Two weeks ago, we celebrated Mothers' Day in order to honor our physical mothers, who brought us into this world and nourished and took care of us when we were children.During the whole of this month of May, we honor our spiritual mother, Mary, Our Lady, who takes care of all our spiritual needs as mediatrix of all the graces we receive. With today's great feast of Pentecost, we honor yet a third mother, we have yet another Mother's Day in the month of May. The mother we honor today is Holy Mother Church. The Church is our mother because she is the bride of Our Lord Jesus Christ and is so united with Christ that we say she is His Mystical Body. They are, as it were, two in one flesh.United together, Our Lord and His bride bring forth children unto eternal life. They do this by governing, teaching and sanctifying their children, that is, Catholics. We are born into new life by baptism, we are healed by confession and we are nourished by the Holy Eucharist. Our Mother the Church does all these things for us.Today's feast is like the birthday of our mother the Church. While Our Lord is the head of the Church, the Holy Ghost is her soul. He descended upon the Apostles today and gave them the spiritual gifts they needed to fulfill their priestly functions. The day of Pentecost is the day when they began their mission of going to all nations to baptize people and bring them into the Church. It was the day that the Church came forth and manifested herself to the world. We have a duty to love all of our mothers, and Holy Mother Church is no exception. We must be grateful to be Catholics and desire to do our part, in our life, to assist our mother the Church. This is all the more true today, when our mother is being attacked. What we are witnessing today has often been compared to Our Lord's Passion. In past centuries, the Church at times resembled Our Lord in His public life or even His triumph over His enemies. But today, she resembles Our Lord on the Cross, in that she is wounded and being disfigured by her enemies. One of the most painful aspects of this passion is that, just as Our Lord was betrayed and abandoned by the Apostles, so too the Church today is being betrayed by the successors of the Apostles. The Church remains the Spotless Bride of Christ in herself, but her external appearance has been disfigured by false teaching and bad liturgies. It is like a difficult situation in a family. Consider if the sons of a family started honoring other women as their mother than their actual mother. This would take away from their proper mother the honor due to her. Say they brought those women over their house, gave them presents, and told them they loved them, all in the presence of their own mother. This is similar to today's Popes showing all this respect to false religions: kissing Korans, hosting Pachamama idols, honoring fake Anglican prelates, praying with leaders of all different religions. These things make it seem like these false religions are able to be mothers of souls, as if they can lead souls to Heaven, as if they can do only what the bride of Christ can do.

“Cacao isn't just a drink, it's an invitation to reconnect with yourself.” — Laura HuamanThis episode is your invitation to explore creativity through connection, ancestry, and ritual. I'm joined by Laura Huaman, former Stanford scientist, Peruvian native, and founder of KUYU. She's on a mission to bring health, happiness, and connection through cacao and Peruvian superfoods.Laura shares the pivotal moment of her first cacao ceremony in Austria. That experience didn't just change her relationship with cacao, it changed the trajectory of her life. What began as a search for clarity in a tech career became a journey back to her roots, her culture, and the jungles of Peru.Laura shares the story of Señor Efraín, a cacao farmer in Quillabamba, whose relationship to cacao is deeply personal. His words “cacao means love”became a guiding force in Laura's brand. Through packaging, sourcing, and storytelling, Laura aims to transmit that love from Pachamama to your cup.Whether you're building a brand, reconnecting to your ancestry, or seeking more presence in your daily life, this episode reminds you that creativity thrives when you honor both science and spirit. For Laura that means a cup of cacao is more than a nourishing drink, it's a reconnection to her purpose.Questions to Reflect On: Sit with these questions: Journal, take them on a walk, create a voice note, chat with a friend, or sit with a cup of cacao and reflect on them. Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour #656 is a live show featuring dynamic, improvised visionary acoustic music by The Gaea Star Band with Mariam Massaro on vocals, Native flute, Celtic harp, 12- and 6-string acoustic guitars, ukulele, Tibetan bowls and shruti box, Bob Sherwood on piano, Craig Harris on congas and Native drum and today's special guest Robin Rooney on vocals and percussion. Recorded at Singing Brook Studio in Worthington, Massachusetts in early February of 2026, today's hour begins with the mystical raga to the Goddess Brigid, a mysterious, shaded piece built on Mariam's chiming drone on her open-tuned Martin 12-string acoustic and a tight, focused piano strategy from Bob. “Honoring Hathor” is another raga based on open 12-string, featuring soaring call-and-response vocals from Mariam and Robin and “If You Knew What Was In Your Heart” opens with a beautiful flute fanfare from Mariam before settling into an affecting prayer-like, minimalist meditation. “Yemanja” is a song by Mariam about the Ocean Goddess and the ensemble covers a skillful, tight and varied version with dancing ukulele from Mariam, barrelhouse funk piano from Bob, a driving conga rhythm from Craig and more powerful vocals from Mariam and Robin. “Full Moon Part II” is a deep cut that originates in 2013, an unusual, lunar piece of music that drifts in and out of dreamy night moods and Miriam's “Your Eyes Shine” receives a gorgeous, languid reading with fine work from the ensemble and a tight, passionate vocal from Mariam. We close the show today with two of Mariam's finest South American songs, the mysterious, slowly building “Amour Mac hay” and the joyful, playful Andean nature prayer “Pachamama”. This week, we're thrilled to welcome Terry Cumes, Managing Director of the world-renowned retreat center Willka T'ika, nestled in Peru's Sacred Valley of the Incas. Raised in the U.S. yet deeply rooted in the Andes through family and spirit, Terry bridges two worlds, blending modern Western sensibilities with the ancient wisdom of Andean cosmology.Terry takes us on a transformative journey through the lush landscapes and spiritual heart of the Sacred Valley, where mountains are revered as living deities and the Quechua people honor Pachamama, Mother Earth, through rituals of gratitude and reciprocity. He shares the remarkable story of his mother's vision to build Willka T'ika nearly 30 years ago, creating one of Peru's first luxury wellness sanctuaries devoted to yoga, nature, and the spiritual traditions of the Andes. What began as a family dream has evolved into a destination for seekers from around the world, drawn to its sacred gardens, ancient energy, and timeless wisdom. In this episode, we explore the essence of Andean cosmology, including its three worlds of spirit, earth, and underworld, its deep reverence for the mountains known as Apus, and the practice of ayni, a guiding principle of balance and reciprocity with the natural world. Terry also shares how his Western business training and his father's background in both medicine and shamanism inform his unique approach to leadership, wellness, and purpose.Join us for a rich and soulful conversation about finding harmony between modern life and ancient truth, reconnecting with the spirit of the earth, and discovering what it means to live in true reciprocity with the world around us.

The soundtrack that plays in Trapper's head has been uncomfortable. God seems to be revealing His opinion on a topic Trapper would rather not discuss. ---------- Hi! Trapper Jack here. I've heard a bazillion opinions out there on the papacy of Pope Francis, and what is about to come with Pope Leo. In this episode, we might have the opinion of the only One that matters. It's time to finally crawl out of the belly of the whale—seaweed hairdo and all. Like Jonah, I tried to outrun a message God wanted delivered. I figured if I stayed vague enough, maybe no one would throw me overboard. Spoiler: they did. From lightning strikes and Pachamama to a certain musical that wouldn't leave my head, is it possible that God wants to give you His thoughts on what has ended, and what has begun? The signs are everywhere. Sometimes, the prophet needs a push… or a whale. ---------- Join us on our pilgrimage to Medjugorje. It's nearly sold out so don't delay. Sasha Niz Konrad is the founder and CEO of Sashamama Wellness, a brand dedicated to non-toxic, holistic wellness solutions for pregnant and postpartum women. With a background as a prenatal and postpartum yoga instructor and a deep passion and interest in holistic maternal and hormone health. Sasha has combined her expertise and personal journey to create thoughtfully curated, safe, and effective products safe for anyone but especially mamas! Based in Charlotte, NC, Sasha is an advocate for self-care and empowerment for moms during every stage of their motherhood journey. We'll explore the inception of Sashamama Wellness, a brand dedicated to providing non-toxic, pampering wellness products for prenatal and postpartum mothers. I was inspired by the Andean fertility goddess Pachamama, symbolizing Mother Earth, and my personal journey through hormonal imbalances and pelvic floor issues + teaching prenatal/postpartum yoga classes. I had a light bulb moment, which led to my conscious effort to curate products that prioritize women's health. A focus on reducing the top 3 common complaints for new/expecting moms and overall self-care habits/rituals during motherhood. Clinical Importance of Non-Toxic Products and Detoxifying Safely: Pregnant women are particularly vulnerable to environmental toxins, which can adversely affect both maternal and fetal health. Studies indicate that exposure to certain chemicals during pregnancy can lead to complications such as preterm birth and developmental issues. Is the Catholic Church heading toward another Reformation? With Pope Francis's passing and unprecedented changes in Rome, conservative Catholics are speaking of schism while others pray for revival. In this episode of Remnant Radio, Joshua Lewis, Michael Miller, and special guest Mike Shreve (author and evangelist for The Catholic Project) examine the critical crossroads facing the Catholic Church. From the controversial legacy of blessing same-sex couples to the Pachamama ritual controversies, we explore how recent Vatican decisions have left many Catholics deeply divided. We'll unpack the historical significance of papal authority, examining how traditional titles like “Vicar of Christ” and “Pontifex Maximus” shape Catholic doctrine. Through careful analysis of recent Vatican controversies and growing resistance from traditional Catholics, we'll explore striking parallels between today's tensions and the conditions that sparked the Protestant Reformation. This episode provides crucial insights into one of today's most significant religious developments. Join us as we examine these challenges through both Protestant and Catholic perspectives, seeking truth with grace and biblical wisdom.INTRO TO THEOLOGY COURSE:
In recent years, local organizations, together with dozens of Indigenous communities, have planted more than 10 million trees up and down the Andes, with almost half of them in the Peruvian mountains around Cusco. Many of the tree species are threatened, and many of the ecosystems at risk. The trees help to protect and preserve the local environments and ecosystems and in particular help retain water. The communities are also holding on to their local cultures, beliefs and religion. Making offerings and prayers to Pachamama and the Apus. Offerings for the resistance of their peoples on the hillsides of the Andes. Offerings for their children and their communities. Offerings for the future. Who Defends the Defenders? In many countries, the state response to peaceful environmental protest is increasingly to repress rather than to enable and protect those who wish to speak up for the environment.Michel Forst is a prominent human rights advocate and the UN Special Rapporteur on Environmental Defenders under the Aarhus Convention. He previously served as the Special Rapporteur on Human Rights Defenders (2014–2020) and has worked with Amnesty International, UNESCO, and the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions, championing protections for activists worldwide. Forst's career is marked by his unwavering commitment to defending those at risk for advancing justice, environmental protection, and human rights globally.“My mandate focuses on the protection of those trying to protect the planet. Protection of defenders is my main topic. When I'm speaking to states or companies, it's always related to cases of defenders facing threats, attacks, or penalization by companies or governments, like the recent case of Paul Watson (founder of Sea Shepherd) in Denmark… When I travel to places like Peru, Colombia, or Honduras and meet Indigenous people, I realize they have a relationship with nature that we don't have anymore. They express that the food they eat, the water they drink, and the air they breathe goes beyond just air and food; it represents what they call Pachamama or Mother Earth. This is a cosmovision shared across various communities, not only in Latin America but globally.”Episode Websitewww.creativeprocess.info/podInstagram:@creativeprocesspodcast

"In this stream I am joined by the great and mighty Jay Dyer to talk about the multitude of heresy and evil coming from Pope Francis and the Vatican. Be it medical passports, partnering in resetting the Global economic structure, Pachamama worship, mass migration, or outright Christian heresy, the Vatican is a key culprit to the tragic ills that plague our current world. Make sure to check it out and let me know what you think."
