    Ivy Insights

The Whelmed: the Young Justice files podcast is truly exceptional and a must-listen for fans of the Young Justice series. Rich and Emily, the hosts of the podcast, bring an incredible amount of passion, positivity, and thoughtfulness to their analyses of the show. Their enthusiasm and down-to-earth nature make it a joy to listen to each episode. Additionally, their interviewing skills are top-notch, and they bring in fantastic guests who add even more depth to the discussions.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is how well they break down each episode of Young Justice. They provide insightful analysis into the storytelling techniques used, as well as exploring themes and character development. Their knowledge and understanding of not only Young Justice but also the DC universe as a whole is impressive. They also offer valuable writing advice based on what they've learned from watching the show.

Another great aspect is their ability to incorporate humor into their discussions. It adds a lightheartedness that makes listening to the podcast enjoyable. I especially appreciate when they include lines from the Justice League in their episodes - it's a fun touch that brings a smile to my face.

While there isn't necessarily anything negative about this podcast, one minor suggestion could be to include more comedic elements during certain segments or make some voices more dramatic for added entertainment value. Additionally, it would be interesting if they explored secret origins for other team members like Supergirl or Jason Todd, as well as delving into some villain backstories.

In conclusion, The Whelmed: the Young Justice files podcast is truly amazing and brings so much joy to its listeners. From its insightful analyses and writing advice to its humor and interviews with voice actors from Young Justice, it's clear that Rich and Emily are dedicated fans who love sharing their passion with others. This podcast has not only enhanced my appreciation for Young Justice but has also introduced me to other great podcasts like Masks and Nerds on a Roll. I highly recommend this podcast to any Young Justice fan or anyone interested in storytelling and the DC universe.
