Why do we as women feel the need to compete with each other? And how does the competition look different for us? In this week's episode of Convos with Lola Annie and I dive into a conversation about competition with ourselves, each other, and how it changes from person to person. We discuss why as women are we learn to compare ourselves to one another and at times allow that to tear us down. And why is it hard to believe that women can have genuine supportive relationships with one another as opposed to being “catty”? We talk about what motivates us to compete or doesn't motivate us and we get real about it. So grab your hot tea, coffee or cocoa, sit back, relax, and get ready for another real conversation. ••• #convoswithlolapodcast #femaleentrepreneurs #femaleempowerment #practicemakesbraver #moveforward #desmoinesdoesthings @anniepwoods @convoswithlolapodcast
