5 months ago I met Katy Bauschke at an ayahuasca spiritual retreat center in Peru. I've done a few yoga sessions in my life, but when I was in her class, I can feel her energy fill the room of a resonating vibrance that attracted me to gain deeper insight into her perspective; soon I found out this vibrance she spewed was because of her deep commitment to endure the discipline of Yoga in the lands it was originated (before it became a trend). In India she started out at Parmarth Niketan Ashram (https://www.parmarth.org) then later sharpened her mind with (http://tushita.info). Her yogic journey lead her to the lands of Peru to accompany the ceremonial medicine space of ayahuasca. Combining techniques from across the world, she provides an exceptional practice of yoga; that energizes the emotional & mental bodies (along with the chakras), which promotes a deeper level of healing when navigating in the medicine space -this was my experience with her classes during my stay at Arkana (https://www.arkanainternational.com). She continues to facilitate virtual yoga classes online, as well as deepening her teachings from the Shamans in Peru.
