This week we're talking about accommodation when it comes to living and working abroad. How to find it, avoiding scams and what to look for. I'll also be covering my pre-flight check list which details all of the practical tasks you need to complete before getting on that flight. In this episode we talk to Katie McBride who as a hiring manager and expat herself, gives her tips on how to stand out from the crowd on LinkedIn and be seen as exceptional in a virtual interview.

This week we're looking at mental and physical wellbeing as an expat. With the absence of close friends and family, culture shock, the isolation that often comes with the language barrier and difficulty in making friends it's no wonder that expats often feel stressed and anxious.
