Despite hopes for a miracle cure or a misdiagnosis revelation, there are no spoilers indicating such a turn of events on the CBS soap opera.  Fans are musing if Bridget, being a doctor, might be the one to save him. However, the return of Eric's children, coupled with McCook not having a three-year contract renewal, hint at a potential farewell to the beloved character.  The Bold and the Beautiful, known for its unexpected plot turns, leaves fans anticipating what could be a heartbreaking departure of a character that has been on the soap since its inception in 1987. SOAPDISH Agenda June 16, 2022 1) Opening 2) Eric continues to see Donna on "Pickleball" afternoons at her apartment or is it a club room? 3) Quinn is talking to Carter on two different occasions now when his smart ring causes an alarm to Quinn that Eric is exerting himself. 4) Quinn calls Eric's daughter Bridget Forrester, who is a doctor, to come over so she can relay her concerns with Eric's health. 5) Meanwhile Hope is going to the club and sees Eric making out with Donna, and yes, the door was open partially. 6) Hope goes in and confronts Donna after Eric left. 7) Meanwhile on the other main storyline, Deputy Chief Baker comes over to tell the Forrester's (Ridge and Taylor) that Sheila had escaped from prison with the help of a guard. We saw Sheila making googly eyes at a male guard earlier. 8) Sheila shows up at Li Finnegan's apartment... Sheila wants to find out where Finn was buried, ashes spread, stored etc. Sheila hears beeping noises in the next room. She barges into next room to find Finn on a hospital bed.
