers de spectateurs, impatients d'assister au dernier concert de la journée. Car en fin de soirée, le mythique groupe anglais Oasis est attendu sur scène, avec Liam et Noel Gallagher.Il est 20h30. Les frères Gallagher sont arrivés au domaine de Saint-Cloud, où ils ont privatisé avec leur équipe un espace pour être plus tranquilles. C'est alors qu'en quelques secondes, la situation dégénère dans leur loge. Des insultes fusent entre les deux frères, Noel quitte les lieux et le concert est annulé.
