Tamara and her husband waited for nearly 10 years before giving birth to their beautiful baby girl. Tamara kept it real while discussing her struggles, triumphs and feelings. A lot of us are walking around burnt out, although that isn't what Christ wants for us. I also share three practical tips we can use to begin incorporating rest into our lives. As we approach the end of the year, take some time out to gather your thoughts, before rushing into the next year. This will help all of us avoid repeating the same unproductive habits.
