GALLIC the Dwarven Cleric and LINKA ‘the Momentous’, a Halfling Sorcerer, had entered a Goblin Cave in search of their friend, Gundren Rockseeker, last seen with his traveling companion Sildar. In the cave, they freed some wolves and named them, Waffle, Kujo & Fluffy. Gallic climbed a fissure, heard something big and angry, saw a door, got a fright, and climbed back down. Linka nearly decapitated a goblin with her crossbow bolt, as one does, then while hiding by some rock pools they overheard two Goblins in heated discussion & spied the door from the scary fissure-room. What will they find behind the door? Gundren? Sildar? Some sort of benign magical creature that only wants to help? Going In Blind - A Tabletop Roleplaying Podcast with vision impaired players. Going in Blind is a weekly podcast where each week a group of Vision Impaired players sit down at a table, roll a few dice and together tell a story. Episode 02, 'Character Creation' takes Kat and Maddy through the basics of Class, Race, Alignment, Background and Naming of characters. Next episode the adventure starts! Please like, share, subscribe, imbibe or otherwise prop us up. Perhaps play this episode obnoxiously loud in a public place (IV Productions does not endorse such action, nor any action of any sort). Stick around at the end for a little extra bit after the credits, just like in Marvel Movies. Because let's face it, a podcast is totally on par with something like that (it is a terrible joke, the thing at the end. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry).
Going In Blind - A Tabletop Roleplaying Podcast with vision impaired players. Going in Blind is a weekly podcast where each week a group of Vision Impaired players sit down at a table, roll a few dice and together tell a story. Episode 01, 'What's in a Game' acts as an introduction to what game is going to be played (DnD), how it is going to be played, the scope of vision impairment and the module we're running. We're also introduced to the Game Master, the players and the overall setting for the game. Next week is Character Creation, with the RPG adventure beginning in episode 03. Each week we record our game with live music and sound effects, then we take that recording and chop and change it, flitting back and forth between what's happening at the table, and dramatic recreations of the big moments of the story as it unfolds. This thing is group driven interactive storytelling at its most exciting. At least, for me it is. I'm excited!
