Vegan Performance
#80 Aktueller Stand der Wissenschaft zu veganer Sporternährung - Teil 1

Vegan Performance

Play Episode Listen Later Feb 15, 2026 61:31

B. Downhill/DOMS-Modelle)? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dominiks Buch zur pflanzenbasierten Sporternährung im UTB-Verlag: https://www.utb.de/doi/book/10.36198/9783838560328 Dominiks Gesundheitscommunity: www.gsundes-hannover.de Dominiks Online-Knie-Kurs: https://gsundes-hannover.de/knieschmerzen/ Dominiks Online-Rücken-Kurs: https://copecart.com/products/34bd5abb/checkout Marcs veganes Online-Fitness-Coaching: https://vegainer-academy.com/ Marcs Online-Kurs: https://www.copecart.com/products/a50f88f2/checkout ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dieser Podcast wird unterstützt von der Firma Watson Nutrition. Season 6, Episode 717: Discovering the Real Cure for Erectile Dysfunction with Jeffrey Nuziard of REGENmax, The 97.2% Solution to Erectile Dysfunction and Sexual Regeneration Blood flow isn't the problem—it's just a symptom. Jeffrey Nuziard, founder of Sexual Wellness Centers of America, reveals how his personal struggle with ED led him to develop REGENmax, the only patented cure for erectile dysfunction. His innovative approach actually regenerates tissue back to its prime (unlike pills that just mask symptoms temporarily). Want the video version? This comprehensive one-year protocol combines hormone optimization, regenerative injections, shockwave therapy, and laser treatments. What's remarkable is how the treatment addresses both men and women, since both genders have erectile tissue. Women experiencing clitoral atrophy or vaginal relaxation can benefit from similar therapies, essentially the same regenerative process. Jeffrey explains how modern sedentary lifestyles have created unprecedented hormone deficiencies, with thirty-year-olds now showing testosterone levels of seventy-year-olds. Yet he emphasizes that aging doesn't have to mean giving up on sexual health—some patients maintain benefits over a decade later. At 60, Jeffrey himself is healthier than he was in his forties through hormone optimization. Could restoring sexual function actually improve your overall health, energy, and mental clarity? Ready to reclaim what you thought was lost forever? Listen now to discover the science behind regenerating your body's natural function. Sex is for you and you can have it your whole life long! Cortisol: Das missverstandene Stresshormon

HEALTH NERDS. Mensch, einfach erklärt. Advanced skincare routines are more popular than ever, yet dryness, laxity, and visible aging still persist. The issue isn't effort or discipline. It's that skin aging is being treated as a surface-level problem instead of a cellular and structural one.We dive deeper into this in the latest Biohacking Beauty Podcast with Jess Kane. We also chat about how cell membrane health shapes visible aging, why omega fats are widely misunderstood, and how most “liposomal” supplements never reach the cell.Jessica Kane is the Co-Owner and Chief Marketing Officer of BodyBio, a third-generation wellness company specializing in cellular health. She works alongside healthcare practitioners and researchers to translate complex cell membrane and lipid science into practical, evidence-based solutions. What's Discussed:(06:17) Why advanced skincare and red light therapy still fail without cellular building blocks(07:37) How low-fat nutrition and missing lipids weaken skin structure over time(09:55) Cell membranes explained as the foundation of skin barrier, tone, and elasticity(10:46) How phospholipids act as the “cement” between skin cells and prevent laxity(13:15) Why the omega-6 to omega-3 ratio matters more than taking fish oil alone(15:57) Why most phosphatidylcholine on the market is not truly liposomal(18:28) How “liposomal” labeling works and why most supplements fail cellular delivery(36:01) Why vitamin C and glutathione don't impact collagen without proper absorptionFind more from Young Goose:Find our Elastin Protocol here: https://younggoose.com/pages/elastin-action-protocol-landingFind our Winter Protocol here: https://younggoose.com/pages/winter-protocolVAMPIRE EXOSOMES → Professional Exosome Serum for Regeneration and Post-Treatment Recovery: https://younggoose.com/products/vampire-exosomesUse code PODCAST10 to get 10% off your first purchase, and if you're a returning customer use the code PODCAST5 to get 5% off at https://younggoose.com/?utm_source=podcast&utm_medium=appleInstagram: http://instagram.com/young_goose_skincareFind more from Jess Kane: Website: https://bodybio.com/Instagram: https://instagram.com/jesskaneInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/bodybio/Tiktok: https://tiktok.com/@jesskaneb

Pastor walks his children through Children's Catechism question 39—especially explaining how regeneration is when God exchanges your old, dead heart for a new, living one. Q39. What is a change of heart called? Regeneration. The lesson centers on the theological concept of regeneration as the essential, divine transformation of the heart. It emphasizes that regeneration—being born again through the Holy Spirit—is not a human effort or a result of faith, but the prior work of God that enables faith itself. Drawing from Scripture, particularly John 3 and the new birth, it argues that a dead and sinful heart cannot produce belief without first receiving new spiritual life from God the Father. Ultimately, the lesson affirms that only through this divine renewal can one be made holy and enter heaven, highlighting the necessity of God's sovereign grace in transforming the heart.

Tom and Chloe sit down with Clare from Planton farm to explore what regenerative agriculture really means. Drawing on Claire's journey from the conventional food industry into regenerative farming, the conversation explores why our current food system is under strain and how working with nature offers a viable, hopeful alternative.Together they explore soil health, livestock grazing, culture change in farming, and the realities farmers face when trying to shift away from extractive systems. From cattle as “ecosystem engineers” to the surprising role chickens can play in regeneration, this episode is a grounded, honest look at food, farming and the mindset shifts required to restore landscapes while keeping farms viable.Key topics & chapter markers[00:00] – Introduction and contextClare joins the podcast after visiting the Grange Project, sharing her background and passion for grazing livestock and regenerative farming.[03:56] – What regenerative agriculture actually meansA clear explanation of regeneration as the opposite of degradation – restoring soil, water, biodiversity and people – and why there is no single “recipe” for doing it well.[05:24] – Regenerative vs organic farmingHow organic and regenerative systems overlap, where they differ, and why organic certification doesn't automatically guarantee soil regeneration.[07:05] – The challenge of definition and greenwashingWhy regenerative agriculture lacks certification, how the term can be misused, and the importance of asking one key question as a consumer: what is this regenerating?[08:48] – Why the current food system is strugglingA look back to post-war agriculture, the drive for volume, the rise of chemical inputs and the unintended consequences for soil health, nutrition, biodiversity and resilience.[13:16] – Economics of regenerative farmingWhy high-input, high-output farming is hitting a ceiling, how rising input costs are eroding margins, and why some farmers turn to regenerative approaches for financial survival as much as environmental reasons.[15:02] – Culture change and farmer mindsetFarming as identity, pride and tradition – and why regenerative farming challenges deeply held ideas about tidiness, productivity and what “good farming” looks like.[20:28] – Roots to RegenerationClare explains the two-year Roots to Regeneration programme, designed to support farmers and food-system professionals through deep, supported transition rather than surface-level change.[24:23] – Cattle, climate and eating less but better meatWhy grazing animals can be central to regeneration, how grasslands co-evolved with ruminants, and why cattle can act as ecosystem engineers when managed well.[29:38] – Chickens in a regenerative systemExploring pasture poultry, nutrient imbalance, river pollution and why the current chicken industry is structurally broken.[36:07] – Interconnected roles on the farmHow chickens and cattle support each other through manure management, pest control, fertilisation and orchard grazing.[38:47] – The future of farmingRegenerative agriculture as a potential fifth agricultural revolution, the rise of eco-literacy and a vision of farming that is more resilient, humane and joyful.About the guestClare is a regenerative farmer and food-system specialist based in Shropshire. Ryland Engelhart is co-founder & chief mission officer of Kiss the Ground and he's also been behind the scenes working hard to get regenerative solutions into places that normally would love to ignore natural solutions, BUT he is a charmer - his earnest love for life and others reaches people from all walks of life. I deeply appreciate the work he is doing - it is for many folks impossible to fathom dealing with the folks in DC. I appreciate his story and perspective on MAHA and his work to include regenerative agriculture and health in this space. This is a conversation we had for R-Future 2026, but I felt like it was important for this message to get out to a broader audience, so I'm sharing it here. I've known Ryan for many years - I did an event with Kiss the Ground that essentially acted out my book the 5 Steps to Regenerative Lifestyle with 5 different speakers in 2018 - I did this again with different speakers at Golden Coast Mead later that summer. Please remember this is about health: clean food, clean water, clean air, healthy soils, and real medicine not the current moneymaking machines disguised as that, so please leave the politics out of it and know that I believe in us - our communities online and locally - we are the force that will make the changes needed for a regenerative future to happen and I know we can do it. It has to be grassroots to be lasting, but in the end we also have to protect those grassroots movements from things like when they outlawed biodiesel and killed an entire incredible industry, bans on rainwater-harvesting or gardening, etc., so we need to protect by sharing the will of the people loud and clear so we can protect the progress we innovate as a community, so I feel like I can stand in the grassroots space and lift my end, and I thank Ryan for standing in many places including spaces I do not go and lifting us all higher so we all can have more "room" to grow regeneratively. Gary continues his interview with artist Dan Riedel about his friendship with Dr. Cornelius Van Til. Far from being a cold academic, Dr. Van Til was a warm, caring individual that wanted to see people come to Christ. He was every bit as much an evangelist as he was a professor. He well understood that the end goal of apologetics was not to win an argument, but a human soul. Check out Dan's artwork here: http://danielhillriedel.com/

Advanced skin treatments often underperform for a reason rarely addressed: regeneration cannot occur in a chronically stressed or under-resourced system. Elevated cortisol, inflammation, and metabolic imbalance weaken collagen signaling and tissue repair before any device, injectable, or modality has a chance to work.In this episode of the Biohacking Beauty Podcast, we sit down with Joe Radich from R3 Health to unpack why physiological preparation determines treatment outcomes. We explore how internal factors like stress, hormones, micronutrients, and metabolic health shape skin regeneration, and why modalities like peptides, hyperbaric oxygen, and exosomes only work as well as the system they're introduced into.Joe Radich is an NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in regenerative medicine and the founder of R3 Health. Send us a textWhat if fear of death faded because your days were already counted by a good God? We open with the startling comfort that our months are “with” Him, then follow Job's gritty example of faith that argues, pleads, and still rests. This isn't fatalism dressed up as theology; it's intimacy that changes how we face pain. When suffering hits, we learn to pray by God's character—reminding Him of promises, mercy, and patience—not to twist His arm, but to steady our hearts. We also take on a deep question that shapes how you see salvation: does God simply foresee, or does He purpose? We challenge the idea that foreknowledge is mere foresight down time's corridor. If God chooses because we would one day choose Him, grace becomes a response to our virtue. Instead, we argue that foreknowledge is fore-love—God setting His affection before we existed—so He can declare the end because He ordained the means. That's why Job's trust isn't blind; it's anchored. And it's why Lazarus isn't a cute story, but a living parable of regeneration: dead souls don't deliberate; Christ calls and life begins. From there, we press into depravity, free will, and the popular appeal of prevenient grace. If grace only restores a neutral will so everyone gets a “chance,” the cross becomes a provision without a people, and certainty evaporates. The will and its choices aren't identical; a will acts within a nature, and a fallen nature can only choose like a fallen nature. Regeneration is God's initiative, not our momentum. That truth doesn't erase agency; it makes faith possible. Known and held by an unchanging love, we learn to trust on purpose, pray with bold humility, and face our numbered days without dread. If this conversation challenged or comforted you, follow the show, share it with a friend who's wrestling with sovereignty and suffering, and leave a review with your biggest takeaway. Elastin degradation accumulates quietly over time, shaping how skin functions long before changes fully register in the mirror. In this Biohacking Beauty episode, we unpack why rebuilding elastin is largely a myth, how elastin breakdown differs fundamentally from collagen loss, and how even a single period of stress can influence skin integrity for decades. We also examine how collagen is over-credited in conversations about sagging and how lasers and radiofrequency treatments can create temporary tightening while promoting long-term fibrotic remodeling that undermines true elasticity. How can we live and enjoy a better life? Harmony Harvest Farm began with a lofty dream in 2011 and a vision of helping people to live and experience a better life through fresh flowers. Jessica Hall of Harmony Harvest Farm and Flower Genius joined Mary, Jeff, and Eric for a conversation about the farm business's vision, mission, values, and history.Jessica owns and operates the farm business with her mom and sister in Weyers Cave, Virginia. Jessica and her family believe Virginia-grown and American-grown flowers should be accessible to everyone, everywhere. To fulfill this vision and mission, they built up soil health and nourished their flowers from the start, while being mindful of good land management, soil erosion, irrigation needs, and bed layout to fit the topography. Jessica emphasizes that a sustainable business that lives its values needs a complete toolbox with the right tools at the right time for the right application. For Jessica and Harmony Harvest Farm, the toolbox includes a strong, growing network of personal and business mentors. To learn about their heirloom chrysanthemums, plan a pick-your-own flower trip, experience a virtual mum summit and on-farm educational events, or order a floral bouquet, please visit Harmony Harvest Farm's website. We can all be 4 The Soil, for the future! Here is how with four principles:1) Keep the soil covered -- with living plants and residue. Cover crops are our friends and allies; avoid leaving soil bare.2) Minimize soil disturbance -- Practice no-till or gentle tillage as much as possible in your field or garden.3) Maximize living roots -- for the longest time to improve biodiversity, soil structure, and life in the soil.4) Energize with diversity -- aboveground and belowground with high-quality food for soil and plants, and integration of livestock on cropland. If you are interested in art and framing the 4 The Soil posters for your office or home, the 16” by 20” posters are available for purchase and printing as single posters or a set of five posters. If you have questions about soil and water conservation practices, natural resource concerns, and soil health principles and practices to restore the life in your soil, call or visit a USDA Service Center, a Virginia Soil and Water Conservation District office, or your local Virginia Cooperative Extension office.  4 the Soil: A Conversation is made possible with funding support from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and The Agua Fund.
