In the second part of the CCC Talks 2022 series, we have invited some of our amazing partners to talk about utilizing case skills to solve complex business problems and what the future of work will look like. In the last episode our host Ida Mersholm, talked to Jesper Sylvest Sørensen from Milestones about preparing for and shaping the workplace of the future by creating a strong and motivational company culture within an international cooperation. In this episode, Ida Mersholm has invited Henrik Andersen who is the CEO of Vestas to talk about the journey Vestas has been on and how they prepare for the workplace of the future. They will discuss how Vestas is powering the solutions that are needed to solve the current sustainability issues as well as purpose driven work and why Vestas is such as great place to start your career.

In the second part of the CCC Talks 2022 series, we have invited some of our amazing partners to talk about utilizing case skills to solve complex business problems and what the future of work will look like. In the last episode our host Ida Mersholm, talked to Jessie from PLEO about life-work balances and finding new alternatives to traditional ways to work. In this episode, Ida Mersholm has invited Jesper Sylvest Sørensen who is Director for Organizational Development at Milestones Systems. They will discuss how Milestone prepare for and shape the workplace of the future through flexible working, prioritizing their people and creating a strong company culture in an international cooperation.

In the second part of the CCC Talks 2022 series, we have invited some of our amazing partners to talk about utilizing case skills to solve complex business problems and what the future of work will look like following the theme of this year's CCC Panel Debate at CBS the 21st of February. In the last episode our host Ida Mersholm, talked to Astrid and Mads from Wunderman Thompson about utilizing case skills in everyday work life at Wunderman Thompson. In this episode, Ida Mersholm has invited Jessie who is Head of People at PLEO to talk about how she and PLEO sees the future of work focusing on work-life balances giving their employees the opportunity to plan when and where they want to work. We will discuss how PLEO as a cooperation strive to continuously find new alternatives to traditional ways of work.

CCC Talks are back with the second part of our Podcast. In this first episode of 2022, our host Ida Mersholm and various bright guests walked you through Case Competition 101. We discussed setting the right team, solving the right problem, finding the right solution, and creating the best implementation plan. In this next part of the CCC Talks 2022 series we are going to invite some of our bright partners to talk about utilizing case skills in real life and how the future of work might be shaped. In the first episode of this second part of CCC Talks our host Ida Mersholm has invited Astrid and Mads from Wunderman Thompson to talk about how they utilize case skills to solve complex business problems in real life. Furthermore, they will discuss how they set the right team and work together across borders.

In the Case Competition 101 series, we have taught you to set the right team, solve the right problem, find the right solution. Furthermore, we have taught you about win-win solutions and strong implementation plans. In this last episode of Case Competition 101 our host Ida Mersholm has invited Jeldrik, who is a consultant at Bain & Company, to talk about how one structures arguments and presentations when everything above is finished. Structuring your arguments and presentation is the final, but very important, touch to your case solving and a good, structured presentation can mean the difference between winning and losing a case competition.

Throughout the first four episodes of Case Competition 101 we have walked you through setting the right team, solving the right problem, finding the right solution and learned about win-win solutions. In the fifth episode of Case Competition 101 we move further into the world of case solving as we discuss building a strong implementation plan. Our host Ida Mersholm has invited Simon Fibiger who is Group VP of Sales at Carlsberg to talk about how one build a good implementation plan. He shares his best tips for making a realistic and strong implementation plan that will persuade the judges and secure your team the victory!

Previously in Case Competition 101, we have discussed how one set the right team, solve the right problem, and find the right solution. In this episode of Case Competition 101, our host Ida Mersholm has invited Christina Sørensen who is Senior Partner and Head of Asset Management at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) to discuss how CIP solves a variety of problems, contributes to the net zero agenda, and creates win-win solutions through strong collaborations.

In the last episode of CCC Talks our host Ida Mersholm talked to Mark from Bain & Company who helped us finding the right problem. In this episode of CCC Talks, Ida has invited Ricco from Bain & Company to the studio. Ricco is going to talk about how case solvers can find the right solution to the problem they have identified. Among other things Ricco will walk us through the Disney Dreamer framework which is a tool to effectively brainstorm on case solutions in your team.

In the second episode our host Ida Mersholm has invited Mark Boesen from Bain & Company to the studio to talk about solving the right problem. Mark is a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company and he is a former case-solver turned consultant that knows a thing or 2 about solving the right problem in a case competition – AND how that can be turned into real life consulting.

In this first episode of CCC Talks 2022, Ida Mersholm opens the Case Competition 101 with Janie Huus Tange who is going to talk about setting the right team. It is a vital component of creating the best case and something Janie has a lot of experience with through coaching the CBS International Case Teams.
