On today's conversation we discussed why people come to your church - why did you choose the church you chose? The answers may surprise you. Today's conversation was all about how truly following Jesus. How we should vote, how we should love, how we should LIVE is all based on the Word of God - let's not be the reason someone choses to NOT follow Jesus. We didn't use the Title Phrase in what we said, but you get the idea. Be a Christ Follower FIRST - above all things and let God's Word be the lens through with you SEE and LIVE in the world. Here's some of the references you can meditate on: — Romans 12 & 13 — Titus 1 — 1 Corinthians 5, 6, 8 — 2 Corinthians 6 — Galatians 5 The greatest single cause of atheism in the world today is Christians who acknowledge Jesus with their lips and walk out the door and deny Him by their lifestyle. That is what an unbelieving world simply finds unbelievable. — Brennan Manning Join the conversation on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter! Email us at me@desperatepastor.com
