Today I'm joined by Evan Harrison CEO of Kiss The Ground.Regenerative Agriculture is a powerful growing movement, which is so much more than simply a way for farmers to farm. It is a reconnection for all of us to the food we are consuming and the soil beneath our feet. It offers us a truly viable solution for both personal and planetary health, a more prosperous life for the farmers who feed us and steward the land and more nutrient dense foods available in our local communities, which is the foundation to improving our own health and wellbeing. There are 4 core principles to Regenerative agriculture but it doesn't have to be all or nothing, it is an ecosystem approach where we learn to listen, work with and respond to nature, it is not new, drawing on the practices from Indigenous people. It is already having an incredible impact on our health and environment. Evan reminds us it's important to meet people where they are and share information that will excite and inspire them. Kiss the Ground have an incredible diversity of resources to support consumers to find healthier food but also to share the stories of the farmers who are writing a new story in which both nature and humans can thrive. Learn more about EvanEvan Harrison is the CEO of Kiss the Ground, the leading nonprofit promoting Regeneration and healthy soil as a viable solution for human and planetary wellness. What if the symptoms you're trying to fix, fatigue, bloating, anxiety, weight change, are really your body's way of asking you to listen? Today on Rooted in Wellness, me and my guest Dr. GuyCitrin, explore the intricate connection between the gut, hormones, and nervous system, and how inflammation and stress create the “stuck” feeling so many women describe. This is the bridge we love on this show: modern functional medicine meeting ancient wisdom in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming. In this conversation, we dive into why gut health must come before hormone therapy, how nervous system regulation transforms digestion, and why true detoxification isn't a cleanse, it's a reconnection to your body's natural rhythm. We also discuss peptides, NAD, and regeneration through a balanced, grounded lens. Dr. Guy Citrin is a board-certified naturopathic doctor and founder of Citrin Wellness and EndoAxis, where he helps patients restore vitality through integrative gut and hormone optimization. He blends evidence-based functional medicine with the wisdom of Ayurveda and emotional healing to guide people toward true regeneration. In this episode of the Ageless Future Podcast, Cade Archibald dives into the hidden role of chronic muscle inflammation and why so many high-performers normalize pain until it becomes a deeper problem. He explores the balance between healthy inflammation and the kind that stalls healing, outlining how factors like overtraining, poor sleep, stress, and gut issues contribute to this cycle. Cade explains how regeneration is dependent on resolving inflammation and activating the body's muscle stem cells. You'll hear about key solutions—like BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, and umbilical cord plasma—that support healing at the cellular level. Plus, real clinical results show how combining peptides, plasma, and stem cells has helped patients reverse decades of pain and muscle atrophy. If you're struggling with recovery, performance, or chronic pain, this episode offers insight into cutting-edge protocols for healing and regeneration.LIKE/FOLLOW/SUBSCRIBE AGELESS FUTURE:YouTube -https://www.youtube.com/@ReganArchibald / https://www.youtube.com/@Ageless.FutureInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/ageless.future/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/AgelessFutureHealth/

Changing course is never easy, especially if the change requires a complete overhaul at the most basic, fundamental level. Dr. Robin "Buz" Kloot of the University of South Carolina's Arnold School of Public Health and Soil Health Labs talks with Eric, Mary, and Jeff about this paradigm shift among farmers and within the soil science community.Buz explains how the shift in thinking and paradigms occurred. In many cases, people were focused more on the symptoms rather than the cause, for instance, soil loss through erosion or poor water infiltration. Understanding the underlying cause required a whole-system approach. For Buz, an open mind to farmers' stories and experiences, and a beginner's mindset as a scientist were required to truly grasp the dynamic nature of soil. If you are beginning your journey with soil health and cover cropping systems, the featured length Under Cover Farms video, Buz and his team produced, provides a good introduction and uplifts the initial experiences of farmers in South and North Carolina. As always, we encourage you to cooperate with other farmers, graziers, and gardeners for peer-to-peer learning and to follow the four core soil health principles: 1) Keep the soil covered -- Cover crops are our friends and allies; avoid bare fallows;2) Minimize soil disturbance -- Practice no-till or gentle tillage as much as possible in your field or garden;3) Maximize living roots year-round -- to improve biodiversity, soil structure, and life in the soil; and4) Energize with diversity -- through crop rotation, high-quality food, farm enterprises, and livestock integration. The 4 The Soil team recently commissioned a new set of art posters to help people remember the four principles of soil health and celebrate that “We Are 4 the Soil!”. If you would like to learn about the history of the art posters and access a link to purchase an individual poster or the set of five 4 The Soil posters, please visit our recent blog post: Spreading the Message for Healthy Soil with Posters! If you have questions about soil and water conservation practices, natural resource concerns, and soil health principles and practices to restore the life in your soil, call or visit a USDA Service Center, a Virginia Soil and Water Conservation District office, or your local Virginia Cooperative Extension office. 4 the Soil: A Conversation is made possible with funding support from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and The Agua Fund. In this solo episode of The Energy Code, Mike dives into two cutting-edge studies that expand the already impressive profile of Urolithin A, the postbiotic powerhouse derived from pomegranate. The first paper explores how Urolithin A promotes peripheral nerve regeneration via TFEB-mediated mitophagy and suppression of the NLRP3 inflammasome, while the second study—a randomized, placebo-controlled trial in humans—uncovers Urolithin A's ability to rejuvenate the immune system by increasing naive CD8+ T cells, boosting fatty acid oxidation, and reprogramming immune gene expression. Key topics include: The dual role of Urolithin A in nerve repair: clearing damaged mitochondria & suppressing inflammation Why mitophagy is a linchpin in mitochondrial health, longevity, and disease prevention How TFEB acts as a master switch for cellular detox and mitochondrial renewal New clinical data showing Urolithin A's impact on immune cell function and inflammatory aging Why mitochondrial-targeted compounds (Urolithin A, methylene blue, PQQ, etc.) are foundational to healthspan Plus, Mike teases the release of two new BioBlue formulations — BioBlue Lite and BioBlue Leuco Lite — featuring a simplified formula of just deuterium-depleted water and pharmaceutical-grade methylene blue or leucomethylene blue.

Post-Ceasefire Gaza Hostages and Hezbollah Regeneration in Lebanon. David Daoud and Bill Roggio discuss how following the Gaza ceasefire, the process of returning remains of slain hostages remains delayed, which Daoud suggests Hamas uses as leverage to prevent Israel from resuming conflict and entrenching a "post-war mentality." Experts note that Hezbollah is actively regenerating its military capabilities in Lebanon, bypassing disarmament efforts. Despite continuous, targeted Israeli strikes against Hezbollah personnel, there is minimal international condemnation because the organization maintains overwhelming Shiite support and the Lebanese government fails to enforce disarmament. Plans for an international security force in Gaza remain vague. 1914 palestine

Was Blackadder Goes Forth the most powerful portrayal of the First World War ever put on television? In this episode of Oh! What a Lovely Podcast, Jessica, Chris and Angus take a look at the enduring legacy of Blackadder Goes Forth. First broadcast on BBC One in 1989, the series blended sharp wit and biting satire with a surprisingly moving look at life – and death – on the Western Front. The team discuss how the show evolved, the historical realities behind its humour, and why that unforgettable final scene still resonates decades later. They also explore how Blackadder helped shape popular perceptions of the Great War, influencing how generations have come to understand the conflict and its soldiers. So, was Blackadder Goes Forth just a comedy – or something far more profound? References: Badsey, S. From transforming how business thinks about nature, to mapping the first global plan to reverse global warming, Paul Hawken has spent his life showing us that regeneration isn't just possible — it's already happening. As the author of landmark books like The Ecology of Commerce, Natural Capitalism, Drawdown, and Regeneration, and now Carbon: The Book of Life, Paul has inspired generations of leaders to see the economy not as something separate from nature — but as part of it. In this powerful episode, we explore how his vision has evolved from early entrepreneurship to global systems thinking — and what it truly means to lead for life in an age of crisis.

What's the difference between being religious and being transformed? In this episode, we explore Paul's dramatic encounter with Jesus on the Damascus Road and what it reveals about the difference between external credentials and internal transformation. What if life doesn't fight decay, but feeds on it?In this episode, I explore metabolic ontology, a way of seeing being, learning, and ethics as continual re-organization. Entropy, loss, and transformation aren't problems to fix; they're the medium through which life keeps composing itself.Drawing from my work in regenerative education, I look at how this shift from stability to metabolism changes everything: how we understand learning&doing, assessment, and the role of institutions. Regeneration isn't preservation; it's participation: the willingness to let forms, including our own, decompose when vitality demands it.This episode is an invitation to see education, and life itself, as becoming-through-loss: coherence renewing through change, vitality re-organizing through decay.
God's call is irresistible in the sense that it can overcome all resistance. It is infallibly effective according to God's purpose.
In this episode of Skin Anarchy, host Dr. Ekta Yadav sits down with Brian Pla, President of JuveXO, to explore one of the most advanced—and misunderstood—frontiers in regenerative aesthetics: exosome therapy. Once dismissed as cellular waste, exosomes are now recognized as the biological messengers behind repair, regeneration, and skin rejuvenation. Brian breaks down the real science, cutting through industry hype to explain what makes clinically validated exosomes fundamentally different from the countless unverified claims in today's skincare market. At the core of JuveXO's innovation is its proprietary complex, ExoCM™, derived from umbilical cord lining cells rich in regenerative nutrients. Each formulation is verified under electron microscopy to confirm the presence of live, viable exosomes—setting a new standard for transparency and efficacy in medical aesthetics. But JuveXO's secret lies beyond exosomes themselves; its advanced bioactive system includes collagen types I and III, hyaluronic acid, and immune-supporting peptides that collectively accelerate healing and enhance skin vitality.Throughout the conversation, Brian emphasizes one principle above all: science before sales. With five FDA clinical trials supporting their process, JuveXO leads with data, ethics, and precision—proving that not all exosomes are created equal. From clinical insights to cautionary advice about misleading “$80 exosome serums,” this episode offers an unfiltered look at the future of regenerative skincare. Tune in to hear how JuveXO is redefining what's possible in healing, repair, and cellular communication—ushering in a new era of true biotech-driven beauty.Learn more about JuveXO: https://juvexo.com/CHAPTERS:0:04 – Introduction & Guest Welcome0:47 – Understanding What Exosomes Really Are2:20 – Stem Cells, Secretomes & Regenerative Signaling4:33 – The Source: Umbilical Stem Cells & ExoCM7:42 – Exosomes in Aesthetic Medicine8:56 – Manufacturing, Safety & Clinical Trials13:29 – Inside Juvexo's Proprietary Technology16:20 – Real Results, Downtime & Patient Outcomes20:04 – The Future of Exosomes & RegulationPlease fill out this survey to give us feedback on the show!Don't forget to subscribe to Skin Anarchy on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or your preferred platform.Reach out to us through email with any questions.Sign up for our newsletter!Shop all our episodes and products mentioned through our ShopMy Shelf! Stem cells sit quietly in protective niches until growth factors wake them, chemokines guide them to damaged tissue, and local signals shape them into exactly what's needed. We invited Dr. Dan Pardi, Chief Health Officer at Qualia Life Sciences, to break down that invisible choreography—why it weakens with age and how to support it without pushing the system into overdrive. We start by making stem cells simple: potency tiers, key types like hematopoietic and mesenchymal, and what “exhaustion” really means. Dan explains how inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, and epigenetic drift—core hallmarks of aging—distort the niche and blunt self-renewal. From there, we map the full life cycle: quiescence, activation, mobilization, migration, and differentiation guided by ancient pathways like Wnt, Notch, and Sonic Hedgehog. Understanding this sequence clarifies the therapy landscape, from evidence-backed marrow transplants to targeted orthopedic injections, and why unproven IV offerings can be risky. If you care about healthy aging, joint health, recovery, and evidence-based wellness, this conversation offers a grounded roadmap.
