Brother Sam encourages saints unsettled by the times in which we live. Indeed, we live in "perilous times," as described in (2 Timothy 3:1). But, the Apostle Paul also stated: " If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17, KJV ) So, how can we know that we are in Christ? Baptism in the Holy Ghost produces a marked change between our carnal, unsaved lives and what we are now. Baptism in the Spirit and genuine conversion are dependent upon one another. There ought not to be a variance in our priorities, whether in church, work, school, or community.

In today's episode, we explain the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. We go over what it is, what it does, and we try to explain the difference between the baptism and indwelling of the Spirit. We declare our position on Cessationism, while establishing sound doctrinal positions on many points. Do you speak in tongues when you receive the Holy Ghost? Is the Holy Ghost only tongues? Baptism with the Holy Spirit gives you power and sonship in God's house.   Acts 1: 4 (KJV) reads, “ And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”   In this message Rev. Lindsay teaches about the importance of speaking in tongues and how to receive Holy Ghost Baptism. Speaking in tongues represent a divine voice of the born-again spirit. Tongues allow you to pray according to the will of God. And they give you a special language that is only for our Heavenly Father to understand.   As Christians, God has given us a free gift in the Holy Spirit but have we fully received it ? May we receive this awesome gift and let it flow throughout our daily lives.

The Feast of Pentecost is the Holy Spirit, the 60-fold, and the young men of 1 Jn. 2:13.  Jesus Christ is our light, our bread, and our High Priest. Today we will study the Holy Place,  Candlestick of the Holy Ghost Baptism, the gifts and fruit of the Spirit, the apostle’s doctrine, the Branch of the Lord and the anointing oil.    I was overly ambitious to think I could teach The Holy Place in one setting.  Next week we will study the Table of Showbread.    The Tabernacle of Moses was made according to the pattern of heavenly things:   Heb. 5-6:  Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle; for, See, says he, that you make all things according to the pattern shown to you in the mount.  But now he has obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much he is also the mediator of a better covenant, which is established upon better promises.   Eze. 43:10:  Son of man, show the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities; and let them measure the pattern.   The Holy Place is the Spirit-Filled realm of Great Salvation:   Heb. 2_ 2-4:  If the word spoken by angels was steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense of reward; How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the LORD, and was confirmed unto us by them that hear him; God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?
