Here is the one of the podcasts I sent you. From the video description: Paul Vanderklay is the pastor of Living Stones Christian Reformed Church in Sacramento California. While his position includes teaching a group of people in person, Paul teaches a much larger pool of people on a weekly basis via his youtube channel with a weekly series called "Rough Draft for Sunday" where he gives a first pass at delivering content he's putting together for a sermon the following Sunday. His channel has amassed a fairly large following, partly due to his engagement and commentary on the ideas of the thinkers in the IDW and Meaning Crisis movements, such as Jordan Peterson, John Vervake, Jonathan Pageau, and the Weinstein brothers. Apologies for the quality. My primary camera cut out around 25 minutes in, and the capture for Paul's feed encountered a bit of a hiccup
In this Devil's Advocate Debate, Dr. Randal Rauser (a theist) will be defending God's nonexistence and Joe Schmid (a non-theist) will be defending God's existence. A devil's advocate takes the opposing viewpoint to enrich the debate and develop ideas.

In this episode, Eli has a conversation with Darth Dawkins on the topic of apologetics.
Drew (Genetically Modified Skeptic) offered his "4 Weird Questions That Might Make You an Atheist" we've heard him out and thought it through and want to explain how these 4 questions shouldn't make you an atheist. In fact, if you work through them carefully you'll see that they actually give us more reason to believe in God.

I want to thank Stephen (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqZM...) for coming to Oxford to talk on two of Sam Harris' best selling and most thought provoking books.

#1 Mark LeFebvre joins Karen to discuss the Jordan Peterson/John Vervaeke conversation. This first episode will look at the most obvious question: What was that all about? Along the way, we delve into hierarchies, polarity, trinity, What were John and Jordan after? Did they each achieve their goals? In future episodes, we will take the video apart section by section and look at the deeper questions that are posed and look for possible answers.
Inspired Conversations is a little idea that I have been kicking around after reading some of the work of Nicholas Berdyaev. In the wake of the 20th Century catastrophes, Berdyaev was calling for a creative revolution that somehow was not taken up seriously among Christians. Yet the task of which he speaks - the full awakening of the people of God into that creative task remains in front of us, and this will require ordinary Christians to get together talk and gain a clearer understanding of that task in front of us. Luke is a cool guy that has a lot of interesting ideas that I felt would make for a great discussion, and it did. We cover a lot of ground in this conversation, and there might be some insights in it for those who want to take the time to check it out.
In Part 1, we cover Nancy's life trajectory and what led her to write this book, plus the major theme of the book which is to use Romans Chapter 1 as a primer in how to analyze any reductionism to find its flaw. My apologies, it gets cut off rather abruptly due to technical difficulties. To hear the rest of the discussion, here is the link to Part 2: https://youtu.be/bEYnlIqaGh4 Also I mentioned the YouTube channel, The Anadromist, and his publishing of the lectures by Hans Rookmaaker. Here is a lecture on art. https://youtu.be/zSdYF__ZWt4 In Part 2, linked above, we move on to the trajectory of philosophy since the Enlightenment and how the loss of enchantment has narrowed the frame for those who are seeking truth, especially how those trapped in a scientific reductionist frame have nowhere to look for the source of consciousness than a kind of pan psychism or panentheism. What did the Middle Ages have to say about that line of belief? Intro to Nancy Pearcey: Nancy Pearcey is the author of Love Thy Body: Answering Hard Questions about Life and Sexuality. Her earlier books include The Soul of Science, Saving Leonardo, Finding Truth, and two ECPA Gold Medallion Award Winners: How Now Shall We Live (coauthored with Harold Fickett and Chuck Colson) and Total Truth. Her books have been translated into 12 languages. She is professor and scholar in residence at Houston Baptist University. A former agnostic, Pearcey has spoken at universities such as Princeton, Stanford, USC, and Dartmouth. She was highlighted as one of the five top women apologists by Christianity Today and was hailed in The Economist as "America's pre-eminent evangelical Protestant female intellectual."
