Ashley made history when she won season 14 of "Project Runway."  Ashley spilled the real tea about what it was really like being on the show, including what Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn were like in real life (one of them was NOT so nice). Ashley also opened up to us about her journey of self-love and acceptance, including her decision to get gastric bypass surgery. Did you know ovarian cancer is known as "The Silent Killer"? San Diegan Claudia Jauregui joins this week's episode to talk about her diagnosis and journey with ovarian cancer. She discusses how it was revealed to her that she had it age 31, what we can do to screen for it and how you can help others and Claudia with the cause. Ladies, this is one you'll want to hear. 

Stand-up comic Dustin Nickerson joined us this week! Dustin is also the host of the popular podcast, "Don't Make Me Come Back There." Dustin's been married since he was 19 -years-old, and has three kids so you know we picked his brain about that! Eight years ago he quit his day job and decided to pursue his dream of being a stand-up comedian full-time, so we discussed the impact that had on his family. We also talked about how having kids affect your marriage (and sex life), and more! 

Tonya is heavily considering eating her own placenta after giving birth. Should she do it? Is it safe? What are the health benefits? Dorothy is skeptical (of course)....So, to help Tonya decide, we talk to Trisha of Zoe Bella Birth Services about it. Trisha is a Douala and she's been encapsulating women's placentas for over 10 years . We also chat with Carleen, someone who's gone through the process of ingesting her placenta. 

Dorothy is back from maternity leave! She talks about what her maternity leave has been like and talks about the pain she felt (and still feels!) about leaving her son and going back to work and Tonya catches us up with her pregnancy talking about the status of her doula, a scare with her doctor and baby and more! October is Breast Cancer Awareness month so we had to bring one of the REALEST and most bad ass women on our podcast to tell us her story. Just a few years ago, Cinnamon Yvette Gray, a friend of both Dorothy and Tonya, was diagnosed with breast cancer. She tells us about how she found out, what she did and her current status now and reminds us all that "Mammogramming your boobs is JUST AS IMPORTANT as instagramming them"!

Yup. It got real weird today when Tonya revealed she had a...NIPPLE dream about Dorothy! She's been dealing with some third trimester anxiety and it shows. Dorothy tells us some of the funny moments about her son's baptism and the ladies discuss nail salon etiquette.

In this episode, Dorothy tells us how here first date night with her husband without the baby went, we hear her singing to her 8 week old baby and him singing back to her! AND, Tonya reveals what the name of her baby girl will be.

It's been a few weeks since Dorothy and Tonya have seen each other so in this episode they catch up! Dorothy fills us in on all the new mom 'firsts" she's experienced with some scares and Tonya tells us how her Babymoon went in Sedona and talks about how her gestational diabetes test went.

What is a doula? Even though women have been in the role of a doula since the 60's, many people are not totally sure of what the role of a doula is during labor and delivery. Dorothy and Tonya chat with birth and postpartum doula Brighid Quinn to get all the doula 101 and Tonya shares why there is some hesitation on her end for hiring a doula.

BUMPDATE TIME! Dorothy's due date is in just a few weeks and Tonya gave us some pretty exciting news last week with her pregnanancy announcement so we had to catch up with the both of them for a little baby bump update!
