Kais Podcast: https://shorturl.at/EwJCOKais YouTube Channel: www.youtube.com/@Bodenhaftung26 Hosted on Acast. I Nah - https://discord.gg/9NzeQsPjb6Discord I Dennis - https://discord.gg/gC2vrjhw5qDiscord I Patrick - https://discord.gg/fPGEtSktTwitch I Dennis - https://twitch.tv/derweissmantelTwitch I Patrick - https://twitch.tv/patrickharazimPlaylist Nah Songs Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/playlist/756rZq11saAg3zZ6DIa5fH?si=AQeDfraSRNWGHQy-DOmlLw

Intelligente Überwachungskameras erzeugen Live-Bilder in meist hoher Auflösung. They dig into common, preventable breakdowns like neglected air and cabin filters, dirty cooling systems, and inadequate oil change intervals, and explain practical checks drivers can do themselves, such as the “rag test,” draining air tanks, and inspecting for leaks and bearing issues. The conversation also covers realistic oil change intervals for hard-running Oakley equipment, DEF/DPF system maintenance and warning signs, the dangers of “dirty deletes,” and why using genuine diagnostic software matters. Listeners come away with concrete maintenance tips, what tools and supplies every first-time owner-operator should carry, and how using Central Arkansas Truck & Trailer's new online portal can reduce downtime, improve communication, and build a trusted long-term relationship with a shop that understands their business. It's what allows you to quickly identify the right button in a menu or remember where something lives inside a complex interface.Researchers reviewed 28 studies involving children and adolescents with ADHD to examine whether object recognition memory differs from neurotypical controls.Skye and Robbie walk through:How researchers test object recognition memoryWhat the data actually shows about ADHD and visual recognition tasksWhy visually complex systems like software interfaces can feel cognitively heavier for ADHD brainsNo hype.No miracle cures. No “just try harder.”Just what the research shows. Then tune in on Friday, when Skye and Robbie return to this study and explore how these findings might translate into practical strategies for navigating tools, systems, and visual environments with ADHD. P.S. If your ADHD symptoms turn every business day into chaos—unfinished tasks piling up, revenue stuck, systems that don't stick—it's not you. It's your operating system. We help service business owners unblock their next $50-500k with simple systems that focus their brain. Watch this video to see how we do it, then take the program walkthrough.

Considering how often we utilize technology, we don't spend as nearly as much time as we should protecting ourselves against the inherent vulnerabilities and bad actors who would exploit the very tools designed to improve our lives. The fact of the matter is, cybersecurity has become a huge issue (only to become more relevant as technology advances). My guest today, Dr. Eric Cole, has spent decades learning, understanding, and teaching people how to protect themselves and their loved ones from cyber-threats. Today, we talk about the apps that are more dangerous than others, how best to keep your children safe from online predators, what he calls, cyber-hygiene, why passwords are dead and what to do about it, and why social media will never fully protect children. In this podcast episode, host Michelle Frechette  and guest Sam Waines from Barn 2 Plugins dive into the world of video content creation within the WordPress community. They discuss practical tips on equipment, editing software, and the importance of audio quality. Both share personal experiences, challenges, and lessons learned, emphasizing storytelling and authenticity as keys to audience engagement. The conversation also covers adapting to trends like short-form video and balancing technical skills with creativity. The episode offers actionable advice and inspiration for aspiring content creators looking to improve their video production and connect with viewers.Top TakeawaysContent Is King—Even with Imperfect Production: Across the discussion, Michelle and Sam stress that storytelling, relevance, and usefulness matter more than having flawless lighting, audio, or editing. Viewers are drawn to authentic, valuable stories, not just polished visuals. Imperfection is not a deal-breaker if the message resonates. You Don't Need Expensive Gear to Get Started: Michelle began her podcast with just her built-in Mac mic; Sam started with a $12 lav mic. Both reinforced that starting with what you have—whether it's free software like Audacity, basic webcams, or a phone—is more than enough. You can upgrade incrementally as your content and skills grow.Audio Setup and Environment Make a Big Difference: Simple adjustments like mic placement, soundproofing with rugs or curtains, and checking input levels (especially after software updates) can dramatically improve audio quality. Sam recommends keeping recording levels around 25–50% and watching for clipping using tools like OBS or native Mac settings.Mentioned In The Show:Barn 2 PluginsNomad With UsDaVinci ResolveBlue YetiSony a6400WordPress.orgElementorStreamYardZoom Adobe RushAudacityDescript GarageBand iMovie Screen StudioMira teleprompter software
