Welcome to Des Moines And Dragons' newest show, Warlords: Krasis Tournament. My name is Tim Overton, I'll be your dungeon master for this story. Four players have each stepped into the world of Krasis after an event known as The Shattering has destroyed this fantasy world and left it a Mad Maxian desert wasteland. In a world without formal governance, The Tournament has arisen and replaced the former structures of power to decide who among these combatants, known as Warlords, should be strong enough to deserve what little spoils are left in the ruins of Krasis. Our four players will each begin playing the game solo, by themselves with just little old me, until they should happen to make a choice that leads them to cross paths with another player. That might happen, or that player could go the entire campaign by themselves, or they could simply die and/or lose the tournament. We don't know what will happen! Isn't that exciting!? Follow me listener as we journey with our Warlords through the world of Krasis. The Tournament is about to begin.

Last Time on Tidefall... The group starts separated while going into the underbelly of the City. Salt gets a bad feeling, so he goes back to look for the missing Hera. He tells Flip to make sure the bomb is disarmed, no matter what. Salt goes back up top to find the assassin with Hera held by knife. Thanks to the assassin trying to buy time, and some quick thinking from Salt, he was able to shoot a bomb under the assassins feet to free our captured hero. On the journey to the bottom of the city, Nell and Flip actually seem to make up. Flip isn't sure if the Children of Yantis respect and understand him, but Nell at least seems to be at peace with what Flip did. They hurry to the bottom of the city to find the bomb. Then a long and drawn out fight occurs. Hera is shot a few times, Salt destroys the assassin's specially made knife, and the 2 heroes gang up on the assassin. A few stumbles later, and a bloody fight has taken place. Eventually, the assassin escapes the sight of our heroes. Flip finds the bomb, detetmines that a gear timer is waiting and that a steam vent is going to set off a batch of chemicals. He redirects the steam so that most of it is being shot away from the bomb, buying himself some time. But a backup valve is still an issue. He sets up a welder-like modification to Nell's electro-zapper and the 2 get to work disassembling the bomb before the backup goes off. Back up top, the assassin seemed to be grabbing bombs. In order to keep them safe, Salt grabs Hera and jumps out a window. They get some backup from Rasmusson, and go back inside to stop the assassin once and for all. But they are gone. Right as Flip seems to be finished disarming the bomb, a figure looms above. But instead of Salt or Hera, he sees a cloaked figure. What will happen in the city of Tidefall next? Find out now.

Last Time on Tidefall... The heroes left the fated hotel room with many plans. Firstly, they had to warn the city. They send Joe and Uriah to the civilian sector to warn them about the bomb in the far end of the city. Flip modified a radio to call into Major Rasmusson's frequency so that Salt could let him know more about what's going on. Eventually he was able to convince Rasmusson, so the military is going to get the civilians out. Secondly, they had to avoid a deadly assassin that was out to get them. Thirdly, they had to find and disarm a bomb. It was a lot. The crew decided to high tail it to find the bomb in the central industrial district of the city. On the way there, Hera was shocked when she ran into Nell, the catlike Mongrel from the Children of Yantis. Flip and Nell had.. Many awkward interactions. Old memories die hard. But Nell helped the group find the factory, and enlisted the help of a believer of the Church of Yantis. The group infiltrated the factory, broke a window, pretended to be a rich noble's daughter, and turned on alarms. Somehow, it worked and the group non-violently disarmed the workers. Raktas ran off as soon as he realized there was a bomb, he started chanting about the end being nigh and other doom and gloom. But the group eventually found a basement leading to the underbelly of the city with a little bit of help from the foreman. While Nell and most of the crew were moving factory pieces to get into the basement of the building, Hera was relaxing reading the private journal or musing of the factory foreman. Just as she was going downstairs to join the group, she felt metal touch her neck. A knife placed there by the assassin hunting them pressed slightly into her neck just as she heard “Your gonna stop right there and you're not going to say a word” What will happen in the city of Tidefall next? Last Time on Tidefall... The crew escaped the bombed out Prison (with Halmat as a prisoner) by using a lucky water hose as an escape rope. When escaping into the alleyway, the city guard were busy dealing with the bombs going off to notice the heroes. After getting back to their hotel, they found Leah still there being watched. The group did some interrogations of both Halmat and Leah. Salt and Hera did good cop / bad cop. Hera played nice and tried to convince the Brass Guild officer to jump ship, or at least help her out. Salt meanwhile was intimidating him to try and give Hera any edge she needed. Eventually she succeeded, and found out not only does Halmat want to kill Leah for her betrayal, but she also learned the rest of the Brass Guild Plans. Not only did she learn where the bombs are, but she learned where the leadership of the guild is. An assassin, Mentis Singh is coming to kill the “Terrorists”, and the big leader may come to welcome the new refugees into their arms after the government is ruined. So the crew knows where to go to try and stop the next bomb. Meanwhile, Flip got information from Leah. He asked her about her relationship with Halmat. Eventually, Flip deduced that they are an item, and Leah played into it. She requested a knife to perform a “ritual” to determine dominance in the relationship. After learning what they needed to know, the group decided to leave and free their prisoners. Hera gave Leah a knife, a medkit, and some supplies to help her get out of the city. The group left, and as they were leaving, the 2 prisoners were opening their doors to see each other. What will happen in the city of Tidefall next? Find out now.

Last Time on Tidefall... Our heroes were split up. Hera and a bunch of the Brass Guild got arrested by the police. They were taken into the jail nearby for processing. The rest of the crew decided to figure out how to deal with that, Flips solution was surprisingly (or unsurprisingly depending on your point of view) a bomb. Hera gave no information to the Major, who was frustrated by her. The rest of the gang outside started their plan to free her. Salt walked in, lied, snuck, and eventually found out where she was and snuck there using the disguise of being cool under pressure. Flip used Flop's mechano-legs to climb the side of the jail. He looked through different floors by taking apart sides of the building and peeking in. Eventually Salt and Flip both saw a group of guards angrily going into Hera's room, where she freed herself and then angered some guards to get them to join. A fight ensued, Hera took a couple of wounds and were unable to properly injure her foes back. But Salt and Flip jumped in to rescue her. Flip blew up the wall to enter, and the stairwell to stop more guards from joining the fight. After the fight was over, 2 guards were knocked out and the last was intimidated into ignoring the group. Flip briefly knocked out Halmat in order to capture him. As the group was looking out to the city, unsure how to get down from the third floor, a large bomb went off elsewhere in the city. Last Time on Tidefall... Flip decided to do a stakeout on the prison. He needed to make sure the Brass Guild didn't try anything tricky with the guildies that just got captured. But the first night was quiet. So Salt decided to pay his old “Buddy” Major Rasmusson. He was not pleased to see Salt, but was willing to deal with his crap. He seemed surprised by the bomb threat, he said he knew something was going on but apparently the Government spy network is not as good as we thought, or Rasmusson was not on the level with Salt. Afterwards, Hera and Flip decided to go get more intel while Salt kept an eye on the Prison. Their solution was to crack heads at a bar. So they found themselves at the Crooked Cog. Hera threw a brick in a window, Flip jumped in, and proclaimed that he was there about a bomb. The civilians panicked and ran, and it turned into a tense discussion between Hera and a bomb expert Halmat. He took Flip hostage while holding a small bomb, all while his men aimed to take them all out if they tried something tricky. Hera tried, she put her revolver to Halmat's temple. Discussions continued until the city guard and Salt showed up. They saw Hera holding Halmat hostage, so assumed she was the threat. Hera and the rest of the Brass Guild were arrested, though Flip got ignored because he was a kid. The crew headed back to the prison to see what else they could do. What will happen in Tidefall next? Last Time on Tidefall... Our heroes got caught in a tough situation when Leah got recognized in a bar by some Brass Guild members. Hera decided to try and cause a scene to distract by slapping Salt, but it was to no avail. Leah discussed things with the gang members and eventually slipped out behind the bar. Queue alley fight where Hera got shot and Flip chased her down. Eventually, the boy and his dog caught the traitor who has now betrayed everyone. He broke her arm to ensure she doesn't try to escape again, and on his way back to meet up with the others, some City Guards ran across Salt and the rest of the crew. See, Salt threatened the Brass Guild members to run them out after getting the info he needed, and right as they were running the cops showed up. So Hera had to play Damsel in distress to keep things calm. Eventually, the cops arrested the Brass Guild members and our group headed back to home base. Leah and Hera got in another fight and split ways, so Salt and Flip got some basic information out of the Betrayer. They currently have 2 leads, Salt's contact, Major Rasmusson, and the prison where the Brass Guild members are being held. What will happen in Tidefall next? Find out now.

Last Time on Tidefall... Our group of adventurers finally started acting like proper adventurers again. Salt gave an impassioned speech to change the hearts of the people, Flip and Hera only fought a little instead of going all out, and #SaltGang gained a new member. Leah is very, very reluctant. But seems to be bearing with it, for the moment. The group found their way to a bar to make a home base. Hera was constantly keeping an eye out, while Salt learned Hera is short for Heraldine Elizabeth O'Neal the III. While hanging in the Bar, Flip learned Uriah's great secret, his fear of losing SaltGang, but he learned this while stealing a gift he gave him. So it's not quite all roses. But he upgraded BertHa with some new upgraded bullets, so it should all work out. The group then split up. Hera, Leah, and Joe followed the group of Brass Guildies in the streets, while Salt and the rest gathered intel. Turns out the city has been growing a bit of an underbelly, and they found their way to the heart of it in this section of the city. But the estranged couple couldn't quite keep a lid on things, so some of the Brass Guild members noticed Leah and Hera right as the rest of the crew walked in. What will happen in Tidefall next? Last time on Tidefall... Our group of supposed heroes, though I guess you can barely call them that anymore, go to deal with the awakening below the deck of the Blue Tide. Flip succeeded in bringing Maximus back, but it wasn't really him. His body arose, but with the mind of a feral beast. He immediately killed one of the Children of Yantis before Flip and the others could step in. While Salt was trying to keep everyone safe, Flip went a little bit mad. He got angrier than he ever has before and did everything he could to try and pacify or knock out Maximus. But after combat was failing, Hera found a weakness. She found a generator connected to wire that she could surge directly into the beast. So with Salt's help she did just that. With energy coursing through him, Maximus almost killed a few of our beloved Scoundrels. But the energy eventually was too much for even Maximus's body to hold, and he fell. The Children had our crew leave the ship, and they had some time to think about what they had done. None of them are heroes, and they know it. But they headed towards Tidefall to try and do something good. But tensions could never have been higher for our crew. What will happen next in the City of Tidefall? Find out now.

Last time on Tidefall... Our "Heroes" questioned Leah on what the hell is going on. Why is the Brass Guild trying to blow up the city and assaulting the Children of Yantis? She gave a.. weak response saying how they want to unite the world, but she seemed to believe it. While they were discussing what to do next, they got a ping on the Radio that Joe had. Salt avoided answering any questions from the person on the other end. Meanwhile, Flip realized Joe was left behind, and the crew decided to go back for him. Things were tense when they returned. Hera passed out before arriving due to an intense flying maneuver, which may have been a good thing. Joe was being walked on a plank. But they found out that Hera killed Maximus, Salt's old teammate and one of the few Revenants Flip has met. Things are tense for hours, but Flip decides to try something unconventional to bring him back. It seemed to work.. until it didn't. The entity awoke unable to speak, and angry. Our heroes' topdeck caused another stir, but before things became hostile a roar was heard from below deck. What will happen next? Find out now.

CW // body horror, surgery Last time on Tidefall... Flip was by himself on his way to see the Children of Yantis. Salt's old explorer friend Maximus was there, as well as Nell the cat-mongrel. But they left Flip alone to let him think and tinker. After arriving at the Blue Tide Wreckage where the Children live, they took Flip to Father Richard. He explained that they found Flip and brought him back. He was both a miracle, but also a mystery because his memory was not holding. As they were starting to go more in depth on what happened, an alarm went off. The Brass Guild attacked. Meanwhile Salt and Hera were tracking Leah, thinking she was going to the capitol Tidefall. But nope, she was going after the Children of Yantis. They arrived right as her assassin was killing members of the "cult". After a rough battle where the assassin slowly destroyed all the cover and got a hand up, our supposed heroes stepped in. They captured Leah and delayed the Brass's plan. The assassin tried to board the crew on the Blundercress, but failed. Hera decided it was time to go so she took off. She may have driven into the assassin and Maximus in the meantime, but the crew got out. Oh, they also left behind Joe. What will happen next? Find out now.

Last time on Tidefall… Flip, Hera, and Salt's uncharacteristic success is cut short by Joe and Uriah as they tell the group about the brass guild bomb plot against Tidefall, the largest civilian vessel in the sea of clouds. On top of that, Nell is severely injured. Flip and Hera try some Wild Sky first aid to help heal Nell. Flip fails and almost freaks out, then Hera succeeds. Maximus tells Salt about how Les, the bombmaker, was meeting with two girls, likely Brass Guild. Flip takes Nell back to the hotel so they can both rest/heal... The group heads to the docks to try and find Leah. They do. Running low on options, they decide to make Joe the international super spy who is going to infiltrate Leah's ship to gather information on the bomb plot. With a stroke of luck, the group is able to locate some lights to communicate with Joe between the ships. Maximus tells the group he is going to take Nell back to the Blue Tide Wreck. Flip talks to Maximus before he leaves and hears the bombshell Flip's been waiting for... the Children of Yantis "made" Flip and Maximus knows. As he processes this revelation, Flip makes a new gun for Salt. The crew prepares a ship to follow Leah. They plan on going to Tidefall to stop the bombs. But before they leave, Flip disappears, having left with the Children of Yantis to find answers. What will happen next? Find out… now.

I'm lost". But then when it was time to go, Flip "Flipped" the guy and started a surprise brawl. After a quick capture and interrogation of the unsuspecting guard, they learned 2 things. The boss Mr. Cobb was in the house, and the bomb maker "Les Baker" (Yes that Les from Episode 1) was at the factory. The crew decides they need to find Les. But before they go, they had to pass off the information about the boss man to the Children of Yantis. Maybe they could do something about it. So while Saltgang and cultists go off to try and capture Brass Bossman, stealth operation v2 goes into effect. They go back to the warehouse. It is being protected by clockwork alarm drones, and some Brass Guild members with fancy guns. Thanks to some cool maneuvers by Flip, and quiet guidance from Hera the crew is able to find their way to Les unharmed. But they need the key. Queue the fight music. But this time the group has an actual plan, and a fancy new cyber armshield for our boy Salt. One quick fight later, the group has Les and they high tail it back to the hotel room. But not 5 minutes later there is a banging on the room. Saltgang is back. They are freaked out. Apparently the Brass Guild is going to blow up the capitol, Tidefall. What will happen next? Last time on Tidefall... Our adventurers try to escape the Brass Guild sector. Things... don't go smoothly. First Flip almost gets caught, but Nell saves his hide. Then Hera tries to convert Leah to her way of thinking. Again, does not go well. So Salt beans her, gives her a slight case of brain damage. On the way out of the sector, guards confiscate Leah to relocate her to the nearest hospital. After getting back to the bar, things get tense (what a surprise). Nell finds out Maximus is missing and get's a little pissed. They wait it out, eventually Maximus shows up and tells everyone about Salt knocking him out. Eventually our heroes open up to each other. They are a big happy family again. While Hera goes shopping the dudes do "Arm stuff". Salt can't have a crappy arm forever. The group decides they need leads. So they search around town for Gabriel Cobb. After some sneaky skullduggery, they figure out where the boss man lives. So with a week and a half until "The Event", Flip goes in, alone, to do his thing. What will happen next? Find out, now.

Last time on Tidefall... After the long and tense journey to the Tortoise, Flip had a plan. He was going to make a new gang in remembrance of Salt. #Saltgang. He started with Joe and Uriah. But things took a twist after their arrival. Not ten minutes after docking, Flip just casually ran into Salt. Queue the biggest kid grin from Flip. Turns out, Salt just fell into the ocean. He made a good Shark snack, but thankfully some fellows known as "The Children of Yantis" happened to find him. They thankfully kept our boy alive, and even gave him a replacement arm (not a nice one... but it works). While stationed with them, Salt ran into an old friend of his, Maximus. Now to people who don't remember, Max was the first Revenant Salt ever met. He was also someone that Salt left for dead. So skipping forward, the Children of Yantis tasked Maximus, Nell the thief, and Salt to find out what the Brass Guild is doing. So our heroes got pulled into this cultist plan. So it's stakeout time. Hera went in sneaky, Salt kept lookout, all while Flip and #Saltgang were ready to be a distraction. Hera listened in, found out about some dastardly plan that happens in 2 weeks. Leah (the lady who threw a bomb at Flip) was also there, overseeing everything while looking for our trouble making heroes. After Leah left, Maximus got cold feet and enacted the distraction plan. A few explosions and one knocked out Maximus later, Hera ran at Leah and revealed herself as a potential ally to the Brass Guild. What will happen next? Find out, now.
