On November 29, 2018, 22 year old Jack Greener was living life to the fullest when he was sparing in a jiu-jitsu class and suffered a broken neck at C4-C5 resulting in paralysis from the neck down as well as numerous strokes due to blood clotting the morning following the accident. He says he lost everything that day and has been fighting to regain it since. During a couple of business trips to Africa, Gary Ervin was introduced to Mt. Kilimanjaro. He felt drawn to climbing it for a reason he still can't put into words. Later in life, to celebrate his daughters' graduation, he took his family on a vacation to Africa and summited the first of the seven summits. He is on a quest to reach the top of all seven 7 summits while simultaneously writing a book with lessons from the mountains to his grandchildren.
