Being a busy mom and home all day with your kids isn't easy. It can be down right hard some days. So I get that adding family fitness to your routine may not be your jam right now. Maybe you need that mental break out on the trails with your dog to just breathe. I feel you and I get it. But what I've realized is that it doesn't have to be all or nothing. You can still have those times on your own when you need it. And you can still bring canicross into your family fitness routine and have a blast! It can bring so many benefits to your family.
