This is just to help the modern man because I look around and I see lost men, men with no direction and purpose. I look around and I see men in pain who feel emasculated. The podcast is on self-improvement at large where I give out the lessons I learn ove

These get in the way of objectivity and success in the financial markets. They act as blinders to the numbers, the statistics, and REALITY! --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/regalcapital/message
This time I want you to help those in need, those struggling but under three conditions. 1. They admit to failure or the existence of a method better than theirs. 2. They deem you the person that can help them. 3. They execute on the fraction of help you've given them. This is a caveat to Ep. 92. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/regalcapital/message

Unfortunate realities of the world we live in. The people we care for and love the most may not want the help we have to offer them. They feel like we undermine their capabilities and see them as weak. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/regalcapital/message
The lesson is relevant to everyone even people who aren't in the financial markets. I've learnt that critical, life-impacting decisions are made every day and repeatable systems and structure for your life have to be created soo that there's consistent decision making and coherence in the way we lead our lives. That way we make decisions everyday and relieve ourselves from the stress of having to worry about results and outcomes --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/regalcapital/message

According to Wiki it is when someone gives up their moral principles or spiritual values to attain a benefit like knowledge, wealth, status, attention etc. In an extreme example it could be likened to a deal with the devil but essentially it's a trade off we face everyday and consciously or unconsciously we choose to give up our morals and values and do whatever it takes to get what we want --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/regalcapital/message

In this episode we go back to the fundamentals of defining trading and starting from the bottom up to remind people where they should look and what their true objective as a trader should be
Tune in to listen to my perspectives on what makes the grind soo hard. It's really more than just old habits it's deep programming. But let's not get it twisted we still have to be selfless and serve to a certain extent, we are still obligated to provide value for society and expect nothing in it for us, I'm just saying don't forget to do things that could help you.
These are the key points and their interpretations of the webinar I attended today by my trading mentors. I go into a bit detail on the market and go in a bit more length to really lay the mental foundation for the things I'll be saying
On this episode I take time to give you a perspective shift and take a different stance from all mainstream media and general consensus.
This is breakdown of where Regal is headed, what to expect and what I have in store for you. Not much value for the listener but good to know the direction I'm headed.
I liken drink poison with choosing to circle yourself amongst people you know are bad and dying of thirst as choosing to walk alone upon realising how bad a group of people are for you
On this episode I'm a little bit more detailed on what goes through my mind after moving to the UK as black man from a third-world country. I talk about how there's soo much potential in every immigrant.
HYPERGAMY. That's one word I spend breaking down in this episode. That's one word to summarise why there's a lot of chaos we see in the dating world. But as men we have a few hard, cold facts we have to accept. The hardest thing is accept the reality but in this context we have no downside long term if we realise that the wiring of women is for our own benefit and only drives us to get better.
More of a money talk than it is a psychology class but the truth is who we are and our personalities will be closely linked with how we spent our money. I define money as the freedom of expression because it's the one commodity that can be used fulfil one's desires and wants thus making it an object through which people express their true colours. Soo if one is insecure/ lazy/ philanthropic/ innovative it'll show in their expenditure as their money gives them the opportunity to express. All this may happen consciously or subconsciously.
We said we'd do things and we haven't done them and now we feel bad because we feel like we've betrayed ourselves and we aren't that good but should that be the case? What if we could FORGIVE ourselves?
Yes! I am thankful for you the listener who takes the time to digest all that pour out from the bottom of my heart in this episode and this is just an episode to say thank you.
It's about redefining POWER and understanding POWER as more of how we relate with other people than it is about our own skills and abilities.
The first things is always every episode you start. The second thing is to pick what you like and then the third thing is to execute and give feedback
Are we staying true to ourselves are doing what we ought to do? Are we living to the best of our potential? Are we doing the best we can to be better for ourselves and automatically become better for the rest of world? Are we doing what we said we would? Are we taking all that life has to offer?
This episode has really been a rant. I talk about how dark the trading industry and people make a living off taking money from others fraudulently.
Knowing what matters to you and what matters to the world is crucial for mental clarity and managing expectations from those around you. You may feel like people don't support you in your dreams but the truth is there's a big difference between what matters to them and to you.
The failure is only feedback. It should never define us rather it only tells us performance at a specific point in time and what we should work on. Nothing more nothing less.
The lost art of ownership. These days we've grown too comfortable with taking our money from parents, governments and loans. The problem seems to be the desire to flex more than the desire to work which is caused by insecurity and feeling like we need to show and push a certain lifestyle even if it's not the reality.
By tracking I mean cracking yourself open and understanding your own habits and patterns as a person. Knowing that setting goals is useless if you're still stuck in the same cycles over and over again and you don't know what kind person you are. Therefore tracking is mostly important for self awareness. Halfway through the podcast I move on to why it's soo hard to keep ourselves accountable
Ignore everything you hear, applying pressure and believing in hard to get doesn't work because you can not negotiate desire. If a woman likes you she likes you if she doesn't she then she doesn't if that's the case don't chase but be chosen. If you aren't chosen enough and don't get women desiring you or your type of women desiring you then you need to become a better man overall to attract women. You objective as a man is to rise to your fullest potential in whatever you do and build your own castle. However don't use this mindset to stay in your comfort zone and a way to kill your fear and anxiety when talking to a woman. Don't use this mindset as a way of doing anything to please and get women. The women come on their own when they want to come. Don't use this mindset to try and get a woman from the past or try and get a specific woman or any of that. You can end up having women regret change their mind and try come back but that's not the attempt.
If the lack of information was the problem we could be all billionaires with 6-packs most of the time we know everything we need to know and what stops us from our own success is failing to execute simply because we are ‘stubborn' but from a more empathetic perspective we are still hooked to the old life and still very much creatures of habit
Running away is pointless. Consuming to numb yourself is pointless. Never delay your progress by trying to escape reality, take the past together with it's pain as feedback and know that your reality sucks because you aren't interacting with it the way we should
After bouncing back and forth between whether I should stay or be off social media these have been my latest thoughts and what I'm currently doing about the whole thing
On a bit more practical note I look towards giving you two options as to when you should tackle your dreams, goals and passions. The underlying principle is self-awareness and knowing what works for you and what doesn't
Instead of being misogynistic and blaming women for the problems we face I take a different approach and look at where the modern man gets it all wrong, what I feel he can do better and as the title suggests why there's been a loss of respect.
My uncle simply said, “why try hard to be African now when Africa is now Western?” What I took from that is that through missionary work and technology culture has changed and the African culture is not what it used to be as well the western culture and Asian culture. They have all influenced each other and trying to leave out other men from other cultures is pointless because we all go through the same things and face the same problems.
I elaborate on how it can manifest in 3 ways and how it can be detrimental to your health and progress overall. Tune in for my perspective
