Giving ourselves permission to feel and question those feelings. Regardless of what those feelings are. No matter what someone else may feel or “they” think we should feel, we need to sit with what we feel.4.Instead of judging others, where they are, or what they are doing, and even taking time out of my day to talk about them and their lives, how can I improve my own? How can I continue to grow? Again, channel that energy in a healthy way.

Capacity with kids means incorporating your needs into the "Activity" schedule, so that your kids can actually see you fulfilled, happy, and not at capacity. 5. Capacity with self also means that you evaluate how you are doing with your days to ensure that you are not at capacity.

You won't vibe with everybody.3. Stop feeling guilty about change and stop engaging in self-deception.4. Are you following people on social media who are going to help you?5. Create a playbook on how you will interact and deal with people. 6. Expand your circle in a way that benefits you.7. Prioritize people and conversations.8. Do everything in the now. Be strategic about how you use your time within your circles.9. Learn to say "no"! If you don't have the capacity to do something, don't do it. 10. Know your role in your circles and know your role in other people's circles. 11. Listen to your intuition when you're around people. 12. Maintain boundaries and respect other people's boundaries.

Communicate our feelings to the people who are in our lives on a day to day. C. Find a therapist who can help us with our emotions as we reflect on our forgiveness letters. 3. Designating a specific time to focus on our day to day tasks. 4. Allowing ourselves to grieve by writing letters, talking about our loss, and finding ways to honor those we’ve lost.
