Listen in as Danielle Pashko and Bernadette Fiaschetti discuss springing forward with renewed energy, quantum physics, ayuervedic medicine, the emotional roots of chronic disease, and the future of energy-based healing.Danielle Pashko is a Functional Nutritionist, Certified Health Coach, author, and the visionary behind Soulhakker™, a cutting-edge wellness platform that merges ancient energetic practices with modern science to catalyze healing from the inside out. With more than two decades at the forefront of New York City's elite wellness scene, Pashko has collaborated with leading physicians, developed custom supplement lines, and helped thousands transform their health through detoxification, nutrition, and mind-body integration. Her training spans functional medicine, yoga, massage therapy, somatic healing, and internal martial arts. But her true authority comes from what she's lived through. After losing her mother to cancer at 13, Pashko became fiercely committed to health—by the time she was 16, she was living alone in Manhattan, working multiple jobs while pursuing a vision of invincibility through wellness. By her early 30s, she had become a trusted expert in the field, but her own cancer diagnosis, followed by chronic Lyme and post-COVID complications, shattered her illusion of control. Despite doing everything “right,” she got sick. That reckoning became her awakening. What healed her wasn't more optimization, it was nervous system regulation, unprocessed grief, and ancient practices like Qigong and Tai Chi. Pashko now teaches what she had to learn the hard way: true healing is not about perfecting your health, it's about reconnecting with yourself. Through Soulhakker™, Pashko offers an integrative model of healing that combines clinical precision with trauma-informed emotional work and energetics. She's redefining what resilience looks like for a new generation of men and women—those who are ready to stop pushing through and start healing for real.Pashko is the author of, “Smile at Your Challenges” and “Weight Loss Mistakes Even Healthy Chicks Make.” Her work has been featured in FOX & Friends, USA Today, CBS, ABC, NY1, Reader's Digest, PIX11, and The New York Post. She has held positions at prestigious institutions including The Sports Club/LA, Equinox, Exhale Spa, and The Peninsula Spa, and has worked in clinical practice with renowned longevity expert Oz Garcia. Today, Pashko is a sought-after voice on holistic health, the emotional roots of chronic illness, and the future of energy-based healing.

Why don't you feel the energy to “spring forward” right now? If you've been feeling more tired than usual… less motivated… or like you want to move forward but something in you just isn't there yet… you're not alone. And more importantly—there may be nothing wrong with you. In this episode of Getting Through the Week, Dr. KellyRae explores what's really happening beneath the surface when your body resists the pressure to do more, be more, or move faster. Because while the world may be shifting into a new season… your nervous system may still be catching up to everything it's been holding. From the lasting impact of prolonged stress and uncertainty… to the subtle ways dysregulation shows up in everyday life… this conversation brings awareness to something many people are feeling—but don't fully understand. You'll also hear a more personal reflection on what it looks like when: • Things are actually going well… but your body still tightens • You feel open and connected… then suddenly want to pull back • Old thoughts and self-doubt show up, even as you're growing This isn't about forcing yourself forward. It's about understanding what your nervous system needs… so that movement, energy, and clarity can return naturally. If life has felt a little heavier lately, this episode may help you understand why—and offer a gentler way to move through it.

We push through, take on more than we should, and keep moving even when something does not feel right. From the outside, that can look like leadership strength or resilience. Inside, it can feel very different. In How to Break Resilience Myths and Spring Forward with Russell Harvey, I sit down with leadership coach Russell Harvey for a thoughtful conversation about what resilience really means for leaders and executive teams. Together, they challenge the myths many leaders have learned to accept, especially the idea that resilience means pushing harder, carrying more, and keeping it all moving no matter what.Through stories, reflection, and practical insight, this conversation helps you look at resilience, leadership energy, and over-functioning through a different lens. It also brings forward the role of self-awareness, the cost of staying in constant motion, and the kind of pause that can help leaders regain perspective before pressure starts affecting their confidence, decisions, and team impact. In this episode, listeners will:Gain a clearer and more practical way to think about resilience in leadershipRecognize patterns that may be draining energy, weakening perspective, or pulling them into over-functioningReflect on how greater awareness can strengthen leadership impact, team experience, and decision makingAbout Russell HarveyRussell Harvey is a Leadership Coach and Facilitator, Public Speaker, Managing Director, NED, Podcaster, and Radio Host. Spring Forward Sunday showed no mercy this year. Losing that hour hit everyone a little harder than expected. Andrew bumbled his way through week 26 of preaching through the Gospel of John and somehow made it to the closing prayer. Twenty six weeks in and still going strong… or at least still going.Frank had a big week on the church planting front. Cross & Crown officially has a storage unit now, which means things are getting real. They also picked up some helpful hand-me-downs from a defunct church plant, the classic church planting tradition of holy recycling. Frank also visited his wife's home church and reconnected with people from his early days in ministry, which was both encouraging and a little nostalgic.Joining us this week is our friend Zach, a missionary serving in the Czech Republic. He gives us a window into the unique ministry context of Central Europe, what faith looks like in one of the most secular regions in the world, and how the gospel is still quietly changing lives there. It's a conversation about ministry at home and abroad, surviving the time change, and remembering that God is at work in places both familiar and far away.

Volatility is framed as a two- front test: geopolitical escalation and a labor market miss that undercut confidence in near term growth. The investor fulcrum is oil. That combination forces markets to debate whether the Fed stays patient on rates or is constrained by renewed price risks, creating sharp cross asset swings. The positioning message is discipline. March is National Nutrition Month, and with spring break right around the corner, many of us are thinking about resetting our routines—maybe getting a little more rest, getting outside more, and hopefully making healthier choices when it comes to what we eat. But here's a statistic that may surprise you. According to the UnitedHealth Foundation's America's Health Rankings Report, only 7.4 percent of adults report eating the recommended daily amount of fruits and vegetables. That means the vast majority of us know healthy eating matters… but putting it into practice can be a challenge. Poor nutrition is linked to serious health conditions like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and obesity, yet many people simply aren't sure where to begin or how to make sustainable changes. Joining me today is Courtney Schauder, Health Engagement Consultant with UnitedHealthcare of Georgia. She works with individuals and communities to help people understand the role nutrition plays in long-term health and to make healthier eating feel practical and achievable.

Send a textIn this episode of The 44, a familiar frustration—Daylight Savings Time—becomes a doorway into a deeper conversation about the value of time. Reflecting on scriptures like Psalm 90, Ephesians 5, and James 4, we're reminded that our days are limited and every hour is a gift from God. While losing an hour of sleep may feel inconvenient, it can also serve as a powerful reminder to “redeem the time” and make the most of the opportunities we've been given. Instead of just adjusting our clocks, this episode challenges us to consider how we're using the time God has entrusted to us and to live each day with eternity in mind.

This weekend we “spring forward,” lose an hour of sleep, and gain absolutely nothing except confusion and cranky pets. So today, The Wake Up Call breaks down why we do Daylight Saving Time, why some states want nothing to do with it, and what you can expect when the clocks jump ahead. Then in Part Two, Scotch, Tank, and Mandy unveil their very official, extremely serious (not at all serious) Public Service Announcement to help you survive the time change — featuring reminders to change your smoke detector batteries, update the microwave clock that refuses to cooperate, and maybe, finally, fix the truck clock you gave up on in 2018. Send a textWelcome to another gentle episode of The Zeepy Sleep Podcast — a calming bedtime story for kids designed to help children feel safe and peaceful as their bedtime routines shift with daylight saving time and the spring forward clock change. In Slumber and the Sun's Gentle Stretch, the forest animals notice something curious: the sun stayed in the sky longer today—just like when the clocks spring forward—and even though bedtime has arrived, their bodies don't feel sleepy yet. Together, they visit Slumber the Sloth beneath his great starlit tree, where he teaches them that rest comes before sleep — and that sometimes our bodies need a little extra gentleness and patience when the light changes and bedtimes feel different. Through soft breathing, cozy moss, and the forest's evening song, the animals learn to trust the quiet and practice resting, even when sleep feels far away.
