In this week's episode we discover that Manny was kidnapped by a cult of banana worshippers who did not take too kindly to his constant harassment of banana culture. While he was freed they injected him rotten banana juice (yes, that means what you think it does) and he was unable to join us today. The rest of the crew pushed on and discussed a few old school stories which lead to a discussion on whether or not Microsoft has a big launch title to help push sales of the next console. Can Halo be enough? Will Halo even be good? Is the community still hungry for Halo? So many questions and just less than a year to figure it all out. Due to technically difficulties we could have controlled better, you may notice we are a week behind in getting an episode out. This is totally Turtle's fault. Apologies are made and hard lines are drawn in the sand when it comes to Google Stadia as we explain why it makes perfect sense that the executive team at Google should be fired and we should be hired as replacements. They honestly need tech to come out and survive and they are going about it all wrong. The team at Microsoft continue to impress us with Project XCloud as we dive deep into a test of the service ourselves and give our impressions. Spoiler - it is great! We also discuss headsets as we venture into new products to build our our studio and while we were on the fence about what tech to grab, Manny makes a very good case for the direction we should go in. From forming one of the largest console gaming groups to competing in e-sports, the relationships formed have been some of the strongest we have known.
