Love Island USA Daily June 14, 2026 – Gabe Moved On Love Island USA moves deeper into Season 8 as Kirsten MacInnis is joined by special guest Claire Rehfuss (Big Brother 23 contestant; The Amazing Race 34 winner) for a sharp, detail-packed debrief on June 14th. As the Islanders face off in a messy soccer-themed challenge and new connections threaten to shake up old couples, the show's social dynamics reach a boiling point with Casa Amor just around the corner. Claire Rehfuss dives into her long-standing love for Love Island, highlighting what sets this cast apart and why the off-screen commentary is almost as essential as the on-screen action. The pair explore the Melanie/Sincere/Sol triangle, where Melanie's vocal break-up bravado clashes with her late-night moves in Sol Ties. The hot dog-goo challenge earns plenty of airtime, from KC and Aniya's winning use of height strategy to Zach's choice to go “honk honk”, leaving everyone cringing. They examine Gabe's bold approach to flirting, the debate over which couples are truly strong, and Kenzie's ongoing reluctance to settle down. Memorable beats from their discussion: Claire Rehfuss calls out Zach's questionable moves but praises Kayda's undeniable presence as they prepare for their Hideaway night. The hot dog challenge brings strange strategies and even stranger jokes, with Islanders grappling with goo, awkwardness, and the search for a prize. Gabe continues his “lover boy” streak, while Jen's dry humor and moments in the confessional catch notice. KC and Aniya's relationship status comes under scrutiny as both outside opinions and possible new interests stir the pot. Kenzie dodges boundaries as Caleb tries to tighten the connection, sparking questions about loyalty. With the Hideaway now open and bombshell arrivals looming, can these couples survive the temptations of Casa Amor? What will it take for steady pairs like Trinity and Bryce to go the distance, and who's poised to switch things up when pressure mounts? Dive into this episode for a witty rundown of every strategic play, shifting connection, and classic Love Island mess as the summer showdown continues. 00:00 If You Want Love… 06:32 Melanie, Sincere Breakup Fallout 14:51 Goo Pit Challenge Chaos Begins 25:02 Zach's Boundaries In Question 34:14 KC, Aniya, Sol Triangle Intensifies 44:04 Trinity and Bryce Relationship Update 54:28 Gabe and Jen's PDA Sparks Drama 01:02:21 Hideaway Choice: Zach and Kayda LISTEN: Subscribe to the We Know Love Island podcast feed! We expected Vegas stories and Magic Mike secrets. We didn't expect a coffee cup to uncover a decade-old wound and leave the entire room in tears. On this Part 2 episode of Undressed with Pol' & Patrik, we sit down with Las Vegas power couple Mark Romain of Magic Mike Live and Brett Hamby of KA by Cirque du Soleil. Together, the Amazing Race fan-favorites also perform weekly in Temptation Sundays at MGM Resorts, making them one of the most recognizable couples on the Las Vegas entertainment scene. What begins as a lively conversation about Vegas entertainment, Lisa Vanderpump, celebrity residencies, Magic Mike, Cirque du Soleil, reality television, fashion, and LGBTQ+ representation quickly evolves into one of the most emotional Armenian coffee readings we've ever experienced. Along the way, we discuss our recent viral road rage attack, life as a public LGBTQ+ couple, Hollywood's changing landscape, and why authentic representation remains more important than ever. The episode takes an unexpected turn when Brett's Armenian coffee reading uncovers a powerful connection to his late mother, Christine. What follows is a raw, heartfelt, and deeply moving conversation about grief, guilt, healing, and the love we continue to carry for those we've lost. As Pol reveals messages hidden within the coffee grounds, Brett opens up about his mother's passing, creating a moment so emotional that there wasn't a dry eye in the room. Through laughter, tears, and incredible honesty, Mark stands beside Brett with the unwavering support that has made them one of the most beloved couples audiences have come to know and admire. By the end of the episode, everyone leaves feeling lighter, affirmed, and reminded that the people we love never truly leave us. It's a beautiful journey through Vegas glamour, celebrity stories, marriage, resilience, LGBTQ+ visibility, and one extraordinary coffee reading that proves the universe has a way of revealing exactly what we need to hear when we're finally ready to listen. Summer ministry is underway across the 16 countries where Josiah Venture serves, and this episode introduces several of the 2026 summer interns (Rachel Langley-Slovenia, Vince Johnson-Czech Republic, Aaron Connors-Ukraine, Anya Mediakovska-Ukraine, Isaiah Jackson-Latvia, Ryan Kepler-Estonia, Talitha Bowman-Ukraine, & Masha Horova-Ukraine), who are stepping into a season of service across Central and Eastern Europe. Hosted by Julia Budd, this episode features conversations with interns serving in Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Latvia, and Estonia. On this wildly unfiltered episode of Undressed with Pol' and Patrik, we sit down with fan-favorite couple Mark Romain and Brett Hamby from The Amazing Race for one of the funniest, most emotional, and unexpectedly deep conversations we've had in a long time with two hot guys! From surviving the chaos of reality television to navigating love, honesty, identity, and career crossroads, this episode takes us everywhere. Brett reveals the terrifying childhood accident that left him with a broken femur after being hit by a car in Pacifica (Bay Area) and how gymnastics and acrobatics became part of his healing journey. Meanwhile, Mark spills all the tea about dancing for icons like Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and Kesha — plus the hilarious story of Pol' accidentally talking to Christina Aguilera for 45 minutes without realizing who she was at Adrienne Maloof's Halloween party. We dive into their unforgettable experience competing on The Amazing Race, including producer drama, getting pulled over during filming, losing money in Hong Kong, surviving five intense weeks together, and learning how pressure exposes every crack — and strength — in a relationship. The conversation turns deeply personal as Mark and Brett open up about honesty in relationships, why they refuse to lie to each other, and how communication ultimately became the secret to surviving life together. Things get extra outrageous when we discuss RuPaul's Drag Race, Pol's traumatic experience appearing in drag years ago, and the hysterical story of RuPaul getting denied entry into his own premiere party because no one recognized him out of drag. We also get into queer friendships, gay relationship stereotypes, open relationships, dating shows, and why gays can sometimes be “the bitchiest people alive.” Then comes the Armenian Coffee Reading… and things take a shocking turn. Pol' immediately identifies a major emotional split in Mark's life connected to his twin brother, authenticity, and years of suppressing who he really was before embracing his true self. The reading becomes incredibly emotional as Mark admits he spent years trying to force himself into a life that never fit him. Pol' then reveals that Mark is standing at the edge of a massive life shift and urges him to reconnect with the creative calling he abandoned long ago. Brett's reading goes even deeper, uncovering unresolved emotional wounds and a hidden sadness he has spent years covering with “band-aids.” The moment becomes hauntingly emotional when Brett quietly reveals the heart shape in his coffee cup reminds him of his late mother. Between hysterical one-liners, relationship confessions, reality TV secrets, and one of the most powerful coffee readings we've had yet, this episode is funny, raw, emotional, chaotic, and completely unforgettable. At age 37, Chris Hammons made it all the way to the jury level of the hit reality show “Survivor.” The jury voted him off. But more recently, two juries in a courtroom – not on an island – have voted for him in federal civil rights cases: In this conversation with host Dan Ambrose, Chris breaks down how he secured verdicts of $126 million and $2 million. What if your faith story feels too ordinary for God to use? In this raw, unfiltered episode of unScripted, Shawn Boonstra sits down with assistant editor Hannah Drewieck to talk about staying connected to your world church — and why the quiet, everyday faith might actually be the most powerful kind. Hannah shares her surprising journey from Hope Channel International to Adventist Review, how she shepherds powerful “experiences” stories (heritage, mission, testimonies), and the devotional that stopped the whole team in their tracks: Daniel's secret to lion's den courage wasn't one big miracle — it was something he did three times every day. Plus: • The vulnerable adoption story that will make you rethink what “God's plan” really looks like • The 19th-century missionary who risked everything with no salary, no backup, and started something that's still growing in India today • Why fear of rejection or “messing up” shouldn't stop you from sharing your faith (and what to do instead) If you've ever wondered whether your steady, non-dramatic walk with God counts… this one's for you. In this episode of Beyond the Torch, hosts Leslie and Todd sit down with Whitney Duncan, a fan-favorite from Survivor: South Pacific (Season 23), who made it to the jury before being voted out. Whitney shares her full story — from being recruited to apply while still a rising country music artist in Nashville, to the emotional weight she carried into the game after her cousin Holly Bobo was kidnapped just weeks before filming began. She opens up about the secret marriage she was navigating at the time, her undeniable on-island connection with Keith Tollefson (whom she married in 2014), and how their love story unfolded from silent casting observations to a stolen kiss behind a volcano rock at sunset. The episode also covers their stint on The Amazing Race, Whitney's current life as a songwriter, Orange Theory fitness coach, and mother of two young children (Duncan and Veda Vaughn), and a lively discussion about the current season of Survivor 50 and what they'd love to see in future seasons.Special thanks to the best Whiskey on the Planet Watertown Whiskey! Survivor 50 B&B Ep 8 Recap w/ Izzy Gleicher With a new Survivor season upon us, it's time for Mike Bloom and Liana Boraas to re-open the RHAP B&B! On the B&B, Mike and Liana are inspired by the lighter side of Survivor, featuring a series of segments and games based on what's happening on Survivor that week. This week, Mike and Liana are joined by Big Brother 25 and The Amazing Race 38’s Izzy Gleicher to talk about Episode 8 of Survivor 50! Mike Bloom, Liana Boraas and guest Izzy Gleger bring the chaos and comedy of the RHAP B&B back for week eight. With the unforgettable “double duo” twist taking center stage, Mike, Liana and Izzy break down one of the most dramatic and game-shifting Tribal Councils of the season, where two players leave together, shaking the power structure and leaving everyone scrambling. The episode gets personal as Ozzy, Emily, Rizo, and especially Cirie navigate fresh alliances, fake idols, and surprise betrayals, all while Survivor's legendary “Fields family” grows even more complicated. The discussion opens with a critical look at the season's twists and the impact of big personalities like Coach and Chrissy. Mike, Liana, and Izzy break down how rapid-fire decisions, like instant pairings for immunity, lead to riskier gameplay, fewer chances to strategize, and more unpredictable outcomes. They highlight Cirie's triumphant struggle on Exile and the show's growing tendency to mirror the mechanics of Big Brother, raising questions about how time pressure and unexpected twists force players into conservative or bold moves. The fake idol antics of Rick Devens, the targeting of “middle people,” and the dynamic voting blocks all take the spotlight as the hosts dissect which alliances are real and which are smoke and mirrors. Key moments include: – Cirie's emotional perseverance during the coconut challenge on Exile – The “double duo” twist forcing players to vote out pairs – Rick Devens' fake idol play and its ripple effect on trust and live Tribal scrambling – Calls for classic Survivor gameplay with fewer advantages and idols, echoing fan frustration – The collapse of the Coach and Chrissy alliance, the “honor and integrity” debate, and the shifting definition of “the middle” With power newly up for grabs and alliances constantly in flux, Survivor 50's merge episode sets the stage for even bigger moves and blindsides. Will the so-called “middle people” keep steering the game, or is a new threat about to emerge from the chaos? 0:00 Survivor 50 B&B Week Eight Begins 4:36 Coach Voted Out: Cast Reactions 10:36 Cirie, Rizo, Ozzy Control Vote 20:00 Chrissy, Devens, Aubry: Duo Twist 27:00 Cirie Finds Coconut on Exile 33:04 Joe's Vote Drama for Coach 38:49 Devens Crafts the Fake Idol 41:42 Stephanie, Christian Question Idol Validity 49:08 Cirie's Emotional Exile Moment 54:01 Rizo Maneuvers, Cirie's Influence Grows 1:14:08 Chrissy and Coach Exit Predictions Tune in to find out which Survivor legends rise and who gets dragon-slayed in the wake of the season's wildest Tribal yet! USC professor of English, gender & sexuality studies, and American studies & ethnicity, and chair of the Department of Gender & Sexuality Studies Karen Tongson and NYU Assistant Professor of History Adrian De Leon join us to talk about their adoration of baseball and reality TV. Using their piece “Both Sides Now: On the 2025 World Series,” we discuss the affective and cultural dialogues sports media creates. Karen and Adrian draw from their own Filipino upbringings and fandom of the MLB to showcase the complexities between corporate actions, fan desires, and the influence of imperialism in athletics. We then relate the creation of narratives and societal reflections in sports to reality TV shows like The Amazing Race and Traitors. The conversation culminates in a description of how sports fandom and reality TV watchers are more strongly alike than others think. Karen and Adrian suggest that people both enjoy and be critical of sports and reality TV because they can assist with understanding the world around us. Or, they can help us laugh at social rules within romantic relationships or sports rituals. .In this episode, I'm joined by Lindsey Caplan — organizational psychologist, former Hollywood screenwriter, and upcoming author — for a conversation about creativity, communication, and how people and groups are actually moved. Lindsey's path is anything but linear. She started her career on TV and film sets in Los Angeles, working on shows like Malcolm in the Middle, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and The Amazing Race. From there, she transitioned into learning and development at companies like DreamWorks Animation, Zendesk, and Credit Karma, eventually stepping fully into organizational design and change work at The Gathering Effect. Her new book, Moved — coming March 2027 — explores the forces that shape human behavior: what moves us, how we can move others, and why pull, not push, is the most sustainable path to influence. We talk about why the book took nine years to write, what she learned about the psychology of groups, and why "being seen and heard" is at the heart of all meaningful change. We dig into the creative process, including the messy parts: identity shifts, losing and regaining a creative voice, and what it takes to translate an idea that lives in your head into something that lands with other people. Lindsey shares how her storytelling roots shape her work today — from understanding stakes and motivation to designing experiences that create real engagement, not just compliance. We also explore the gap between knowing and doing, why so many best-practice books fail to stick inside organizations, and how leaders can communicate in ways that create ownership instead of resistance. If you're curious about influence, the craft of writing, or how to move people without pressure, this conversation is for you.

#219 - A million-dollar decision can look a lot like a random pop-up ad and a quick, messy “why not?” Alex Boylan went from being a preacher's kid on the North Shore of Boston to winning Season 2 of The Amazing Race, and that victory didn't just change his bank account, it rewired his definition of work, purpose, and adventure. We talk through the early travel experiences that shaped him, the real dynamics of racing with his best friend Chris, and the pressure-cooker moments where relationships, strategy, and grit matter more than perfect plans. What sticks with me most is how Alex turns discomfort into a skill you can actually practice. He shares the behind-the-scenes realization that opened a whole new career path: travel producing and storytelling. From moving to Los Angeles with no roadmap, to betting on mentors and the right environment over job titles, his journey is packed with practical lessons for anyone navigating a career pivot, chasing a creative dream, or trying to feel alive again after getting stuck in routine. We also dig into Around The World For Free, the early interactive travel series that helped pioneer web-based travel storytelling before social media made it easy, and how that project evolved into bigger opportunities. Then we shift to what he's building now with The College Tour on Amazon Prime, a show designed to help families explore colleges and higher education options without the cost of constant campus travel, plus his book The Miles That Make You and the life lessons he wants to pass on. If you care about adventure, personal growth, mindset, travel, human connection, and building a meaningful life through calculated risk, hit play. Subscribe to The Human Adventure, share this with a friend who needs a push, and leave a review so more people find the show. While Grace was still away on her trip, Alvina invited her husband Stephen Colman to join her in discussing one of their favorite subjects: Reality Television! They talk about the first reality show they watched, and Alvina shares a story about applying for the Real World! They talk about everything from the Bachelor and Love is Blind to 90 Day Fiance, Amazing Race, and the Osbournes, talk about the difference between competition reality shows and not, discuss what watching reality TV says about someone's personality, and which show they would go on if they could. For the Fortune Cookie segment, they run down the Best Picture nominees and their thoughts on the movies they've seen. And, they end as always with what they're grateful for. This week on Office Ladies 6.0 it's a very special Friday Chit Chat when their pal Rainn Wilson stops by! The group debates which Office character they'd want to be stuck camping with (tune in for Jenna's surprise pick), imagines their chances on The Amazing Race, and pitches some very chaotic Office dream teams. Rainn also shares the terrifying story of being strapped to the outside of a helicopter while filming a survival show, and chats about his new movie Code 3. It's camping, competition shows, survival stories, and classic Office banter - happy Friday!
