Overwhelmed by all the rules of fitness? You're not alone—and it's probably holding you back. In this episode, we strip away the noise and break fitness down into just 4 simple pillars anyone can follow: nutrition, exercise, movement, and sleep. No overthinking. No overhauls. Just real, doable starting points. We walk through what actually matters (hint: it's not cold plunges or macros to the decimal), like how to build a better plate, how much training you really need, and how to stop making movement and recovery so complicated. If you've ever felt paralyzed by too much information or perfectionism, this episode is your reset button. Let's make fitness simple again—and actually stick to it. The Church's doctrine of the Four Last Things – Death, Judgment, Heaven and Hell – is an important doctrine that no human person should take lightly. One day we shall die and be judged. Ultimately, our eternity will either be one of salvation in Heaven with Christ and the Saints, or it will be one of reprobation in Hell with the devils and the damned. The choice is ours to make. Join us for Open Line Tuesday with Fr. Wade Menezes.

Enjoy!REBROADCASTIntroducing the 5 Types of High Conflict Personalities: Who Can Ruin Your Life? (Part 1)In this thought-provoking first episode of a new series on It's All Your Fault, Megan Hunter and Bill Eddy, co-founders of the High Conflict Institute, embark on an exploration of the five types of high conflict personalities who can wreak havoc in your life. Drawing from Bill's book "5 Types of People Who Can Ruin Your Life," they provide a broad overview of these challenging personalities, setting the stage for a deeper dive into each type in upcoming episodes.Understanding High Conflict PersonalitiesBill and Megan illuminate the perplexing nature of high conflict personalities, emphasizing that these individuals often lack self-awareness and may not even realize the impact of their behavior on others. They stress the importance of recognizing patterns of behavior rather than focusing on isolated incidents, as high conflict personalities tend to exhibit consistent patterns of blame-shifting, all-or-nothing thinking, unmanaged emotions, and extreme behaviors.Navigating Relationships with High Conflict IndividualsThroughout the episode, Bill and Megan offer practical strategies for navigating relationships with high conflict personalities. They caution against common pitfalls, such as attempting to provide insight into the person's behavior or engaging in emotional arguments. Instead, they recommend focusing on the present, offering choices, and using the CARS method (Connect, Analyze, Respond, Set Limits) to de-escalate conflicts and maintain healthy boundaries.Questions we answer in this episode:Who are the five types of high conflict personalities that can ruin your life? What are the defining characteristics of a high conflict personality? How can I recognize patterns of high conflict behavior? What are the common mistakes to avoid when dealing with high conflict individuals? What can I expect from the upcoming episodes in this series?Key Takeaways:The five types of high conflict personalities can have a profound negative impact on your life if left unchecked.High conflict personalities often lack self-awareness and may not realize the impact of their behavior on others.Recognizing patterns of behavior is crucial when dealing with high conflict individuals.Avoid trying to provide insight, engaging in emotional arguments, focusing on the past, or labeling the person.Stay tuned for upcoming episodes that will explore each of the five types in greater depth, providing targeted strategies for managing these specific personalities.Whether you're dealing with a high conflict partner, family member, coworker, or friend, this episode sets the foundation for understanding and managing these challenging relationships. Author Audience: Helping You Reach More People With Your Message | Writing | Self-Publishing | Book Marketing | Business Grow

Called When did you first feel the nudge to write? Since then, have you ever asked yourself these questions… Am I really called to write? Did I hear God wrong? There are so many other gifted writers out there already. Why should I even bother? God does not limit His message to a select few. We each offer something unique because we are created uniquely in His image. Four Things that confirm our calling to write: 1.) We have a story to share with others. “Come and listen, all you who fear God, and I will tell you what he did for me.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭66‬:‭16‬ ‭NLT‬ 2.) The words we write are a light that shines for Christ. “In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭16‬ ‭NLT‬‬ 3.) The words we write can outlive us and impact those who come behind us. “Let this be recorded for future generations, so that a people not yet born will praise the Lord.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭102‬:‭18‬ ‭NLT‬ 4.) There will simply never be enough books written that seek to magnify Jesus. The market cannot be too flooded or saturated with books that lift up Jesus. “Jesus also did many other things. If they were all written down, I suppose the whole world could not contain the books that would be written.” - John‬ ‭21‬:‭25‬ ‭NLT‬‬   Resources: If you're ready to take a step of faith and finally finish your book, we have a few ways we can help you.  1.
