They chanted for justice and peace. Chapter 4: Update from Ottawa with Global's David Akin Chapter 5: The province takes a big step forward in a return to normal function that includes, increased bus service.  Passengers will once again be able to board from the front of the bus and fare collection will resume with capacity set to increase from half to two-thirds.
