As Rebel + Connect approaches its first birthday, the team thought, what better way to celebrate than to hop on Rebel + Connect Radio and chat about some of the most common challenges and questions surrounding remote work. The Rebel + Connect team is aware that remote work presents individuals, leaders, and organizations with unique human challenges. We encourage remote leaders to create cultures of meaning by cultivating rebellion, harmony, adventure, impact, and connection using custom retreats. We believe with all our hearts that a human life and human communities are both beautiful phenomena that when celebrated have the power to elevate organizations large and small in ways that tech never will. That's why we are on a mission to celebrate human connections in a digital world. Last month, we reached out to our network for a little bit of help. We sent out a survey requesting remote team leaders to share with us their favorite (and least favorite) parts about remote work. There were some very common themes throughout the answers, and we wanted to share with you some ways to overcome the inevitable difficulties present in remote work.
