In this episode, Amy talks about her 90 pound weight loss journey and how she experienced a miracle with cancer. She talks about how she is grateful for this adversity, because it has helped shape her into who she is today. Bio Amy is a mother of 6, a cancer survivor, a wife, a 7-figure earner, a birth mom, bonus mom, and much more. She has used the pain in her life as a catalyst for major change. She used the pain of being overweight as the catalyst to a 90 pound weight loss and has kept it off for over 15 years. She used her pain of placing a baby for adoption while in high school as a catalyst for personal development and growth. And, she used her pain of having stage 4 NSCLC cancer as the catalyst for taking ownership of her thoughts and self talk.
