Have you ever failed at something? I remember the first time I got in front of a room to present. It was terrifying! I wasn't prepared and by nature of it being my first time, I also didn't have practice. Brandon also had anxieties about public speaking and he's one of the most phenomenal speakers I've ever heard. What allows you to conquer those fears and anxieties? It's a process -- one that involves practice and repetition, analysis and reflection, and people who push you forward. Brandon and I talk about our 5 step process to become better at anything! What do you think?

We're back from our trip to LA in which we got a chance to hear one of the masters of investing, Grant Cardone, have a conversation with up and coming an up and coming artist, Rich the Kid. The topic of the conversation was money, and how artists like RTK should be approaching and thinking about it. This conversation was so impactful I wanted to continue it on the podcast, so Brandon and I sat down and shared what we learned, the questions Grant asked RTK, and the mindset you need in your 20s to set yourself (and your family) up for a prosperous future! What are you doing now in your 20s to make sure you have the wealth you will need in the future? Let us know in comments! Brandon spoke last night in Glendale, AZ at the Impact Players Tour and we share our thoughts about what we learned from some amazing speakers we heard while there. Something to think about this week: Would you pay $1000 to spend a day with someone who has been where you currently are, but has transcended that to accomplish 10X more? What are your thoughts on this? I'd love to hear them in the comments below!
On today's episode, Brandon surprises me with an accent that I didn't know he had.. and we recount the bad advice we received in our 20's. This was one of my favorite podcasts so far!

Age is a popular topic around here on the podcast, but today we're talking about it in a different way. People use their age as a way of excusing themselves for not doing being able to do something. I've been guilty of this as well! Brandon calls it "a crutch" and he's right. Today we're sharing some tips for helping you feel empowered at ANY and how to stop apologizing for your age.

Today we are changing up the conversation a bit. What does it mean to be a "Plus One" and how does it relate to age gap relationships? This is the second week in a row where we have a special guest! Michael the Pickle is in the building! If you don't know who Michael the Pickle is, he is the father of two, most specifically me. This week I decided to add some more color and context to a blog post on my site titled "5 Questions to Ask Before Dating an Older Man." A lively discussion ensues. Brandon joins me on today's show!
