As a child 8 years old, I lived through my own trauma when I heard this story of a young girl who was killed in Colorado. She had been murdered and was found tied up in her home with her mouth duct taped and other physical traumas. The story still bothers me as an adult, and I would like to explore alternative possibilities as to how Jonbenet died.

The topic of abuse is one most can't stomach, but as we enter the dawn of the sixth sun, we must break these destructive cycles. This episode is not as heavy as the ones to come, however the cases I mention in this episode are the ones that have bothered me for sometime. I also would like to encourage you to do your own research.

I am on the right path and this is how I know. Last episode, I discussed how I would move forward as a parent. For my boys, I decided to do something different. The topic of this episode is how you can recognise when you are on the right path.
