Spy cider is one of the new cider makers on the block. They recently opened up a retail store in The Blue Mountains and had us on their patio to talk cider. 

Mark and Courtney have been running Windswept out of their large farmland located along the apple pie trail.  We talk about the area and their product. 

Opened only in July 2020, the team at Grey and Gold put together a new cider facility open just outside of Thornbury/The Blue Mountains in Ontario.  We chat about it and more!

We were excited to chat with cider maker and Ontario Craft Cider Association President James Macintosh about cider across the province and right outside of Meaford with his partner Mike at Duxbury. 

One of Ontario's hidden gems is the tap room/patio/production facilities at Coffin Ridge just outside of Owen Sound. We talked with Joel, cider maker for the outfit in July 2020 overlooking the valley.

We were able to chat with Carter, the new cider maker from Ironwood Cider and tour the new facility. 

We stopped at Rootstock Ciderworks on July 4th to chat with Luke about their operation, cider and even some spirits.

The first stop in a quick Northern New York State and Niagara Tour stopped us at Sterling Cider Company, a small family operation in Fair Haven, on July 4th none the less.
