What does the wisest man that ever lived say about the eternal advantages of Wisdom? He says it, too, is vanity. Along with wisdom, he sees the toil of his life has also been empty.
Solomon looks at his life and his attempts to find happiness and comes to realise that this is vanity as well.
Continuing our look at the vanities, we discover even knowledge is empty.
The first in the list of vanities as found in Ecclesiastes; The World.
Everything we have is of God and should be used for His glory.
After a person has come to Love God's will, then they can Learn God's Will. Understanding the Specific Will of God comes from the leading of the Holy Spirit. In order to be lead by the Holy Spirit, you must be following the General Will of God that is the same for all.
Before one can know God's will, they must have an attitude of loving God's will. Submission to God is essential to following God
