Freizügigkeit, Nacktheit und Selbstbestimmung in der Mode stehen im Fokus dieser Podcast Episode von Lost On Planet Fashion, in der wir über die Grammy Looks von Chappell Roan und Heidi Klum sprechen und die gesellschaftliche Bedeutung entblößter Fashion analysieren. Nach der Grammy Verleihung 2026 sprach die Modewelt vor allem über zwei Auftritte: Chappell Roan und Heidi Klum. Beide sorgten mit radikal körperbetonten Looks für Diskussionen, weil sie auf sehr unterschiedliche Weise mit Nacktheit spielten. Während Heidi Klum in einer skulpturalen Lederkreation von Marina Hoermannseder immerhin noch klar bekleidet war, setzte Chappell Roan in Mugler fast vollständig auf Entblößung. Für uns war das der perfekte Anlass, das Thema Freizügigkeit und Nacktheit in der Mode einmal grundsätzlich zu betrachten. Ein Thema, das uns in unserem Mode Podcast Lost On Planet Fashion immer wieder begegnet, dem wir uns diesmal jedoch besonders intensiv widmen wollten. In dieser Podcast Episode klären wir, woher der Wunsch kommt, den eigenen Körper öffentlich so stark zu zeigen. Nadine hat dafür einen historischen Abriss vorbereitet, der zeigt, wie eng Mode, Gesellschaft und Selbstbestimmung miteinander verbunden sind. Bereits in den sechziger und siebziger Jahren begannen Modemacherinnen und gesellschaftliche Bewegungen, den weiblichen Körper neu zu denken. Frauen kämpften um Rechte, Sichtbarkeit und Kontrolle über den eigenen Ausdruck. Mit wachsender Freiheit veränderte sich auch der Umgang mit Kleidung. Je mehr sich konservative Vorstellungen lösten, desto selbstverständlicher wurde die Enthüllung des Körpers als Teil von Mode und Überzeugung. Parallel dazu entwickelte sich jedoch ein problematischer Gegeneffekt: die zunehmende Objektifizierung durch Männer. Spätestens in den neunziger und frühen zweitausender Jahren wurde der nackte Körper zur Werbefläche. In dieser Folge sprechen wir über ikonische, aber auch kritische Beispiele wie die Tom Ford Kampagnen für Gucci, in denen weibliche Körper medial verwertet wurden. Medien begannen, über Frauen zu urteilen, sie zu bewerten und Stück für Stück zu Objekten der Begierde zu formen, oft ohne Respekt, Scham oder wirkliche Wertschätzung. Heute erleben wir eine vielschichtige Gegenwart. Einerseits wächst das Selbstverständnis und die Emanzipation von Frauen weiter, was sich auch modisch ausdrückt. Chappell Roans Auftritt kann als Akt der Selbstermächtigung gelesen werden, als bewusste Entscheidung, den eigenen Körper öffentlich zu kontrollieren und sichtbar zu machen. Gleichzeitig gibt es ebenso viele Frauen, die genau diese Form der Darstellung ablehnen. Sie empfinden Freizügigkeit nicht als Befreiung, sondern als Verstärkung alter Rollenbilder, weil Frauen noch immer häufig auf Sexualität reduziert werden. Hinzu kommt eine neue gesellschaftliche Spannung. Gerade in den USA erstarkt eine konservative Gegenbewegung, die auch von jungen Frauen mitgetragen wird. Diese Entwicklung spiegelt sich zunehmend in Mode und Kleiderordnungen wider. Zwischen Selbstbestimmung, Schutz, Provokation und politischer Haltung entsteht ein komplexes Spannungsfeld, das Mode heute stärker prägt als viele Trends. Mit dieser Podcast Episode möchten wir genau diesen Diskurs anstoßen. Wir sprechen offen über Nacktheit in der Mode, über Macht, Projektion, Freiheit und Verantwortung.
