Howdy folks! JD and Anthony headed out to the York Heritage Rail Trail for a 12 miler on a steamy late August Saturday morning. While they were out they saw the set up for the a local 10 miler, managed to be in the race for part of their run and then something jumped up and bit JD. Ouch! Howdy folks! This week we are doing an hour prediction run. Basically you run 30 min in one direction and then another 30 min back. If you arrived at the start in one hour your pace was consistent. If you're late you slowed down at the end. If you finish early, you started too fast. Proud to say we finished only 12 seconds early. Of course when you run quickly it makes it a bit difficult to maintain a "running" conversation. That's where the sound effects come in!
