How to Manifest REAL Love: What Actually Works! (According to Science)

Manifesting love isn’t about attracting the right person, it’s about being ready for the love you’re asking for. Today, Jay challenges the way people have been told to manifest love. Rather than focusing on affirmations, visualization, or waiting for the perfect person to arrive, Jay reframes manifesting as an internal process of alignment. He explains that love doesn’t appear simply because someone wants it badly enough, it shows up when beliefs, emotional availability, habits, and identity are aligned to support a healthy relationship. Drawing from psychology and attachment theory, Jay explains why chemistry alone can often be misleading. He unpacks how feeling emotionally safe, knowing your worth, and staying grounded shape attraction far more than intensity or butterflies ever could. When chaos feels exciting and calm feels unfamiliar, Jay explains, it’s often because the nervous system is drawn to what feels familiar, not what is healthy. Jay shares that Manifesting love actually means learning to choose consistency alongside chemistry, clarity over confusion, and emotional availability over emotional pursuit without lowering standards or losing self-respect. In this episode, you'll learn: How to Manifest Love Without Chasing It How to Become Emotionally Available for the Right Relationship How to Regulate Your Nervous System Before Dating How to Stop Repeating the Same Relationship Patterns How to Create Environments Where Love Can Find You How to Make Space for Love to Stay Trust that the work you’re doing matters. Love grows when you do. And when your life finally has room for it, love won’t feel confusing or exhausting, it will feel safe, steady, and real. Your son craves four things. First, he craves belonging– to “fit in.” Second, he wants a sense of competence. He needs to feel “good enough.” Third– boys need to know their worth. And the fourth thing that boys crave is a sense of autonomy. They want freedom and independence. The next time your son is upset or angry, it may be a good idea to go through this list in your head. Which craving is your son lacking? Then, once it's identified, help your son find age-appropriate, healthy, ways to fulfill that desire. For instance, if he's not feeling a sense of belonging at school, maybe he could find another group of peers to meet with. This could be a youth group, or an outdoor adventure group like Trail Life USA. For more ideas to raise boys to be godly men, visit Trail Life USA or RaisingGodlyBoys.com.

Why do some sales teams grow consistently while others stall, struggle, or quietly fade out? In this episode, Ray Higdon breaks down the four non-negotiable elements every sales team needs in order to grow. These are not tactics, hacks, or pressure-based strategies. They are leadership fundamentals that create belief, momentum, and long-term retention. Ray explains why most people are not playing to win, how hope fuels action, why structure removes fear, how culture keeps people engaged, and why knowing what to say determines whether reps actually do the work. This episode also includes a candid warning about misusing AI tools in sales conversations and how poor posture costs teams real revenue. This is essential listening for sales leaders, network marketing leaders, entrepreneurs, and managers who want to build a team that grows without burnout, pressure, or constant micromanagement.   —

MSP Pricing Pressure: Microsoft 365 Subscription Hikes and Their Impact on Margins

Microsoft has announced a price increase for its Office productivity software subscriptions, set to take effect on July 1, 2026. The Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription will rise from $6 to $7 per user per month, while the Business Standard subscription will increase from $12.50 to $14. Additionally, the Microsoft 365 E3 enterprise subscription will see a 13% hike from $23 to $26. This adjustment follows a period of infrequent price changes since the launch of Office 365 in 2011 and reflects Microsoft's significant investment in its platform, which has introduced over 1,100 new features in the past year. Managed Service Providers (MSPs) should prepare for customer pushback regarding these increases, as clients may direct their frustrations toward their service providers rather than Microsoft. In related developments, several companies have announced product updates aimed at simplifying user experiences. Nerdio has enhanced its enterprise platform to support Azure Virtual Desktop in hybrid environments, while Coro has released version 3.7 of its cybersecurity platform, which features a redesigned interface for improved management. Comcast Business has also upgraded its internet services for small businesses, offering faster speeds and enhanced reliability. These updates indicate a broader trend toward simplifying technology solutions, but they also introduce new governance risks that MSPs must address. The episode also highlights a shift in educational trends, with an increasing number of college students opting for artificial intelligence majors over traditional computer science degrees. This change is driven by concerns over job market prospects for computer science graduates. As universities adapt their curricula to meet the demand for AI skills, MSPs may face challenges in finding candidates who possess the necessary infrastructure knowledge to support business operations effectively. For MSPs and IT service leaders, these developments underscore the importance of proactive communication with clients regarding price changes and the value of technology investments. As tools become more automated and user-friendly, the need for robust governance and security measures becomes paramount. MSPs should focus on ensuring that their clients understand the implications of these changes and the necessity of maintaining foundational IT practices, particularly as the talent pipeline shifts toward AI-focused education. Four Things to Know Today:00:00 Microsoft's 2026 M365 Price Hike Highlights Its Market Power—and Forces MSPs to Reframe Value With Customers03:14 Automation and Simplified Dashboards Dominate New Releases, but Experts Say MSPs Still Shoulder the Governance Burden06:54 AI Majors Surge as Computer Science Enrollment Falls, Reshaping the Tech Talent Pipeline08:55 MCP's Rapid Adoption Outpaces Governance, Creating Opportunity—and Risk—for MSPs Managing AI Integration Sponsored by: https://scalepad.com/dave/https://getflexpoint.com/msp-radio/

Bill Eddy and Megan Hunter explore the crucial distinction between temporary high conflict behaviors and established patterns of high conflict conduct. As co-founders of the High Conflict Institute, we address common misconceptions about conflict dynamics while introducing our new platform, Conflict Influencer, designed to support individuals navigating challenging relationships.Understanding High Conflict PatternsWe examine how situational stress differs from persistent high conflict behavior patterns through an insightful analogy comparing one-time excessive drinking versus chronic alcohol dependence. They break down what's at stake as key provisions of the 2017 tax reform are set to expire, unpack the bill's complex mix of tax cuts, new carve-outs, and industrial subsidies, and examine why temporary tax policy and policy uncertainty could derail economic growth. Plus, they confront the fiscal fiction behind tariffs as a reliable revenue source and make the case for a cleaner, more permanent pro-growth tax system.
